Concerning the Maimonides exclusive use of capital punishment for Noahide violations, most rabbinic authorities disagree and hold that it means "punishments up to and including capital punishment" and that a system of fines is meant to be set up, though Jewish law has no say in the severity of punishments.
Rabbi Aharon Soloveichik, "On Noachides", Beis Yitzchak 19:335-338 (5747) and Rabbi J. David Bleich "Mishpas Maves..." writes that a person who violates the Noachide laws and thus poses a danger to others could be killed using the pursuer rationale; Indeed, even a Jew could be punished under that rationale. However, a violation of the purely theological components of the Noachide law cannot result in punishment according to this rationale.[1]

In 1981, the late Rabbi Moshe Feinstein addressed this question in Igrot Moshe[3]. Only prominent scholars, well-versed in the wisdom of the Torah (Self appointed, self righteous Vipers and hypocrites of Hell) as well as in other scholarly disciplines, and who possess excellent values, qualify for membership on this court.

A candidate must be humble, G-d fearing, one who despises money, a lover of truth, beloved by people for his qualities of goodness and humility, and who is sociable, self-composed, compassionate and not the subject of any gossip. For this reason a childless person or a very old one, who has forgotten the pain of raising children, is not qualified for membership on the court, because this person might lack compassion and become unduly harsh with offenders.

In addition, three rows of scholars (candidates for serving on the court) are seated in front of the court, watch the proceeding and alert the court to any error which might lead to an unlawful conviction. These scholars, however, cannot intervene when the error favors the defendant. Circumstantial evidence is inadmissible; to convict the defendant two qualified witnesses who have no material interest in the case are required. Prosecution witnesses are disqualified if they are motivated by a desire to testify in order to escape punishment. The witnesses must be warned about the graveness of perjury in general and in connection with capital punishment in particular. Furthermore, the defendant must have been warned prior to committing the crime about its severity and must have acknowledged an awareness of it.

Because of all these requirements, execution of criminals in the Jewish community was rare, taking place only once in many years. Furthermore, capital crimes were tried only at the time of the Holy Temple, in which the Great Sanhedrin, consisting of seventy one members, was housed. Following the destruction of the Temple, capital crimes were not tried in Jewish courts even when they were granted jurisdiction by the state to try Jewish criminals according to Jewish law.
These rules, however, applied in normal times when murder was rare and committed as a result of unrestrained passion or during a dispute over property or because of injury to one's honor. In case one killed out of cruelty and indifference of the prohibition of murder, or when murder became widespread, the strict evidentiary and procedural rules in favor of defendants in criminal cases were relaxed, and criminals were convicted and executed. Note that the above deals with cases where Jews are governing Jews under Jewish law.

With respect to countries such as the United States, one must look at the imposition of capital punishment under Noahide law, which applies to non-Jewish people, or the power of a king or a state legislature to impose capital punishment, based upon the principle of dina de'malchuta dina, literally, "the law of the state is the law." (see HJR 104, PL 102-14) The authorization for the imposition of capital punishment and the relevant evidentiary and procedural rules under Noahide law or the principle of dina de'malchuta dina are entirely different from those under Jewish law.

The question of capital punishment under the Noahide code was discussed in the Talmud.[6] It was decided that all seven Noahide laws are capital crimes.[7] Under Noahide law one may be executed based on the testimony of one witness or a confession, and without a prior warning.[8] According to one opinion, a criminal might be executed under Noahide law based upon circumstantial evidence.[9] According to Maimonides, non-Jews are required to establish a judicial system and apply the Noahide law, (See HJR 104, PL 102-14) including the imposition of capital punishment.[10] It would appear, then, that American courts might be required under Noahide law to impose capital punishment for the violation of any one of the seven Noahide laws based upon one-witness testimony, circumstantial evidence or a defendant's confession.
Similarly, the imposition of capital punishment by a non-Jewish state under the principle of dina de'malchuta dina does not require the application of strict evidentiary and procedural rules as in Jewish law. For instance, the testimony of one witness or the defendant's confession might suffice to convict a defendant.[11] Although the principle of dina de'malchuta dina was primarily intended to subject Jewish people to the authority of a non-Jewish state, it could a fortiori apply also to non-Jewish people. This is because the underlying theories of this principle, e.g., the people's implied consent to the state's authority, or the power of the state to expel disobedient inhabitants, applies to everyone. The restrictions in Jewish law on the execution of criminals, delineated by Rabbi Feinstein, are limited to trials conducted according to biblical law. A Jewish king, however, is not subject to these restrictions and may execute criminals more easily than a Jewish court.

Furthermore, some scholars believe that the power of a non- Jewish king or government to try criminals is based on the Jewish king's prerogatives under Jewish law.[13]

Regarding the Military Action in the Gaza Strip
The entire country must share joint responsibility for the current military
action in the Gaza Strip and for the likelihood that it will end without a clear
defeat of our enemy.
Consideration by Israel to signing a ceasefire agreement with the PLO/Hamas
terrorist organizations under the aegis of international or local proposals
testifies to the short-sighted political view of the Israel government and its
clouded horizon of the country’s future. Conclusion of
battle must come only when the enemy is unable to fight.
The remark by President Elect Obama regarding the reciprocal responsibility of the current fighting shows a lack of moral understanding and bodes ill for fundamental Israeli and world interests.
If the present military action is not concluded categorically, the Israeli population will suffer the severe results of continuing attacks and from the inept handling of the political side of this battle. This responsibility falls on Jewry as a whole who did not come out in mass to prevent the 2005 destruction of the Jewish villages in the Gaza Strip and northern Shomron. They allowed themselves to be lulled by empty promises of “Peace in our Times” repeated by corrupt politicians, often, to find favor in the eyes of “post-Zionist” law-enforcement officials, who were pleased to delay the pressing of criminal charges.
A Crime took place: The destruction of thriving villages in the Gaza Strip and northern Shomron and deportation of their populations.
The Punishment came in its time: The Arab bombardment of cities and townships from Ashdod to Beer-Sheva, loss of Jewish lives, disfiguring injuries, and destruction of Israeli property, paralysis of life in most of the southern third of the country – and the lack of will to restore the destroyed communities to their past glory.

The upcoming elections were a primary factor, since it was clear to the Minister of Defense that his party was losing electoral support and he could not allow rockets to continue to spoil his chances of strengthening his party’s position. [In fact, the popularity of the Minister and his party increased by more than 50% since the beginning of the war.]
However, we foresee political failure if a premature ceasefire is adopted because the government did not coherently formulate the goals of its military action:

Indeed, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has modified one of the self-imposed limitations that characterized its previous engagements: in the current battle, Israel has attacked all places from which the enemy has attacked our people, and all places in which enemy munitions are stored — even mosques (which is in accordance with international laws). Nevertheless, the
IDF still behaves as if the blood of Arabs is worth more than that of Israeli soldiers or civilians. This attitude lies at the basis of the decision — against the advice of eminent military experts — not to purchase the Vulcan-Phalanx electrically powered Gatling gun for Israeli troops or the Israel-US-developed Nautilus Tactical High Energy Laser System, known to be successful in downing rockets and projectiles. Such ordinance would have proved very useful and saved many IDF and civilian casualties.

Yamit - this is the first war in history I can recall where the “victorious” side sued for a ceasefire. Simply unbelievable!
Victorious side? We had few military objectives and even less it seems clear political objectives. Hamas needs to only survive and continue shooting rockets to claim victory. Cease fires have always been used to the tactical advantage to both sides of any hot conflict. The IDF was basically marking time in place in any event which opened them up to a more dangerous field position. If you are not attacking then you have to keep maneuvering so as not to give the enemy fixed static targets. This has resulted in the bulk of our losses due to friendly fire and not the enemies. Have you noticed how the Gaza conflict was knocked off the front burner and front pages by Plane crash in NYC and the Obama inauguration? Cease fire will allow the media to focus on other mundane events taking place in the world.
No Norman this was not a war it was at best a long delayed punitive response to 8 years of our military and political ineptitude and even perfidy. I think that maybe behind the overwhelming destruction inflicted on Gaza was the hope that sooner or later that the people of Gaza would turn on Hamas and welcome Abbas back in their stead.
The IDF returned to us Pride and national unity, but our political amoebas could not translate our military success into any diplomatic and political positive results. The Bulk of Hamas still exists, diminished somewhat in capability but alive to keep on the attacks. Billions will now be injected into Gaza and Hamas will gain and cement their positions as the legitimate rulers in Gaza and the entity to be dealt with whether we like it or not. We tax payers and economic producers will have to foot the bill for this endeavor by ourselves. Hamas makes a financial profit we incur only economic losses.

Released this morning the notification that we found a natural gas field consiting of 90 BCM (Billion Cubic Meters). Maybe there is oil to be found as well. Israel as energy self sufficient becomes even a stronger economic and political force to be dealt with.

He will now be remembered b y the Beast of Satan, for his works, but forgotten by Christ Jesus for his denial, and he shall sit in darkness where there shall be gnashing and gnawing of teeth forever.
The document, grandly transcribed on parchment and furled into a scroll, is addressed to the the "Leader of the West." It reminds President Bush to "declare to the world" that he will honor G-d's word and act "towards settling the Jewish People throughout their entire Land."

The document was signed by three figures, including the world-renowned Torah scholar, philosopher, social critic and author Rabbi Adin Steinsaltz, (Nazi of Dan Sanhedrin, see Bush family Nazi connections) once termed by Time magazine as a "once-in-a-millennium scholar." Rabbi Chaim Richman, representing the Temple Mount movements, and Dr. Gadi Eshel of the New Jewish Congress are also signed upon the proclamation.
The scroll is likely to be presented to Mr. Bush during his visit this week to Israel by a prominent political and social figure.
Bush Can Choose His Historic Record
The impressive document includes a detailed reminder to Bush that he has the
chance to help G-d's eternal word be fulfilled, and thus pave the way for (Noahide
anti-Christ) world peace, or to take the opposite path.
It begins by saying that Mr. Bush can "make a declaration, as did Cyrus, King of Persia... who, in the year 538 BCE, returned the exiled nations to their lands, recognized the full right of the Jewish people to reestablish their Holy Temple, the “house of prayer for all nations” (Isaiah 56:7), and called upon them to return to their land."

In January of
this year, Fox TV heavily promoted and aired a “pseudo-documentary” titled
“Smallpox.” This fictional movie opened in
“A third part of thee shall die with the pestilence, and with famine shall they be consumed in the midst of thee: and a third part shall fall by the sword round about thee; and I will scatter a third part into all the winds, and I will draw out a sword after them. Thus shall mine anger be accomplished, and I will cause my fury to rest upon them, and I will be comforted: and they shall know that I the LORD have spoken it in my zeal, when I have accomplished my fury in them.”
This final scene
indelibly impressed upon the viewer’s mind that the terrorist was a
“Fundamentalist” Christian who had been inspired by the Old Testament
prophecy to instigate a global pestilence. The narrator was very precise that
the Bible was a King James Version. The verses read from the book of
Ezekiel are actually a prophecy of God’s judgment on the Jews of ancient
The logical conclusion drawn by anyone watching this propaganda piece would have been that, as Fundamentalist Muslim terrorists are inspired by their holy book, the Koran, to commit acts of terror, Fundamentalist Christians are inspired to terrorist activity by the King James Bible.
The imaging of King James Bible advocates as Fundamentalist extremists did not materialize out of thin air with the “Smallpox” pseudo-documentary. Advocates of the KJV are stereotypically portrayed as mean-spirited, arrogant and contentious, in no small part due to the comportment of certain prominent leaders who, we suspect, are agents provocateurs. The mission of such agents is not so much to defend the King James Version as it is to create discord and a public perception of KJV-Only advocates as troublemakers and even sociopaths—making it a short step to the assumption that those who read the King James Version are a menace to society.
Agents provocateurs are usually undercover intelligence agents. Their assignment is to infiltrate opposition movements for the express purpose of discrediting them:

them to violence, so that they can use that violence as ‘proof’ of the

Probably the most notable KJV-Only defender who has done irreparable damage to the perception of King James Only Christians is Peter Ruckman, President of the Pensacola Bible Institute. Armed with scathing sarcasm, incredible rudeness, and even profanity on occasion, Ruckman regularly blasts his theological adversaries in his publications and tapes as “idiots,” “stupid” and worse. Peter Ruckman has brought further reproach on the name of Jesus Christ and Christians by his personal life, which includes two divorces and three marriages. Peter Ruckman’s protege, Gail Riplinger, is also twice divorced and married to her third husband. However, the worst mischief of Peter Ruckman and Gail Riplinger has been to spearhead a movement which irrationally contends that the King James Version is superior to the Greek Textus Receptus. For the theme which permeates the teachings of Peter Ruckman and Gail Riplinger is the Ruckmanite dogma that the King James Bible represents a new revelation from God to the translators of the 1611 Authorised Version, that the KJV is the only inspired Word of God, and that, in the many verses where the KJV differs from the Greek Textus Receptus, “the English corrects the Greek.”
“Correct the Greek with the English. It is always the best policy; the one that God will bless. Feel free (with a clear conscience) in always correcting the Greek Receptus with the Holy Bible [meaning the King James]…” (How to Teach the ‘Original’ Greek, 1992, (2000 reprint) p. 117)
“Three things should be emphasized…1. The absolute insanity of translating any Greek text literally, word for word, in order to give a reader THE WORDS God wants him to have in another language.” (Ibid.)
“The King James Bible was “given by inspiration of God.” (Ibid.)
“The King James Bible…often contains revelations of the truth that evidently cannot be found in any Greek text.” (The Christian’s Handbook of Biblical Scholarship, 1988, pp. 271-272)
“The King James’ text is the last and final statement that God has given the world and He has given it in the universal language of the 20th century... The truth is God slammed the door of revelation shut in 389 B.C. and slammed it shut again in 1611.”(The Monarch of the Books, Pensacola, 1980, p. 9)
“There existed a true original Greek (i.e. Majority Text, Textus Receptus). It is not in print and never will be because it is unnecessary. No one on the planet speaks first century Koine Greek, so God is finished with it. He needs no ‘Dead Bible Society’ to translate it into ‘everyday English’…” (Gail Riplinger, In Awe of Thy Word, p. 956)
These grandiose illusions patently contradict the plain statements of the translators of the 1611 King James Version in their Preface, “The Translators to the Readers.” The Translators’ Preface, which has been excluded from King James Bibles for over one hundred years, documents the labor intensive translation process which the translators undertook to produce the 1611 AV, their belief in the divine inspiration and superiority of the Hebrew and Greek Texts from which they translated, their conviction that no translation can be perfect, not even the 1611 Authorised Version, and their purpose which was simply to improve upon other Reformation Bibles that were also based on the Textus Receptus, i.e. “...to make a good one better, or out of many good ones, one principal good one...”
By means of bullying many Christians who love the King James Version to a radical extreme the AV translators never envisioned, Peter Ruckman and Gail Riplinger have provided modern version advocates the perfect foil with whom to associate KJV proponents they wish to discredit while avoiding the real issues surrounding the modern versions. Almost invariably, modern version proponents label KJV-Only Christians as “Ruckmanites” when they cannot present well-documented and reasoned critiques of our work without exposing their own deception. Such ad hominem attacks reveal their desperation to control the damage we have inflicted on the modern version conspiracy—a conspiracy which they assure their readers doesn’t exist—and their role of controlling the opposition—you, their readers.
The “Ruckmanite” tactic is one example of the lengths to which the conspirators in their varied disguises will go to vilify beyond recognition Christians who defend the purity of God’s Word, the Textus Receptus, against the onslaught of corrupted versions that are proliferating and will be marshaled to support the agenda of a false Christ. Now this modern version scam has moved out of the Christian community into the public arena where it is playing an important role in the end-time drama that is unfolding before our very eyes...in the national news.

Warren is a protégé of Robert Schuller, the famous pastor of the Crystal
Cathedral, who mentored Rick Warren at his Institute for Successful Church

In fact, Rick Warren’s Saddleback Church belongs to the Southern Baptist Convention which is heavily infiltrated and controlled by Freemasonry. The following excerpt from Deceived on Purpose demonstrates that Rick Warren’s theology is not Christian but pantheist, for he espouses the pagan belief that God lives in everyone:
Upon seizing the reins of government, the new Noachide leaders will move quickly to implement a full agenda of reform. ... Full support will be given to Israeli forces to reinvade PLO-controlled areas, with military assistance offered where necessary. Jewish courts ... will be granted full legal sovereignty over Jewish citizens within each country, who will no longer be subject to the authority of gentile courts.
The pre-existing Noachide judges and courts will replace the existing court system of each country, and the legal code will be drastically rewritten to conform to halacha.... .... “Renowned occult teacher and New Age Theosophist Alice A. Bailey also described how a new world religion will be based on this ‘immanent’ aspect of God. Emphasizing the word ‘fresh,’ she states that the ‘Path to God’ will be based on:
‘…a fresh orientation to divinity and to the acceptance of the fact of God Transcendent and of God Immanent within every form of life.
‘These are the foundational truths upon which the world religion of the future will rest’ (emphasis added).’

same ‘immanence’ aspect of God so important to Maitreya, Alice A. Bailey,
the New Spirituality and the New World Religion is also very important to Rick
Warren. This idea of ‘immanence’ is taught as part of the Foundations
course at Rick Warren’s
‘The fact that God stands above and beyond his creation does not mean he stand outside his creation. He is both transcendent (above and beyond his creation) and immanent (within and throughout his creation).’
“Robert Schuller has also stressed this aspect of immanence. In a November 9, 2003 sermon at the Crystal Cathedral, Robert Schuller stated that God was not only transcendent but also immanent. He said that as a result of his becoming more aware of the immanence of God, his faith was now ‘deeper, broader and richer more than ever.’ As previously cited, he summarized what he meant by the immanence of God by telling his worldwide television audience:
‘Yes, God is alive and He is in every single human being!’
even in those who deny Jesus ! As according to Talmud Bavli and the Satanic anti-Christ Noahide Law
“Also, as previously mentioned in Chapter Three of this book, this ‘immanent’ aspect of God is also evident in Rick Warren’s favorite paraphrase, Eugene Peterson’s The Message. The notion that God is ‘in’ everything and is ‘One’ with creation is contained in the magical saying ‘as above, so below.’ This is the mystical New Age phrase that Eugene Peterson injected in its entirety into the Lord’s Prayer and its derivative form into Colossians 1:16—the verse that Rick Warren used to introduce his readers to The Purpose Driven Life. As previously cited, the editors of the New Age Journal, described this immanent aspect of God and its New Age significance in their book As Above, So Below:
‘…as above, so below; as below, so above.’ This maxim implies that the transcendent God beyond the physical universe and the immanent God within ourselves are one.’”

N.B. The key verse introducing Rick Warren’s Purpose Driven Life reads: “For everything, absolutely everything, above and below, visible and invisible,…everything got started in him and finds its purpose in him. Colossians 1:16 (Msg)”
In their book, The Trojan Horse: The New Age Infiltration of the Church, Samantha Smith and Brenda Scott make an important observation: “In our ongoing study of mysticism/occultism/spiritualism, we often find that the authors deny what they are actually teaching.” (24:14) Warren Smith likewise observed that Rick Warren was careful to include a disclaimer that he is not teaching Gnosticism, which in fact he does teach:
“The spiritual implications of all of the overlapping statements are enormous. Rick Warren, Robert Schuller, and Eugene Peterson are all now teaching this immanent aspect of God—that God is ‘in’ everyone. On this critical theological point, these particular Christian leaders are not only ‘not exposing’ one of the central concepts of the ‘New Spirituality’ and probable New World Religion—they seem to be agreeing with it!
“A
friend of mine who used to go to
‘Because God is with you all the time, no place is any closer to God than the place where you are now. The Bible says, ‘He rules everything and is everywhere and is in everything.’
“My friend hung his head in disbelief and then exclaimed, ‘That’s pantheism!’
“He had immediately grasped the dangerous New Age implications of what Rick Warren was saying. He understood that whatever New Age disclaimers Rick Warren seemed to be making, he had just overridden them by what he was actually teaching. On the one hand, Rick Warren has proclaimed that humans are not divine, yet he opens the door to this New Spirituality belief by proclaiming that God is ‘in’ everything.” (pp. 156-159)
In The Purpose-Driven Life, Rick Warren quoted nearly 1,000 verses, nearly all from modern versions and paraphrases of the Bible. Not only did he avoid using the King James Version, he advised readers against reading the KJV. Warren Smith noted Rick Warren’s reason for his disturbing advice:
“Having only used one Bible all these years, I wanted to understand why Rick Warren felt the need to use fifteen different Bible versions and paraphrases in The Purpose-Driven Life. In the back of his book I found this explanation:
‘This book contains nearly a thousand quotations from Scripture. I have intentionally buried the Bible translations used for two important reasons. First, no matter how wonderful a translation is, it has limitations…
‘Second, and even more important, is the fact that we often miss the full impact of familiar Bible verses not because of poor translating, but simply because they have become so familiar!… Therefore I have deliberately used paraphrases in order to help you see God’s truth in new, fresh ways. English-speaking people should thank God that we have so many different versions to use for devotional reading.’
“…Of the fifteen different versions he used, The Message was clearly Rick Warren’s favorite. In The Purpose-Driven Life, he rarely referred to the King James Bible. I found his strange reason why in his 1995 book, The Purpose-Driven Church:
“Read
Scripture from a newer translation. With all the wonderful translations and
paraphrases available today, there is no legitimate reason for complicating the
Good News with four hundred year old English. Using the King James Version
creates an unnecessary cultural barrier… Clarity is more important than
poetry.” (Smith, Warren. Deceived on Purpose: The New Age Implications of
the
Pantheism is the ancient pagan belief that the universe is God and there is no God but the combined forces and laws which are manifested in the existing universe. Pan, the hermaphrodite god of nature, is acclaimed by occultists to have procreated the world. The study of the first ‘principle of nature’ (PAN) is presently the basis of comparative religion classes which teach that all religions are equally valid. KJV TERRORISTS?
Shortly after
September 11, 2001, the founder of the U.N.-affiliated United
Religions Initiative, Episcopal Bishop William E. Swing, announced that
members of any religion who hold to the fundamentals of their particular
“scriptures” should be classified as “terrorists.” Bishop Swing
based his remarks to participants at a URI meeting in

Note that Bishop Swing and his UN-affiliated United Religions Initiative are not concerned about the average Christian, but “the problem of ‘fundamentalists in our own groups’.” In other words, King James-Only Fundamentalist Christians who, it is presumed, are potential terrorists on the order of Bin Laden and al-Qaeda. It will therefore become necessary to “delete those elements from scripture” which inspire such Fundamentalists to engage in terrorist activity. But wait! Paraphrases of the Bible are already available which have “deleted the fanatical elements from Scripture”! How convenient.
If
a Fundamental Christian can be held responsible for a fictional Smallpox
epidemic, it is not unreasonable to expect that the Tribulation pestilences and
other judgments will be blamed on KJV-Only Fundamentalists who are portrayed as
a fanatical, terrorist element within Christendom. As 9/11 galvanized public
opinion against the Muslims, who hold to the Quran, leading to the present
genocidal campaign in the Middle East, a series of Tribulation catastrophes of
the scale described in Revelation 6 will provide the U.S. government the mandate
needed to remove the FTO requirement in the USA Patriot Act, i.e., that a the
terrorist group “must

The History Channel will probably air a documentary on King James citing all of the false witnesses who have ever slandered this godly man as a homosexual pedophile. THE NOAHIDE LAWS
The book of Revelation is very specific that a particular group of believers will be martyred during the Tribulation period. Also identified is the issue that will determine who is martyred as well as the method of their execution. Two verses in particular, Revelation 6:9 and 20:4, state clearly that the issue will be the Word of God.
“And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held.” – Rev. 6:9
“And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.” – Rev. 20:4
It seems that possession of the true Word of God, the King James Bible, will become illegal after the Tribulation begins. Those who confess faith in Jesus Christ will be given a simple life or death choice; those who choose to use the true Word of God over the counterfeit bible versions will be beheaded. On January 17, 1951, the Orthodox Jewish Chabad-Lubavitch elected Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson to be the Lubavitch “Rebbe.” The “Rebbe,” who is regarded by the International Lubavitch Movement as the “messiah,” was also recognized as a moral leader by many U.S. presidents, starting with President Richard Nixon. According to the Chabad-Lubavitch, the Rebbe enjoyed an especially close relationship with Ronald Reagan, who began the process of giving legislative status to what the Lubavitchers call “the Seven Universal Laws”:
“The President was an early and enthusiastic adherent of the Rebbe’s call to make all people aware of the Seven Universal Laws, based on the belief in a Supreme Being. The Rebbe’s call for a moment of silence in the public schools, and his persistent belief that America must export to the world faith-based moral values, were among the themes that found a welcoming ear in President Reagan.”
According to The Encyclopedia of Judaism these Seven Universal Laws, also called the Seven Noahide Laws, are as follows:
(1) Civil justice [the duty to establish a legal system];
Upon seizing the reins of government, the new Noachide leaders will move quickly to implement a full agenda of reform. ... Full support will be given to Israeli forces to reinvade PLO-controlled areas, with military assistance offered where necessary. Jewish courts ... will be granted full legal sovereignty over Jewish citizens within each country, who will no longer be subject to the authority of gentile courts. The pre-existing Noachide judges and courts will replace the existing court system of each country, and the legal code will be drastically rewritten to conform to halacha.... .... And law and order will be fully restored through the establishment of internal security measures, again in accordance with Torah law. — Committee for Israeli Victory
(2) Prohibition of blasphemy [which includes the bearing of false witness];
(3) The abandonment of idolatry;
(4) The prohibition of incest [including adultery and other sexual offenses];
(5) The prohibition of murder;
(6) Also that of theft;
(7) The law against eating flesh [a limb] cut from a living animal [i.e., cruelty in any shape or form] (T.B. Sanh. 56A)
The Encyclopedia of Judaism identifies the source of the Noahide Laws as the Talmud Bavli, the Babylonian Talmud, which is the most authoritative Talmud for Orthodox Judaism which regards it as divinely inspired. The Talmud also delimits the penalty for disobedience of one Noahide Law: “One additional element of greater severity is that violation of any one of the seven laws subjects the Noahide to capital punishment by decapitation. (Sanhedrin Tract 57A)”
The Seven Noahide Laws do not apply to Jews, but only to Gentiles, and will establish a legal framework for the Jewish elite to rule the Gentile world during the Tribulation period. The B’nai Noach website put it this way: “A bat Noach [daughter of Noah] or b’nai Noach [son/child of Noah] is a non-Jew (Noahide) who follows the Jewish laws specifically given by God for them.”
According to the Jewish Encyclopedia, due process will not be followed in the prosecution of Noachides: “The many formalities of procedure essential when the accused is an Israelite need not be observed in the case of the Noachid. The latter may be convicted on the testimony of one witness, even on that of relatives, but not on that of a woman. In 1982, in honor of the 80th birthday of Rebbe Menachem Schneerson, President Reagan issued a declaration, which Congress confirmed, that April 4 would become a
National Day of Reflection on the Seven Noahide Laws as a moral code for mankind.“One shining example for people of all faiths of what education ought to be is that provided by the Lubavitch movement, headed by Rabbi Menachem Schneerson, a worldwide spiritual leader who will celebrate his 80th birthday on April 4, 1982. The Lubavitcher Rebbe's work stands as a reminder that knowledge is an unworthy goal unless it is accompanied by moral and spiritual wisdom and understanding. We note that this meeting took place on January 17, the day on which Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson was elected as the Lubavitcher Rebbe in 1951. January 17 is also the date upon which Convents of the Prieuré de Sion are traditionally held for the election of Grand Masters. January is the month of the Roman god Janus, whom the Prieuré worships as Diana, which is the reason the name ‘John’ or ‘Jean is the esoteric name of its Grand Masters. Since the Jews do not believe that Jesus fulfilled the criteria for the Jewish messiah, they are awaiting a different messiah

Since the restored Sanhedrin is mandated by the Talmud, which denigrates Jesus Christ, the messianic figure it heralds must be the Antichrist, (False-Christ, Moshiach ben Dovid) in whose service the 71 rabbis will be employed. “And he shall...think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.” (Dan. 7:25 )

reconstitution...see it as a vessel that, once established, will reach the

2005, quoted Vendyl Jones on the subject of the authority of the Sanhedrin.

There you have it, the legal foundation for beheading those who hold the testimony of Jesus as presented in the New Testament and the Jewish High Court, the Sanhedrin, which will interpret and oversee global implementation of the Noahide Laws. The Sanhedrin
“Sanhedrin (…Aram. form of Gk. sunedrion, a ‘council, assembly session’)… In the time of Christ and the apostles the Sanhedrin is frequently mentioned as being the supreme Jewish court of justice (…Mark 14:55…).
Composition. This great council was formed…of high priests (i.e., the acting high priest, those who had been high priests, and members of the privileged families from which the high priest were taken), elders (i.e., tribal and family heads of the people and priesthood), and scribes (i.e., legal assessors), Pharisees and Sadducees alike (cf. Acts 4:1, 5-6; 5:17, 34). The Pharisees
“Although the Sadducean high priests were at the head of the Sanhedrin, the decisive influence upon public affairs was in the hands of the Pharisees. ‘They had the bulk of the nation as their ally, and women especially were in their hands. They had the greatest influence upon the congregations, so that all acts of public worship, prayers, and sacrifices were preformed according to their injunctions. Their sway over the masses was so absolute that they could obtain a hearing even when they said anything against the king or the high priest, consequently they were the most capable of counteracting the design of the kings. “During the Exile in Babylon educated scribes apparently became the expert in God’s written word, copying, preserving, and teaching it. Ezra was a scribe in this sense of expert in teaching God’s word (Ezra 7:6). A professional group of such scribes developed by New Testament times, most being Pharisees (Mark 2:16). From outside the Church

These men came in secretly and waited for Paul to leave, then went in stealthily to make copies of the Scripture.
