Shiva (Sanskrit
for "auspicious one"), also called Siva, Hindu god who personifies

To
the occultist, the triangle is very important. It is used constantly in
every conceivable manner. It is used either with the point up or down.
When you see the point down, this represents the Deity and is called the Deity's Triangle or the Water Triangle.
The Earthly Triangle or Pyramid Triangle is what it is called when one point is up. It "symbolizes the PERFECT OR DIVINE MAN." This quote is not from some heinous Black-hooded Satanist, it comes from a 33rd Degree Masonic author named George Steinmetz [Freemasonry: Its Hidden Meaning , New York, Macoy Publishing and Masonic Supply Company, 1948, p. 63, repeated on p. 67]
As any person familiar with Scripture will tell you, the Gospel of Jesus Christ tells man boldly and clearly that no person can work themselves up to being "divine;" indeed, all our effort is as "filthy rags" to Jesus Christ. Yet, Freemasonry joins all pagan groups in saying that man can become "divine" or "perfect." In another book, George returns to this theme once again, this time blaspheming an important and familiar Scripture, God's own Words, to be exact. Listen:

You have just witnessed a Masonic author twist the Words of God in Exodus 3:14. How? He applied them to mankind. This blasphemy is an excellent example to show us why Freemasonry has been so sensitive about any of its secrets ever becoming public knowledge. Masons in every age knew that if the general public knew the Satanic core that existed in the heart of Freemasonry, the organization would either go into oblivion or would be arrested and put in jail. Now you know why Freemasonry insists that its Initiates pledge that, if they divulge any of Masonry's secrets, he would agree to having his throat slit and be disemboweled.
If you think this blasphemy of saying that man can become God is unique to George Steinmetz, listen to two more Masonic authors. Manly P. Hall, another 33rd Degree Mason, writes, "Man is a God in the making ..." [The Lost Keys of Freemasonry, p. 92] Masonic author, Joseph Fort Newton, clearly and boldly states, ".. to the profoundest insight of the human soul -- that God becomes man that man may become God." [The Religion of Freemasonry: An Interpretation, Macoy Publishing and Masonic Supply Company, 1969, p. 37]
Albert Churchward, another Masonic author states that the triangle pointing upward us a symbol for Set, which is one of the Infernal Names for Satan. [Signs and Symbols of Primordial Man , George Allen and Company, Ltd., 1913, p. 189, 309, and 471]. Then, Masonic author, J.S.M. Ward states, "With the point upwards, the equilateral triangle stands for Shiva the Destroyer and signifies the flame which rises upwards from the funeral pyre toward Heaven. This symbol is familiar to us in several degrees, most notably the Thirtieth degree." [Freemasonry and the Ancient Gods, 1921, p. 10-11; also reported by Masonic authors William Meyer, The Order of the Eastern Star, p. 20; Alain Danielou, The Gods of India , p. 385.
Shiva
is another name for Satan in the occult. The triangle with one point
pointing up is a symbol for Satan. Most likely this is the reason
why the pyramid is such an important symbol to the Mason. This is the
symbol on the reverse of the one dollar bill. This symbol contains two
triangles: the Pyramid itself and the All-Seeing Eye of Horus (Osiris).
Occultists know that both Horus and Osiris are alternate names for Satan.
There is one more proof from Masonic authors, that Satan is the one they
worship.
Masonic authors tell us that they worship Lucifer in yet another way. Lynn Perkins (a Masonic Author), states that "Shamballa has a bearing on the ancient origins of Freemasonry and upon its future in the coming Aquarian Age ..." [Masonry In The New Age, p. 56] Then, on pages 55-56, Perkins says that today's Mason has no idea that Freemasonry comes from such an ancient, esoteric source. Most Masons today understand that the roots of their organization are in Satanism. When Perkins said that Freemasonry had its origins in Shamballa, he just identified Masonry as Satanic. Alice Bailey, with her Demon Master -- Master D.K. -- writing through her, stated that "Shamballa is the mythological place where the 'Lord of the World', Sanat Kumara, or Shiva , is supposed to live." [Discipleship in the New Age Lucis/Lucifer Publishing, 1955, 135-36].
Masonic author, Perkins, has just admitted that Freemasonry originated in the place where Shiva (Satan) lives. Since the Bible clearly, boldly, and unequivocally states that Satan's place is in Hell, we can see that Masonry has just admitted that she originated in Hell.
Manly P. Hall, 33rd Degree Mason, K.T., in his book, Initiates of the Flame boldly admits Freemasonry is from Hell; "Those who follow the path of faith (or the heart) use water and are known as the Sons of Seth, while those who follow the path of the mind and action are the Sons of Cain, who was the son of SAMAEL , the Spirit of Fire. Today, we find the latter among the alchemists, the Hermetic philosophers, the Rosicrucians and the Freemasons." [p. 20]
Hall places Freemasonry among the circle of the damned -- Sons of Cain , who rebelled against God; alchemists who are known sorcerers, Black Magicians, and worshippers of Satan, and the Rosicrucians who have so desecrated the precious cross of Jesus Christ with Pentagrams and Hexagrams as to make you sick.
Hall's major revelation was that Freemasonry is the son of SAMAEL. being careful not to confuse Samael with the beloved prophet Samuel. SAMAEL is one of the Infernal Names of Satan. In fact, House of Theosophy author, writing under the influence of her demon possessing her -- Master D.K. -- identifies SAMAEL as Satan! [The Secret Doctrine, p. 378] In fact, Satanists have a symbol of SAMAEL.
The pentagram on the left with the one point up represents the Divine Man specifically and Lucifer the good god generally; the pentagram on the right with two stars up and the goats head is called the Goats Head of Mendes by most Satanists, but Black Magick Satanists call him SAMAEL .
Thus, Hall is admitting that Freemasonry is the worst kind of Black Magick Satanism possible! Now you should no longer be deceived, no matter what propaganda Freemasonry is trying to put forth to deceive you!

To start, we need to study again the first deception at the Garden of Eden. As we stated before, the Devil uses camouflages to keep his worship hidden. The Sun and Nimrod were only a front used by Lucifer to get multitudes to bow before him. However, the first camouflage he used to deceive Adam and Eve was the serpent. The very thing Satan used to deceive Adam and Eve became eventually one of the most sacred symbols of Sun worship! Instead of the serpent as being a symbol of Satan and deception, as the Bible instructs, the serpent became a symbol of the "Great Benefactor and Healer" of mankind. The serpent was worshipped as the "God of Healing" and "Life-Restorer." "YE SHALL NOT SURELY DIE," Genesis 3:3, was Lucifer's first lie to our first parents. The serpent, the god of healing, was generally represented in the pagan arts entwined on a stick, staff or a stock of a tree [1]. Here we find the origin of the strange symbol that the American Medical Association (AMA) uses today. This medical insignia was originally the symbol of the Egyptian god Hermes, who we will see in a moment was Nimrod's father, Cush. And it's here we find the origin of the word hermetic. This ancient word found in classical literature actually derived from the ancient Egyptian god of medicine. "The Year of Noach"
It is customary to interpret the Hebrew letters which represent the number of the new year as a phrase expressing our wishes and prayers for the coming year. In particular, the letters which stand for 5700 (hei tav shin) are interpreted to mean, "May it be a year of...." The remaining two letters of the date are then interpreted either as a word in itself or as an acronym for a phrase or idiom in Hebrew.
The number 58-nun chet-spells the word Noach (Noah), whose name means "rest." Noah, the tenth generation of mankind--"the tenth shall be holy for G-d" (Leviticus 27:32)--symbolizes the rest and peace that will bless the earth in the Messianic era. Lamech, Noah’s father, called him Noah for he was to bring rest and comfort to the earth which had been cursed.
In the time of Mashiach--may he come speedily in our days--the spiritual waters of "the knowledge of G-d" (Isaiah 11:9) will flood the earth (human consciousness), just as the physical waters flooded the earth in the time of Noah. Then, the flood came as "punishment" for the iniquity of mankind. In the time of Mashiach (the Noah of the future), the "flood" will come as "reward" and blessing for all mankind.
The final verse of the first Torah portion -- Breishit -- reads: "And Noah found favor in the eyes of G-d" (Genesis 6:8). The word for "favor" (or "grace")--chen (chet nun)--is Noach spelled backwards. The commentaries explain (Rabbi David Kimchi, Sefer HaShorashim s.v. ish) that in the pupil of the eye (in Hebrew: ishon, literally "a little man") the image of the man one sees in reality appears inverted. The brain continues to re-invert the image to appear right side up.
Of the Torah (of Mashiach--Noah) it is said: "turn it over and turn it over for all is in it" (Avot: 5:22). By turning the Torah over and over again, one reveals its most inner dimension (the manifestation of "all"--"for all is in it") which had previously been concealed in it.
From this we can imply that the coming year (the year of Noach and chen) is a year of "rest" (Noach) turning into "grace" (chen) and "grace" (chen) turning into "rest" (Noach). The first "turn" happens in the eyes. The second "turn" happens in the brain.
In our service of G-d, "rest" represents the general state of "peace of mind" (yeshuv ha’da’at) necessary for the devoted study of Torah. "Favor" represents the service of heartfelt prayer to G-d, the sincere effort of the heart and soul to find favor in His eyes that He hearken to our supplications for redemption.
Our Torah study (which initially is primarily the study of the revealed dimension of the Torah, its statutes and morals) is intended to inspire ("turn into") our prayers and our prayers then become the source of inspiration to reveal ("turn into") deeper levels of insight and true innovations in our Torah study (primarily its hidden dimension).
In particular, chen ("grace") is known as the acronym for chochmah nistarah ("the hidden wisdom"). When one studies the revealed dimension of the Torah with the pure and simple intention to learn how to fulfill G-d’s will for man on earth, the hidden dimension (the chochmah nistarah) of those very words of Torah (their inner "seminal" essence) becomes "pregnant" in the words of one’s (subsequent) heartfelt prayers to G-d. This is the reason that chochmah nistarah is alluded to in the chen of prayer, as described above.
From its "pregnant" state in prayer, the chochmah nistarah becomes born and fully revealed in the newly--inspired Torah with which one is blessed after his potent prayer. This new Torah is the Torah of Mashiach.
"May it be a year of [the full revelation of the] hidden wisdom," the "knowledge of G-d" that will flood all of reality with the revelation of Mashiach, Amen.

chemist. The temple and all proceedings therein are like an alchemical
experiment, the goal of which is the transmutation of the dross of the
personality to the gold of union with the Higher Self. This is "hot house
evolution" of the participants, for changes in one's vehicle are greatly
accelerated far beyond the natural growth rate. Our ritual work is like the
tending of a delicate flower in this "hot house", and must be
treated as a process as free from outside influence as possible. As in a
laboratory, the "experiment" can only succeed in a controlled,
"hermetically sealed" environment. Our objective is a certain
"balance" which can only be achieved by eliminating the possible
influence of unbalanced forces. Just as the scientist would find no benefit in
disclosing the methods of his working, so do we keep secret our ritual and
symbol; and as this scientist would certainly not disclose the chemical agents
involved in his work, so do we keep secret the names of our fellow aspirants.
Furthermore, this spiritual "hot house" involves a metaphorical
"atom-splitting", a process which must be sealed within an atomic
chamber -- the temple -- in order to protect the outer world from its
potentially dangerous power. As we were instructed by the Hierophant in the
0=0 initiation, unbalanced power is evil and the ebbing away of life. Only in
an environment of balance can the vast power of the Divine be safely used.
Those who are ready to utilize this power for constructive purposes are few in
number, although this number is rapidly growing.
It is not "elitist" to say that the mass consciousness is still
at a stage of growth rendering it unready for such an experiment. We must
remember the grave responsibility we have, as seekers for the Light, to be
true to our highest aspirations. Just as the mass consciousness has a great
deal of joy and pain yet to experience, so have we. We may walk another to the
portal, but we may not take them through it, nor may we push them through it.
To disclose certain occult symbols, rituals, and truths to those who are
unready is to push them through the portal. It is especially tragic to expose
symbols, rituals, and truths we have not yet brought to full fruition within
ourselves; this would be to push another through a door we have not yet even
begun to open!
Moreover, in order to unfold the inner sensorium, we must first thoroughly
KNOW the material entrusted to us. Secondly, we must WILL to take our
evolution in hand, and to take responsibility for our every action or
inaction. We must also DARE to approach the hidden mysteries with an attitude
of true humility (not the milk-toast mush often mistaken for humility), like a
child who desires nothing but the nourishment and touch of its Father and
Mother. Finally, we must BE SILENT, for how can we hear the "Voice of the
Silence" -- the Voice of the Central Self -- if we cannot LISTEN? How can
we LISTEN when we are speaking? But when we hear the Voice of the Inner
Teacher, we will know exactly what to think, say, and do, all of which are
forms of speech. To KNOW, to WILL, to DARE, and to BE SILENT.
Finally, we must cultivate a better understanding of the power of thought,
speech, and action, for these are all crucial for effective ceremonial work.
We are told to visualize certain symbols, colors, etcetera. We are also told
to vibrate certain "words of power", and to perform specific
physical movements. All of these embed special "seeds" in the
fertile ground of our subconscious mind, seeds which have been formulated ages
ago by those Adepts who have gone before us on the Path of Return. These seeds
unfold, with careful tending, into a "tree" which will bear the
fruit of true union with the "Inmost and Most High" part of
ourselves.
For a more in-depth analysis of the power of thought, speech, and action,
consider the Hebrew word "Ruach", meaning "Life-breath",

The word RVCh not only shows us the descent of the Divine Power into
manifestation, but reveals a wealth of information on the role of our thoughts,
words, and deeds in the process of manifestation. The letter Resh reveals the
initial point of entry for the Divine Power:the head. Certain cells in the brain
receive light, the carrier of the "Divine Idea" originating with what
we call the Sun. Occultists may think of the physical Sun as the symbolic head
of a spiritual being which guides the evolution of life in our solar system,
often referred to as the Higher Self. It is in the head that the Life-breath is
first received and translated into THOUGHT.
As revealed by the letter Vav, these thought vibrations are translated into
the instruction of the Inner Teacher which we may come to actually hear, feel,
or see once we have cultivated the ability to listen. This instruction manifests
as the "names and images" by which the Hierophant states "all
powers are awakened and re-awakened." This is where SILENCE becomes an
important virtue. The zodiacal sign of Taurus is attributed to Vav, and Taurus
is ruled by the planet Venus. The Venus center (or "chakra") of our
spiritual anatomy is the throat, governing SPEECH. Vav is used in the Hebrew
language as the conjunction "and", which ties well with its other
meanings "Hook or Nail" as the "link" between the
"above" and the "below". It is here that the "Divine
Idea" may be either dispersed by uncontrolled speech, or brought into the
manifestation by allowing it to flow -- by SILENCE or controlled speech -- into
the aspect of consciousness represented by the final letter, Cheth.
Cheth is related to the stomach and the protective "fence" of the
chest. Within the chest enclosure are organs which maintain and preserve life,
allowing for ACTION to take place. ACTION manifests the original THOUGHT into
material existence. The relation of Cheth to the zodiacal sign of Cancer also
reveals another important truth. Cancer is ruled by the Moon. The Keyword for
Cheth, RECEPTIVITY, is easily related to the image of the Moon, since the Moon
receives and reflects the light of the Sun. In terms of our consciousness, the
Moon corresponds to our subconscious mind, ever receptive to the suggestions
implanted into it. It is in subconsciousness that the seed unfolds into final
manifestation.
The virtue of SILENCE and controlled speech plays an important role in this
process, as it is a key aspect of the link between THOUGHT and ACTION, or Resh
"and" (Vav) Cheth: RVCh, or Ruach. Recall the words of the Hierophant
in the 0=0 initiation: "...by names and images are all powers awakened and
re-awakened." The letter Vav reflects this truth, but only through SILENCE
or controlled speech are these awakened "inner" powers brought into
"outer" existence.
Recall also the words of the Kerux: "Nature is harmonious in all her
workings, and that which is above, is also that which is below. Thus also, the
truths which by material science we investigate are but special examples of the
all pervading law of the Universe. So with this pure limpid fluid, is hidden the
elements bearing the semblance of blood, even as within the mind and brain of
the initiate lies concealed the Divine secrets of Hidden Knowledge. Yet if the
oath be forgotten and the solemn pledge be broken, then that which is secret
shall be revealed, even as this pure fluid reveals the semblance of blood... And
let the hue of blood remind thee, that if thou fail in the oath of secrecy and
dedication, thy blood may be poured out and thy body be broken..."
The consequences of breaking the oath of silence apply not only to the
initiate, but to the entire working body of our Order. Let us not forget this
oath and spill the life-blood of our Order, but keep silent and controlled so
that the power flowing through our collective vehicle may manifest as healing
and harmony in a world so needing its influence.

Revelation 6:11:

The simple meaning of the words of the prophets appears to imply that the war of Gog and Magog [Yechezkal ch. 38] will take place at the beginning of the Messianic age. Now a person can see why the churches are scattered and overcome by "Him". A person who believes "as it is written" can understand how they have been deceived to follow after that other gospel, that gospel of the word "Judeao-Christianity", when the two cannot be reconciled. A person could see what Jesus meant when he stated in the Book of Revelation in the letter to the Church of Laodicea, because neither were they cold nor hot, but luke warm he would spew them out of his mouth. Because they believed not the truth and because they were not under the whole law, but because they were divided between the two, he Jesus would spew them out of his mouth.
A person with understanding who is a gentile "Goy" cattle, would see the fallacy as a gentile the foolishness of trying to be a Jew when he is no Jew and never will be a Jew, but was grafted into the vine by the grace of God through the Blood of the Lamb alone. HANDELMAN: The Lubavitch movement has recently created quite a stir with its renewed emphasis on the coming of Moshiach. What does it really mean to say that "Moshiach will come"?
FRIEDMAN: The ultimate authority on that is Maimonides. Maimonides says that there will be a Jewish leader who will be a descendant of King David who will bring Jews back to Judaism, and who will fight G-d's battle. If he does so, we can assume that he is Moshiach. If he then goes on to build the Temple and gather all Jews back to Israel, then we will know for sure that he is Moshiach.

Meaning the Bloodline will be altered?
HANDELMAN: In other words, does the coming of Moshiach mean that we make this "assumption" about a certain person, but the person doesn't himself declare it - and then one day this person finally says, "It's me"? Or does the candidate actually have to go and build the Temple in Jerusalem?
FRIEDMAN: Maimonides says that once he builds the Temple and gathers Jews back to Israel, then we know for sure he is Moshiach. He doesn't have to say anything. He will accept the role, but we will give it to him. He won't take it to himself. So, if you convince those who do not believe the truth "AS it is written" and they fall for a lie, and God will send them a strong delusion, so that they will not believe what the written word says, Jesus will come in the clouds of his Glory and every eye shall see him, even those who pierced him, but make them believe in a secret "Rapture" and when that does not occur, they will have been blinded and will accept this Qabalah Talmudic Babylonian Mystical Messiah which will have built the Temple as the Rabbi's have decieved the world to believe.

FRIEDMAN: On the one hand, the Talmud in Sanhedrin says that the Sages were very unhappy with people who set dates and made predictions about the time of Moshiach's arrival. But on the other hand, anyone who doesn't expect Moshiach every day is a heretic. So how do we reconcile this?
HANDELMAN: How do we?
FRIEDMAN: If the average person were to start making predictions and say, "I think according to the signs, to the stars, to the this, that, and the other, that Moshiach is coming tomorrow," that's wrong. Moshiach is coming today, always today, never tomorrow, never next week or next month, because we're not supposed to rely on signs. We're supposed to believe and trust that G-d said that He's going to send Moshiach, and G-d will send him today. That's the only resolution to this kind of conflict.
This is exactly what has happened in the Mystical Babylonian Cabalah Christian circles.

HANDELMAN: In the passage you quoted earlier, Maimonides says you can "assume" someone is Moshiach, but you don't know it for sure unless certain conditions are met.
FRIEDMAN: Right. Assume it, and hope it, like Rabbi Akiva did. He went and carried Bar Kochba's armor for him.

The first Sanctuary was built by Moshe and the Jews. It was movable, and could be transported with the Jewish people from place to place in the Wilderness.
Nearly 400 years later, King David, designed a permanent Temple for G-d in Jerusalem. It was built by his son, King Solomon. This was the first Holy Temple. It stood in the holy city of Jerusalem for 410 years. The first Temple was destroyed by the Babylonian King Nebuchadnezzar, who cast the Jews into exile.
After 70 years in Exile, the Jews were at last able to return to Eretz Yisrael, under the leadership of Ezra the Scribe. He supervised the construction of the Second Temple. This occurred soon after the story of Purim took place. The Second Temple was larger than the First, and stood for 420 years. It was destroyed by the Roman armies led by Titus.
The Third Temple will be rebuilt on the same spot that the first two Temples stood, when Moshiach comes, may it be very soon
Stating that the Moshiach (false messiah) will come first and build their temple
The Supreme Court of seventy-one Sages (The Sanhedrin) had its chambers in the Temple. Here they would judge the people, and teach them to go higher and higher in Torah and mitzvot.The room in which the Sanhedrin would meet was called the Chamber of Hewed Stone. It was called by this name because the chairs for the judges were carved out of solid stone.
The wisest and most righteous judges in Israel used to meet there, right by the Temple, so that when they were deciding the most difficult problems of the Jewish nation they would always think of G-d, and explain His Torah correctly.
When Moshiach comes - may we merit this speedily - and the Temple will be rebuilt, the great Sanhedrin will once again meet in the Chamber of Hewed Stones in the Temple. (secret chamber) At that time, peace will reign, and the city of Jerusalem will expand to include all of the Land of Israel!

The Tree of Life, of course, is mentioned many times in the Bible, from the beginning of the Book of Genesis to last part of the Book of Revelation. One who eats from this Tree, according to the Bible, is given "eternal life." The above diagram of the Tree of Life is part of an ancient tradition called "Kabala." Babylon Talmudic Qabalah
Over one hundred years ago, clay tablets were found in present day Iraq. They were artifacts with Cuneiform writings and pictographic carvings, left by the ancient people of that region. The Assyrian and Babylonian empires were located in that area long ago, but an even more ancient one preceded them, called Sumer, which in the Bible is called "Land of Shine'ar." According to scholar, Zecharia Sitchin, in Divine Encounters (page 7) -

Being: a brief outlining the guidelines of the Adjudication of Noahide disputes by a Rabbinical Court.
I
The seven groups of commandments, which was
given to the nations of the world through Noah, was to establish a system of law
and Courts that would uphold the Noahide Laws, bring justice into the world; and
maintain a standard of righteousness and morality in human communities. It was
intended to be a universal set of Laws which would guide our species in its
relationship with the Creation of the Lord. It was a method of classifying human
duties into easily remembered categories. It is not confined to these
minimalists concepts; rather, it embraced a massive set of commandments not
unlike Jewish Law. If a history of communal law is examined in its historical
context we find that the often praised source of Western Tradition's law, known
as the Code of Hammurabi is but a mere articulation of the Noahide Laws. In
fact, an examination of this history demonstrates a consistent and universal
acknowledgment of Genesis 9.1ff (e.g. Hittite Law).
It is often assumed that the code developed by
Hammurabi (more properly: Hammurapi), some how developed from his enlightened
insight into history and society. Yet, that assumption is baseless even on a
logical level, let alone in the light of our evidence. Hammurabi was a leader of
Kings in his area. He was the King of Sumer, but, behind him were others.
["] There is no King who is all powerful on his own; ten or fifteen Kings may march behind Hammurabi, the Babylonian. The same as Rim-Sin of Larsa. Similarly after Ibapiel of Eshunna. The same is with Amutpiel of Qatanum. Perhaps twenty Kings march behind Yarim of Yamhad.["] (a letter found in Mari written to its King, Zimri-lin. (Speiser, World History of the Jewish People, vol. 1 pg. 211.))
It is often believed that the empire of the
Assyrians was so powerful and influential that this code was developed and
forced upon the nations of the area. We now know that the power of an empire
lies in the use of existing norms and institutions to win over the hearts and
minds of its people. No ancient King had to extend himself so far as to create a
new system. They utilized the common thread of human origin and its ideas to
mold their society. They used the idea of disobedience to those laws as
indications of Divine disobedience which must be punished, be it individually or
collectively. It was this collective body of law and custom that bound - even
served as a model for newer nations.
Once approached in this manner, we see that much
of the legal tradition found in Jewish law extends back to this ancient time. In
fact, we claim that we are the guardians of those early Covenants of Adam and
Noah.
From these ancient sources we find that Courts
must be established in each city and town And, that it is forbidden to live in a
place without a proper legal system. (Tof. Avoda Zarah 9). They
demand that officers of the court and Judges be appointed and followed. These
Courts must treat all litigants as equals before the law. (Rambam, Sefer
Ha Mitzvot, P1761). This Court is required to examine all
witnesses diligently and get to the truth (P177); to guard against wanton
miscarriage of justice (P179); to guard against Judge and officers that accept
bribes or gifts from a litigant (N273); to guard against a Judge who will show
more honor to one litigant over another (N274); to insure that a Judge can
correctly fulfill his duties without threat or fear of threats (N275); to guard
against a Judge who will not carry out a sentence because of his compassionate
nature (N276); to insure that one is not protected overtly because he is poor
(N277); to guard against a Judge who will discriminate against a party because
of his sin (N278); to guard against a Judge who will set aside out of softness
the punishment of a murder or a mauler (N279); to guard against a Judge who
shows discrimination against an orphan or widow (J280) to guard against a Judge
who does not accept representation of one of the litigates (N281); to guard
against the use of circumstantial evidence (N290); to not allow a Court to
sentence an innocent man (N289); and, to guard against the punishment of one who
commits a crime under duress (N294) - to name a few.
The Ben Noah is required to testify in Court when
called upon and to testify to the truth (P178). Further, any Court which does
not act in a manner which upholds the laws of B'nai Noah by the perversion of
justice - by handing down a decision which is in contravention to the laws of
B'nai Noah - are considered as being the cause of removing God's blessing from
the world; and one should work to destroy that Court and replace it with a
proper Court (N285). A fiduciary Noahide who fails to establish an observant
Court in his community, or does not insure that a Court operates in accordance
with the laws of B'nai Noah is libel for the death penalty as a destroyer of the
world. This we learn

from Genesis 34.225ff: Where a Prince of the city of Shechem rapes
Dinah with the full knowledge of everyone in the city and no one dares to bring
him to trial. Thus Shimeon and Levy kill all the males of the city.
These cases are cited to demonstrate that it was
in the plan of the Creator of the Universe that each community should take care
of its own problems. What if a community does not establish [effective] Courts
and conduct them properly? Where does a litigant [citizen] find Justice? Who
will hear his voice?
Indeed, this was the state the world had entered
before the coming of the flood of Noah. A man would go to market and men would
sample his goods. Seeing the corruption of the world in this manner - as well as
other foul sins God himself brought about this end, as It says "...The end
of all flesh has come before me, for the Earth is filled with violence and,
behold, I will destroy them." (Genesis 6:13)
Again the Lord "visited" the earth in
the time of Abraham, son of Terach, and saw the corruption of the world once
more. Since He was bound by his oath not to destroy the entire world again in
His anger, He separated Abraham and chose his descendants to bless
[instruct-guide] the world with a new, more appropriate/effective/correct way of
conduct. To prepare His new direction of the development for Man He forced the
Israelites to enter the "refiner's fire" and taste the bitterness of
slavery so that they might become a holy people -- a sanctified people, educated
by challenges and experiences -- in order to become Priests and teachers - a
light unto the nations. They were to represent Man before God and God before
Man.
The man who had vision, Moses, argued with his
father-in-law, Yithro, about the establishment of small Courts, tribal Courts,
and a National Assembly later known as the Sanhedrin. This august body was to
decide/interpret/make understandable the legal rule and justice, in accordance
with the principles brought down by Moses at Sinai. It was to be the Court of
last appeal in this world. Its judgments could be over-turned only by the direct
revelation of God or the collective will of the population loyal to the system3.
Since the people drifted from their task and did
not understand that the God of Israel wanted both repentance and sacrifice for
proper atonement of sin, and that they thought their position - of being a
Chosen people - gave privilege, where the issue was that of responsibility, the
guiding voice of the Lord in His prophets was taken from us. The last of these
were Haggai, Zechariah, and Malachi who were alive at the time of Darius, the
son of Esther, who was killed at the time of Alexander the Great.
Although the Torah was originally given to the
Jewish people, it is now accepted by a large portion of humanity and forms the
very foundation of what we call Western Civilization. Thus we suggest that
through ways we cannot understand, God is using the Bible to bring the entire
world to the truth of His rulership and desires.
In the year 3788 (28 CE) the power to render a
death sentence administered by the hand of man was withdrawn due to the
corruption of evidence by paid false witnesses. The ruling Council (the
Sanhedrin) began its exile from the hewn chamber to the Mount, from the Mount to
the market, from

Or, 'Why do they seem separate and must appear to be the guardians of the

upheld then it is as though he committed the crime. In the words of Dinah's
husband, Job: "I was eyes to the blind, and feet was I for the Lamb. I was
father to the poor, and the cause which I knew not (to set right) I sought it

mouth." (29.15-7) This refers to the fact that a righteous man must do all
he can in this world to correct the wrongs of evil men. He must pursue Justice
(Deut.16.20) in order to thrive and live on Earth.

Shevi'ith 3.7. If it is immediately recognized that All of Israel cannot
observe the enactment's it is considered erroneous legislation and the law is
immediately null and void. However there are some authorities who say that it
must undergo a formal repudiation - even if the Sanhedrin doing it is
"lesser in stature" than the one who enacted it - even if it is a
contemporary one. We must point out that we do not mean "all of
Israel" as all those who claim to be Israel, but all who are halachically
Jewish and attempt to observe the mitzvoth in a manner that reflects
the continuing historical loyalty to the path of Torah as defined by our
forefathers' lives and writings.

the market to Yavneh, etc. Under the persecutions of Constantine (4097 - 4121
(337 - 361 CE)) they went into hiding because ordination carried the death
penalty and the Sages last performed it in the year 4118 (358 CE).
What is called ordination today is certification
and permission by our teachers, the last generation given to the next, to render
public judgment in certain areas. One's permission must be maintained through a
chain of tradition through his teachers and extending back to the last of those
ordained in 4118. Without this chain of tradition one does not and cannot claim
the right to render judgment for the Jewish people. Such permission does not
imply competence to serve on the Sanhedrin. It does, however, serve to preserve
the rule of Jewish law and confer the ability to form the basis of a new
Sanhedrin, by agreeing to appoint its members by consensus. Thus we see that
today's Rabbinical Courts are only agents of the last ordained Courts.
Essentially the Sanhedrin is the fiduciary,
repository and final authority for the interpretation and upholder of Noahidic
Law. Those nations who ignore its authority do so at their own peril. "Pour
out Your wrath upon the nations who have refuse to know You." (Ps. 79.6;
Jer. 10.25). Through the Chain of Tradition each Rabbinical Court takes over
jurisdiction and the responsibility to insure that its area maintains the proper
Noahidic Court.
II
This Court does not claim to be The
Sanhedrin, but a small Sanhedrin (Sanhedrin Katana), that is a group
of Rabbis numbering 23 or more for the discussion and deciding of any issue,
including the authority to announce "the death penalty at the hands of
Heaven" and administrate it with permission of the ruling government. We
have also formed a committee to study and recommend those things necessary to
re-establish The Sanhedrin. Each of us has been recognized by teachers of the
former generation as competent rabbis to deal with Jewish matters. And, each of
us continues to engage himself in the task of dealing with the mandate to guide
this generation. A small Sanhedrin does not need the total experience necessary
in each of its individual members to be men of The Sanhedrin. Rather, it can
draw upon its rank and file members to deal with legal questions which come
before it. Thus when Rabbi Gershom was confronted with difficult problems he
called a council, which deliberated the problems and passed the emergency laws
(Takkanot) that are known by his name.
In our charter we formed a Rabbinical Court to
investigate and make recommendations to solve certain problems confronting our
nation, for both those still living in the Diaspora and those attempting to live
in the Land of Israel. We have willingly, at times, confronted problems that
other Rabbinical Courts have either refused or could not become involved with.
We have done this basically because we feel that our role is to give moral
guidance and direction to those we serve in the name of our Creator. We do not
see how we can fulfill the historical mandate God has placed upon us and remain
either silent or passive when we confront the needs of our communities nor the
world at large. Indeed that mandate forces the responsibility upon us to deal
with life. As time has gone on and our numbers have increased we have looked
into our history and investigated into how we could help our people. We saw that
there were great councils that have guided our people in all our time of exile
and we decided that now, perhaps more than ever before, we need a council that
would deal with the issues and avoid political and partisan entrapment. Thus we
felt that we should model our Court after those great Tribunals of the past.
As a Rabbinical body we have grown beyond the
numerical requirements of a Beth Din and we have explored many avenues of Jewish
law, making rulings in many difficult cases. We have even foreseen the time when
our place, God willing, will be taken over by a larger and wiser Court. Yet, we
are told, in the words of Rabbi Tarfon: "...It is not incumbent upon you to
complete the work; yet, you are not free to desist from it" (Avot 2.16). It
is our wish and hope that the Sanhedrin develops, the Messiah comes and mankind
repents, until that time we shall not swerve from the task we must perform.
All of our members are American citizens and have
resided and served the Jewish communities of that country or abroad. The
Governing Board of Rabbis now live in the land of Israel. We have served as a
moral and spiritual body for nearly 25 years. As we began to teach Jewish
observance and guide our people, non-Jews have begun to seek us out and learn
the wisdom and truth set out by the God of our forefathers. As it says:
["]Behold the days are coming, says the L-rd God, When I will send a famine
into the earth, not a hunger for bread nor a thirst for water, but, for a
hearing of the word of God" (Amos 8.11). Daniel has said (12.10), further
"many will purify themselves (by their return to godliness), and be
refined. But, the wicked will continue to do evil; not one of them will
understand (what is happening). But, the wise will understand." This refers
to the great wave of atheism

that will sweep the world and only the wise will understand that it is a test
from heaven and not depart from the ways of his Creator. This concerns the
prophecy: "He who departs from evil will be considered a fool" (Is.
59.15). In spite of the efforts from those of the Erv'rav4
(those who cling to evil but attempt to appear god-fearing) to dispoil and
confuse. The Jewish nation, like others, will be split into faction each
declaring that they speak the truth - yet obscuring it ("The Truth will
fail" (Is. 59.15)) - Thus says the Lord of host: "In those days ten
men from every nation will grab the fringes of the garment of the Jew, saying
"Let us go with you, for we have heard that God is with you" (Zeck.
8.23). And many people will say: "Come let us go up to the mountain of the
Lord, unto the house of Jacob and he will teach us His ways and we will walk in
His paths. For out of Zion will come forth the Law / Torah / guidance and the
word of God from Jerusalem. And, He will surely Judge between the nations of the
earth and will arbitrate between many people. And they shall beat their swords
into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks "(Isa. 2.3-4).
This Court firmly believes that when truth and
justice are practiced in this world then peace will rule and the Messiah will
come as a joy to all the nations and mankind will flourish. However, if we
continue to support the current disregard of people's rights, the needs of the
earth to sustain life and pervert justice to serve the powerful then we will
bring the Messiah as a punishment and the wrath of God will manifest itself in
His creation, as it did in the days of Noah. This Court prays for the day of the
coming of the L-ord and His Messiah, "not for the sake of dominating the
world, to rule over the nations, nor even to be exalted by the nations. Nor do
we wish this so that we might eat, drink and rejoice; to have much produce and
wealth....as thought by some misguided and confused people... The sole
pre-occupation of the world will be to know and serve God. The Israelites will
become great Sages and know things that were previously hidden and they will
achieve great knowledge of their Creator...(Rambam, Perush Ha Mishna Sanh.
10, Intro.)." "And we will teach it to the world (Yad, Hilkot
Melach'im 12.5)."
While we hope and pray for this great day we
cannot remain in silence to the misdeeds of our nation or the world. For too
long have we hidden behind the affairs of our own house. For too long have we
neglected the affairs beyond milk and meat, Shabbat and prayer - hoping for the
Lord to perform some act that will suddenly bring us to our former state of
grace and repair the damage of the world. We have been silent too long to the
dictate, "... For whoever is in a position to protest against the misdeeds
of the whole world and does not do so, will be held accountable as if it were he
who did these sins."
III
The People of the Republic of Texas have come
before us as their last hope and recourse for hearing grievances against the
United States of America, being a larger entity in which they have been
incorporated. They claim grievances have occurred for the last 130 years in a
continuous manner. They further claim that they have approached, in good faith,
the designated legal bodies of the United States in accordance with the laws
thereof, seeking to have their grievances heard and redressed. Upon failure of
all levels of the legal system of their, for whatever hope and reason were
misguided into addressing the so-called World Court of the Hague, as the
representative body of international law -

were destroyed by God i he ensuing plague after the Moabite women. However their
children become a part of Israel that have continually caused problems for the
'AM by embracing non-Jewish ideas. (E.R. 17.85; Sifra N. 38; Sifra
3.192; Zohar II 191b; Mehilta, Bo 13-15a; Meholta R.S.
24.5; Targum Jer. To Ex. 12:34; Mehilta, Beshallah 1.25a-26a;
Shir 1.13; TB Sanh. 82b)

- which was erroneously believed to have been formed to hear grievances and
settle disputes between nations - not knowing that it was in reality a Court for
a group of nations who submit to this arbitration board and that no individual
or group petitions are heard.
We accept their plea to hear their grievance
before this Court.
We hereby urge that The Republic of Texas is to
submit all documents, treaties, legislation and correspondence in this matter
and we will deal with it in due course. We suggest that all documentation be
delivered in the form of microfiche for convenience and cost. We require that
all documents be notarized by two or more people who will state that this is the
totality of their legal testimony, to date, and can attest to the authenticity
of the documents presented. This documentation should contain no less than:
1) The treaty of surrender of Mexican forces
to Texas forces;
2) The original papers of the Texas
Constitution;
3) Papers concerning the original
negotiation of Texas with the United States for
joining the Union.
4) The papers of Rejection for joining the
Union;
5) Documents concerning the united States
and Mexican war, all treaties and
negotiations;
6) Documents of assistance between the Union
of the United States and the Republic of
Texas from the settlement of the
American "colony" in East Texas to the annexation;
7) Documents, treaties, letters, and
conventions of the Republic of Texas prior to its
annexation;
8) Documents of secession from the Union;
9) Documents concerning the declaration of
war against the United States;
10) Documents concerning joining the Southern
union known as the Confederacy;
11) Documents concerning the surrender and
reconstruction of the Confederacy;
12) Documents concerning the surrender of Texas;
13) Documents of the infliction of Marshal Law on
Texas;
14) Documents on re-admission to Union;
15) Documents of Congress and the State of Texas
on any peace treaty, reconstruction,
territory, et cetera;
16) And, all congressional documents (including
the war office) on the treatment of
native claims to
A) Texas territory
by tribes prior to the American "colony" settlement
B) Texas territory
by tribes after the "March of Tears" by the Five Nations.
Further, The Republic of Texas must file their
intent to deal with any wrong done to any native tribe misplaced by their
settlement, declaration of statehood and denial of rights under the Noahidic
Laws and constitutional principles we hold in force for a representative
government.
The Republic of Texas has one hundred and twenty
days (120) working days in which to provide this Court with all documents
requested or deemed relevant by the Republic of Texas to their case.
At any time this Court can request of any party
any document it deems necessary to its deliberations and it will be provided by
registered mail or carrier with proper attestations with 21 working days of the
receipt of its request.
This Court reserves the right to question any
witness it deems necessary, to question experts, at the expense of the parties.
Further the Republic of Texas and all its members
and subsidiaries must sign an agreement that they will be bound by the decisions
of this Court. They must also agree that they understand that the rulings of
this Court are morally binding decisions on all the parties and that this Court
has no temporal power to enforce it. Rather we call upon the community to
continue to fear and love God and hope for deliverance and heavenly punishment
upon those who reject the dictum to appoint Courts, Judges and officers that
will respect the word of God and not seek favor among the wicked; in the same
manner that King John of England voluntarily accepted the decisions and advice
of the London Beth Din when the Magna Carta was adopted.
As this Court has received notification of other
bodies who have grievances against the United States of America, as a
corporation, who has allegedly violated its treaties and conventions and the
Constitution, it will serve notice that it will hear all cases on its historical
and legal merit, as well as moral implications.
This Court hereby censures the legal system of the
State of Texas and the United States of America for the failure to hear a
grievance that is in your house.

This Court, therefore, urges the Attorney
General of the United States of America, Janet Reno, currently under the
Political Leadership of President Bill Clinton to answer to the charge of
failure to hear a grievance that is brought before its duly appointed Courts,
and it has 90 working days in which to show cause as to why this case should not
be heard before this Court and to submit documents showing that it has conformed
with all treaties, conventions and wishes of the native peoples and with states
accepted or annexed under the Constitutional principles and Noahide law, which
was adopted as Law in the United States by Congress.
It shall be so ordered that Plaintiffs must bear
Court, costs. As the Republic of Texas is the Plaintiff in this matter the
deposit of its share of the costs into a certified bank insured by Lloyds of
London and to be drawn upon by The Supreme Rabbinic Court of America by
signature of two of its officers, shall initiate the case. Failure to provide
Court costs by the Plaintiff will be seen as failure to file. Failure by the
Defense to respond will constitute moral contempt and will be subject to the
rules thereof. The total cost is 300 troy ounces of gold or certification of its
equivalent; silver of equal value may be substituted.
Failure to provide evidence by any party will be
deemed as contempt of Court and be subject to the rules thereof. Any
falsification of documents or testimony will constitute perjury and / or fraud
and will be dealt with as such.
Further, all documents and deliberations will be
placed in the public domain and will be published for all to see and hear. All
research will be coordinated by the Beth Din's Secretary and all deliberations
dates and places will be made public.

Glossary of Selected Terms
(In order of appearance)
Noahide or Noahidic: (Derived from Noah) Any matter pertaining to non-Israelites (i.e. gentiles or nations), as in "Noahide Laws" (which since the time of Noah are binding upon the whole human race). The Noahide Laws (or the laws of the Sons of Noah) in modern times have been officially adopted by the Congress of the united States of America.
Ben Noah: Any descendant of Noah, i.e. any human. More specifically here, anyone who is not an Israelite.
Sanhedrin: Derived from the Greek word - Synhedrion - Litterally = Assembly/Council. Another word for Rabbinical Council or Court.
Shabbat or Shabbath: Sabbath, the Hebrew name for the day otherwise known as "Saturday."
Torah: The Hebrew word for "Pentateuch," (meaning the Five Books of Moses.)
Rashi, Rambam, etc.: These are references to some of the greatest teachers or Sages among the Hebrews since Moses.

The Talmud Bavli (BT) is the Mishna plus the Babylonian gemara. It is much more complete than the Talmud Yerushalmi (JT), and the redaction is much more careful and precise. Still, it is by no means complete. The gemara only exists for 37 out of the 63 tractates of the Mishna. Why did these tractates remain without gemara in the BT? The traditional answer is that the laws of Zeraim and Toharot (except Niddah) had no practical relevance: * The agricultural laws were tied only to the land of Israel. In the diaspora these laws simply were of no use. * The purity laws (except for family purity) were no longer applicable, because there was no longer a Temple and sacrificial system. One might think then that there would be no BT gemara on Qodashim... but there is. This is probably because the study of the sacrificial regulations is generally thought of as being on par with actually performing sacrifices. In the usual printed editions, the BT comprises the full Mishna, the 37 gemaras, and the extra-canonical (minor) tractates. Living in our society, many have a concept of Moshiach that is based on other philosophies, cultures and religions. Moshiach is a uniquely Jewish concept -- one which is basic to our religion.
What's all this about "Moshiach"?
The traditional Jewish prayer book contains over 60 references in the daily prayers to the redemption and the coming of Moschiach. Virtually every Jewish ritual, tradition and prayer contains a reference to Moshiach.
The belief in the coming of Moshiach is one of the 13 essential articles of Jewish faith. These are recited in the famous prayer, Yigdal, in almost every synagague in the world.
What is the Jewish view of Moshiach
People read about Moschiach and may assume that an angelic redeemer will suddenly descend from heaven. Jewish teaching, beginning from the Torah, portrays Moschiach as a human leader of the caliber of Moses who will kindle the imagination of the world and inspire everyone to do good.

Who is Moschiach?

What Can I Do?
When the Torah was given to the Jewish people on Mount Sinai, G-d spoke to each and every person individually -- because each individual is precious. In a sense, each one of us is a partner in the creation of the Universe. The more G-dliness and goodness that we do, the greater the effect we have on the world. The Holy Bible clearly says seventy weeks and seventy weeks it will be. 27: And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst
