1: Then came to Jesus scribes and Pharisees, which were of Jerusalem, saying,
2: Why do thy disciples transgress the tradition of the elders? for they wash not their hands when they eat bread.
3: But he answered and said unto them, Why do ye also transgress the commandment of God by your tradition?
4: For God commanded, saying, Honour thy father and mother: and, He that curseth father or mother, let him die the death.
5: But ye say, Whosoever shall say to his father or his mother, It is a gift, by whatsoever thou mightest be profited by me;

14: Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.
15: Then answered Peter and said unto him, Declare unto us this parable.
16: And Jesus said, Are ye also yet without understanding?
17: Do not ye yet understand, that whatsoever entereth in at the mouth goeth into the belly, and is cast out into the draught?
18: But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man.
19: For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies:
20: These are the things which defile a man: but to eat with unwashen hands defileth not a man.

Mark 7:1: Then came together unto him the Pharisees, and certain of the scribes, which came from Jerusalem.
2: And when they saw some of his disciples eat bread with defiled, that is to say, with unwashen, hands, they found fault.
3: For the Pharisees, and all the Jews, except they wash their hands oft, eat not, holding the tradition of the elders.
4: And when they come from the market, except they wash, they eat not. And many other things there be, which they have received to hold, as the washing of cups, and pots, brasen vessels, and of tables.
5: Then the Pharisees and scribes asked him, Why walk not thy disciples according to the tradition of the elders, but eat bread with unwashen hands?
6: He answered and said unto them, Well hath Esaias prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written, This people honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me.
7: Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.
8: For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do.
9: And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.
10: For Moses said, Honour thy father and thy mother; and, Whoso curseth father or mother, let him die the death:
11: But ye say, If a man shall say to his father or mother, It is Corban, that is to say, a gift, by whatsoever thou mightest be profited by me; he shall be free.

14: And when he had called all the people unto him, he said unto them, Hearken unto me every one of you, and understand:
15: There is nothing from without a man, that entering into him can defile him: but the things which come out of him, those are they that defile the man.
16: If any man have ears to hear, let him hear.
17: And when he was entered into the house from the people, his disciples asked him concerning the parable.
18: And he saith unto them, Are ye so without understanding also? Do ye not perceive, that whatsoever thing from without entereth into the man, it cannot defile him;

Col:2:8: Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

1 Peter 1: 18: Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers;
19: But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:

27: And last of all the woman died also.
28: Therefore in the resurrection whose wife shall she be of the seven? for they all had her.
29: Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God.

One of the most important foundations of Jewish faith is the belief that G-d gave Moses an oral explanation of the Torah along with the written text. This Oral Tradition was given directly by G-d at the Revelation of Mount Sinai. We are taught that when Moses was with G-d for forty days and forty nights (Ex. 24:18), the Holy One taught him a set of rules and principles of the Torah which could be applied to every eventuality and situation that could arise in the course of time. G-d also revealed to Moses all the details of how the commandments should be observed. Among these, He revealed many things which would not be used until much later. While Moses was on the mount, G-d taught him the Written Torah during the day, and the Oral Torah at night. This is how Moses was able to distinguish between day and night while he was with G-d, since "Moses entered the cloud where the Divine was revealed." (ibid. 20:18)

Thus when we speak of the Torah, we actually refer to "two" Torahs, which are one and the same:

Not one and the same, One is of God the Father, the other is of the Liar from the beginning, fables of the Jews

the Written Torah, known as the Tanach (from the acronym of the Torah - the Five Books of Moses, the Prophets, and the Writings, sometimes called the Old Testament) and the Oral Torah. Both are alluded to in G-d's words to Moses: "Come up to Me to the mountain, and I will give you the Torah and the commandments." (Ex. 24:12)

This provides the explanation for the many, many instances where the Torah refers to details which are not included in the written text - as if we must be aware of these details from some other source. These details can all be found in the Oral Tradition. We shall see that in this manner many of the details pertaining to the red heifer are recorded in the Oral Tradition.

Some Other Important Examples:

The Bible states "You shall slaughter your cattle...as I have commanded you" (Deut. 12:21), which clearly implies that there is a commandment concerning ritual slaughtering. In fact, these rules comprise one of the most complicated areas of Jewish law. Yet the details concerning ritual slaughtering, the kosher method of killing animals by which Jews are permitted to eat meat, are nowhere to be found in the written text... for it is an oral commandment.

Similarly, complicated observances such as tzizit (fringes - see Num. 15:38) and tefillin (phylacteries - Deut. 6:8) are given in the Biblical verses, but no instructions for their fulfillment are listed. These details, too, were commanded and clarified within the framework of the Oral Tradition.

Matthew 23:2: Saying, The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses' seat:
3: All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do; but do not ye after their works: for they say, and do not.
4: For they bind heavy burdens and grievous to be borne, and lay them on men's shoulders; but they themselves will not move them with one of their fingers.
5: But all their works they do for to be seen of men: they make broad their phylacteries, and enlarge the borders of their garments,
6: And love the uppermost rooms at feasts, and the chief seats in the synagogues,
7: And greetings in the markets, and to be called of men, Rabbi, Rabbi.
8: But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren.
9: And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.
10: Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even Christ.
11: But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant.
12: And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted.
13: But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.
14: Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye devour widows' houses, and for a pretence make long prayer: therefore ye shall receive the greater damnation.

25: Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess.
26: Thou blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also.
27: Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleanness.
28: Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity.
29: Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because ye build the tombs of the prophets, and garnish the sepulchres of the righteous,
30: And say, If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets.
31: Wherefore ye be witnesses unto yourselves, that ye are the children of them which killed the prophets.
32: Fill ye up then the measure of your fathers.
33: Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell?

37: O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!

39: For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.

Even the most basic cornerstone of Jewish life, the Sabbath, does not receive any clarification within the written text as to just how it is to be kept. Yet the Sabbath is one of the Ten Commandments! This is why G-d said, "You shall keep the Sabbath holy, as I have commanded your fathers..." (Jer. 17:22) - meaning, as I have commanded them in the Oral Tradition.

Matt 12:1: At that time Jesus went on the sabbath day through the corn; and his disciples were an hungred, and began to pluck the ears of corn, and to eat.
2: But when the Pharisees saw it, they said unto him, Behold, thy disciples do that which is not lawful to do upon the sabbath day.
3: But he said unto them, Have ye not read what David did, when he was an hungred, and they that were with him;
4: How he entered into the house of God, and did eat the shewbread, which was not lawful for him to eat, neither for them which were with him, but only for the priests?
5: Or have ye not read in the law, how that on the sabbath days the priests in the temple profane the sabbath, and are blameless?
6: But I say unto you, That in this place is one greater than the temple.
7: But if ye had known what this meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice, ye would not have condemned the guiltless.
8: For the Son of man is Lord even of the sabbath day.

The Oral Tradition and the Tanach Are Equally Divine

The Jewish people depend on the Oral Tradition for the interpretation of the Torah. Indeed, as we have illustrated above, the Bible simply cannot be understood without it.

1 Cor.1:27: But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;
28: And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are:
29: That no flesh should glory in his presence.
30: But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:
31: That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.

 

 These examples show that the written text could even be perceived as being defective unless it is supplemented by the information contained in the Oral Tradition. This is why believing in the Divine source of the Oral Tradition is so important for the Jewish people... for if it is denied that this tradition is G-d-given, this can lead to the denial of the Divine origins of the written text as well. Thus, if one does not believe in the Oral Tradition, he is regarded as one who does not accept any aspect of the Torah.

And they will seek to slay you, as they did the Lord Jesus, and they will say you blaspheme their wretched Pharisees, the sons of the syna-GOG of Satan

Originally, this tradition was meant to be transmitted by word of mouth only, throughout the ages. It was always handed down from master to student. Since the time of Moses, it had been passed down in this manner in every generation. This process ensured that this information was transmitted in a clear manner. Any student who had a question was always able to ask, as opposed to studying from a text which is only written-it can always be misinterpreted.

The Oral Tradition is Committed to Writing

Their Talmudic Babylonian Tradition was only committed to writing a few Hundred Years AD. There is no such thing as Judeo-Christianity, them who have fallen for the Fables of the Jews, have become twofold proselytes, the children of hell. Are you one of these?

However, during the era of the Roman empire, decrees were passed which forbade teaching the Jewish faith and spreading knowledge of the G-d of Israel. The great sages of Israel were persecuted, tortured and killed for the crime of teaching. 

In their Fables of the Babylonian Talmud they state that 6 cabalist Numerical Billion were slain......go figure, sound familiar, the last century?

At this time, it was feared that all those who possessed this knowledge would perish, and it was decided that the traditions could be committed to writing. This vast body of information was compiled and preserved in the Talmud and Midrashim, but this entire area of knowledge is still referred to as the Oral Tradition.

Matt 23:29: Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because ye build the tombs of the prophets, and garnish the sepulchres of the righteous,
30: And say, If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets.

Historical Background: Pharisees and Sadducees

During the era of the Second Temple, the influence of apostasy began to make inroads in Israel. The mainstream Pharisees (who held fast to the Oral Tradition of Bible interpretation) were opposed by the cult of the Sadducees. The former upheld the performance of the commandments as they were received by Moses at Mount Sinai, and passed down through every subsequent generation by the people of Israel. The Sadducees did not accept the traditions of Sinai; by opposing the Oral Tradition, they rebelled against G-d Himself - for it was He, in His ultimate wisdom, who decreed that this process should keep the Torah alive and bind it steadfast to His people through every generation and circumstance.

Instead, the Sadducees cut themselves off from this body of tradition, and translated and interpreted the Bible in a very literal sense. Thus, a classic example of the difference between the two groups is their opposing interpretation of the famous verse "An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth, a hand for a hand..." (Ex. 21:24). The Sadducees interpret this verse, which deals with payment for personal damages, in a literal sense. However, the Pharisees received a tradition from Moses that these words are meant idiomatically and not literally - that is, full monetary compensation must be made for the loss caused by these injuries.

Matt 5:38: Ye have heard that it hath been said, An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth:
39: But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also.
40: And if any man will sue thee at the law, and take away thy coat, let him have thy cloke also.
41: And whosoever shall compel thee to go a mile, go with him twain.
42: Give to him that asketh thee, and from him that would borrow of thee turn not thou away.

The Sadducees also denied the belief that there will be a resurrection of the dead, since this important principle of Jewish faith is not explicitly mentioned in the Bible, but only alluded to; like other interpretations of the Pharisees, it too is included in the Oral Tradition.

While the Pharisees could be considered the true guardians of authentic Judaism - for their influence has kept adherence to the true Biblical ways alive amongst the Jewish people to this very day - the Sadducees sought ways to undermine the former's influence, and to establish customs and practices of their own making. Because many of these men came from aristocratic families, there were periods when they succeeded in infiltrating the Sanhedrin, where they deliberately enacted legislation that changed the accepted customs which had been practiced for generations.

Israel 'is using chemical ammunition'

Dubai: A doctor at a Palestinian hospital has accused Israel of using a type of chemical ammunition which causes burns and injuries in soft tissue and cannot be traced by X-ray.

Chemical or depleted uranium could have been used in producing the new type of ammunition according to Dr Jomaa Al Saqqa, head of the Emergency Unit at Gaza's main medical facility, the Al Shifa Hospital.

In a telephone interview, Al Saqqa told Gulf News that operation Summer Rain was not just the code name of a military operation launched by Israel against Gaza since June 26.

 

"It is a live exercise on a new ammunition that, so far, has resulted in killing 50 Palestinians and injuring 200," he said.

He said he was not yet sure about the kind of chemical being used because the Israeli Army had bombed the only criminal laboratory in Gaza on the first day of the assault.

Dr Saqqa who has been working in the Al Shifa Hospital for almost 10 years said he had never seen such wounds before.

At the beginning of the Summer Rain operation I noticed that people's wounds looked strange.

I thought it was just because the attack was from a close distance or that the temperature of bullets penetrating the bodies of injured or killed people were so high they were causing burns.

I later found out that all wounds referred to the hospital since the start of the operation were very similar.

"I also noticed that despite the damage in internal soft tissue in the bodies of injured people, the fragments were not detected by X-ray. In other words, they had disappeared or dissolved inside the body."

Al Saqqa urged the international health authorities to come to Gaza and check the wounds of people in Al Shifa Hospital.

"The situation is very bad because out of the 200 injuries there are 50 children who are suffering badly because of their internal wounds caused by the new kind of ammunition," he said.

Gulf News contacted the spokesman for the Israeli Army but he was not available for comment

Israel has a moral responsibility as a Jewish state to stop the bloodshed between Fatah and Hamas, although it must not endanger Israeli lives in doing so, Chief Sephardi Rabbi Shlomo Amar said Tuesday.

"If the Torah commands us to prevent the suffering of animals, than how much more so are we obligated to protect human beings, the pinnacle of God's creation, from suffering and bloodshed," said Amar in a telephone interview with The Jerusalem Post.

"But we also have an obligation to place our own lives before the lives of others, as the rabbis taught us."

Amar quoted a story from the Babylonian Talmud that tells of two men stranded in the desert with water for only one. In such a situation, the man in possession of the water is not obligated to share because his own life takes precedence. So too, said Amar, in the case of intervening to stop internecine warfare in Gaza and the West Bank.

The chief rabbi's message of moral responsibility for our Palestinian neighbors contrasts sharply with opinions vocalized recently by Israelis who say it is good that Palestinian terrorists are killing each other and not Israelis.

Amar said that on this day, the 13th anniversary of the death of Lubavitcher Rabbi Menahem Mendel Schneerson, (His wretched soul does not rest)  it was timely to recall Schneerson's emphasis on teaching the Seven Noahide Laws to all gentiles, which includes a prohibition against bloodshed. According to Jewish tradition, God commanded Noah and all his descendents, which include all gentiles, to adhere to the seven laws.

"The residents of Gaza are also the sons of Noah," said Amar. "They, too, must abide by the Seven Noahide Laws."

In comparison to many Orthodox rabbis who tend to be hawkish on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and oppose territorial compromises, Amar has consistently expressed decidedly dovish views. He has been involved in numerous efforts to foster interfaith dialogue between Muslim and Jewish leaders in an effort to bring peace.

Amar's latest interfaith initiative is with Science, Culture and Sport Minister Ghaleb Majadle and Rabbi Menahem Fruman, a veteran interfaith activist and resident of the West Bank settlement Tekoa.

Amar said he sent letters to several Muslim spiritual leaders notifying them he was interested in jumpstarting the peace process. Amar explained to the clerics that according to Jewish law, parts of the land of Israel may be ceded to Palestinians in exchange for peace.

"Muslim spiritual leaders must be made aware of the position expressed for the past two decades by Rabbi Ovadia Yosef, who ruled that saving lives took precedence over holding onto parts of the land of Israel."

Although Jewish law permitted territorial compromise for peace, it by no means advocated radical pacifism, said Amar. Rather, Jewish law obligated the Jews of Israel to protect themselves in times of war.

Massive violations of international humanitarian law are being committed by Israel, both with regard to its obligations as an Occupying Power and in its conduct of hostilities.

The community of states has thusfar failed to comply with their duty to ensure Israel's respect for the Fourth Geneva Convention and protect the Palestinian civilian population from Israel's serious and persistent violations in accordance with the Convention. Consequently, we, concerned citizens from Belgium, Columbia, France, Great Britain, Greece, Ireland, Jordan, Kuwait, Scotland, Spain, and the United States feel that it is our moral duty to do what we can to provide some measure of protection. We are willing to put our bodies on the line to get in the way of Israel's unlawful violence against innocent Palestinian civilians.

In the early hours of Tuesday, December 30, the Israeli Navy violently attacked our motor vessel DIGNITY, which was loaded with medical supplies and carried amongst others, doctors headed to Gaza to assist with the humanitarian crisis there. Neither the ship, nor its passengers and crew constituted any kind of danger to the Israeli Naval Forces. Yet our boat was rammed again and again, in an apparent attempt to disable the vessel, and in a manner that jeopardized the lives of the 16 civilians on board.

We will not be deterred by the violence of the Israeli military. We will set out again for Gaza. We are doctors, journalists, members of parliament, and human rights observers trying to reach the people of Gaza to deliver much needed aid and witness the atrocities being committed again the Palestinians there.

We will announce our exact departure date, time and route, traveling from Cypriot waters, into international waters, directly into Gaza territorial waters, never nearing Israeli waters. As Operation Cast Lead (Casting Lead, from the self appointed Leading Caste) concluded its harshest 24 hours on Tuesday after the IDF lost five soldiers, senior defense officials revealed that the army was prepared to deploy in the entire Gaza Strip, if necessary.

Defense Minister Ehud Barak will decide in the coming days whether Israel should expand the ground operation against the Hamas terrorist infrastructure, they said.

Since the ground operation was launched on Saturday, IDF troops from several infantry and armored brigades have, according to Palestinian reports, taken up positions throughout northern Gaza - near Beit Lahiya, Beit Hanun, Jabalya, Saja'iya and al-Atatra.

Despite increasing international pressure on Israel to withdraw its troops, a senior official confirmed that plans had been drawn up to move troops into the south as well.

Four soldiers were killed in friendly-fire incidents that took place during fighting on Monday night.

Three soldiers were killed when a tank mistakenly opened fire on a home in Saja'iya occupied by officers and soldiers from the Golani Brigade. Another tank accidentally fired on a home in al-Atatra, killing an officer in the 202nd Battalion of the Paratroop Brigade.

The soldiers were Cpl. Yousef Moadi, 19, who lived recently in Haifa, but was originally from the Druse village of Yirka; Maj. Dagan Wertman, 32, from Ma'aleh Michmash in the Binyamin region; St.-Sgt. Nitai Stern, 21, from Jerusalem; and Capt. Yonatan Netanel, 27, from Kedumim.

On Tuesday morning, St.-Sgt. Alexander Mashevizky, 21, was killed and four other soldiers from a joint Golani-Engineering Corps force were lightly wounded in a gun battle with Hamas operatives in northern Gaza City.

Mashevizky, a member of an elite Engineering Corps unit, led the joint force, which was ambushed by Hamas gunmen while conducting ground sweeps. The Hamas operatives were reportedly hit by IDF fire.

Barak said Tuesday that Israel had paid a painful price for a bitter, unavoidable battle.

Paratroopers operating near the town of al-Atatra discovered a booby-trapped doll at the entrance to a smuggling tunnel. The doll-bomb was safely dismantled.

A Givati force entered a school on Monday night, and in the morning discovered that it was rigged with explosives that were connected to a piano in a nearby home.

In an overnight clash, paratroopers operating near al-Atatra spotted a suicide bomber and opened fire on him. The shooting triggered his explosive belt, which killed him when it detonated. One soldier was lightly wounded in the incident.

The IDF announced that it had conducted over 30 sorties during overnight operations late Monday and early Tuesday.

The Jabalya home of another Hamas officer, Ashraf Guda, was destroyed in a different air strike. His house was said to function as a Hamas command and control center.

The house of a third company commander in the military wing, Iman Jalala, was also targeted overnight.

Around 40 rockets were fired at southern Israel on Tuesday, causing damage to structures. Six people people suffered from shock, but there were no other casualties.

For those who still believe the Israeli lie that they are not targeting civilians, and that if they do target civilians, then those civilians (including infants) must be "terrorists," this is a recount of the butchery displayed by the US-funded Israeli military earlier this week.
 
According to surviving members of the al-Samouni family, on Sunday of this past week, Israeli soldiers ordered approximately 100 members of the extended al-Samouni family to gather into one single house in the town of Zeitoun near Gaza City. Just after dawn the following morning, knowing that the house was filled with civilians including mothers with infants and children, the Israeli military repeatedly shelled the house, killing approximately 70 members of the family.
 
As reported in the Telegraph.co.uk, "A handful of survivors, some wounded, others carrying dead or dying infants, made it on foot to Gaza's main north-south road before they were given lifts to hospital. Three small children were buried in Gaza City that afternoon."
 
Apparently, medical personnel in convoys led by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) made several attempts to rescue the wounded in the area, but were forced to turn back and retreat after the Israeli military began shooting at them.
 
In another report, the ICRC accused the Israeli military of "unacceptable" conduct violating international humanitarian laws, after ICRC spent four days attempting to arrange safe access to other bombed-out houses filled with wounded. When finally "allowed" to enter the bombed neighborhoods, in one house they discovered four young children near the bodies of their dead mothers. Having had no food or water in days, the children were too weak to stand.
 
It was necessary for the children and wounded to be taken to the hospital by donkey cart, because the Israelis had taken time to construct earthen walls that prevented rescue vehicles from reaching the wounded

To you all I say that your debauchery and your unlimited support for the Israeli genocide and war crimes has reached a level which makes even the stones speak. Your continuous support to the Israeli criminality and holocaust against the Palestinians in Gaza will cause your nations many tragedies and deep suffering. What shall we tell these surviving children? Should we tell them that the Israeli air strike was “defending the State of Israel” when they ga-3killed their family? Should we tell them that Hamas is responsible for destroying the house over their heads, and that they should take revenge from Hamas? Should we tell them that the international criminal court does not exist any more? Should we recommend them to forget the six days of horror, and the death of their family? Should we tell them that they are not human beings and that Israelis are the only human beings and the chosen people God ? Shame on you all and on your craven humanity. Shame on you and your racism. Many dead people from Al-Samouni family are still under the rubble of their destroyed house. The rescuers are not able to search for the bodies under ga-1continuous bombing of the Israeli criminals. But the children of the Al-Samouni family were not the only children found alive under the rubble of the Israeli destruction. The International Committee of the Red Cross found other four small children alive next to their mothers bodies in the Al-Zaytun neighborhood of Gaza, where the house of the family was shelled by Israel, and 15 relatives and neighbors of these children were recovered wounded from under the rubble.

According to Dr. Moaiya Hassanain, 35 bodies of dead people have been found in the rubble of a Gaza strip battle zone. The bodies were discovered on Thursday during a three-hour lull in fighting. Israel agreed to the pause to allow aid shipments into Gaza.

Red Cross spokesman Pierre Wettach said that rescuers had been refused ga-2permission by Israeli authorities to reach the site of the houses which the Israeli military bombed while the people had been inside for four days. He said that the incident is really “shocking.” The Geneva-based group said in a statement that the Israeli military failed to meet its obligation under international humanitarian law to care for and evacuate the wounded; the Israeli delay in allowing access to rescue services was unacceptable, and according to the Geneva Conventions this is considered as a war crime.

 

On the other hand, dozens of Arab Union Doctors made a sit-in at the Rafah border as a protest against the Egyptian authorities, which does not allow them to enter the Gaza Strip. And Egyptian authorities continued their restriction of movement against humanitarian aid reaching Gaza. The Secretary-General of the Federation of Arab Doctors condemned the measures of the Egyptian authorities. He said that the Egyptian doctors have carried out a sit-protest to call the attention of the Egyptian authorities to the urgently needed of opening of the Rafah crossing.

Is it necessary to give any more of these quotations, to show the average intelligent American citizen that these Jewish people are not to be trusted? There are thousands of similar passages in all of the Jewish writings, but after reading these few, they ought to be enough to bring these questions to the mind of patriots:

How can a Jew take the oath of naturalization and become an American citizen? And, is it unjust to observe he may be valueless if not dangerous to American society?

How can a Jew legally and morally take the oath of Public Office?

How can a Jew be relied upon as a witness or an official in American Courts of Law?

How can a Jew be permitted to take the oaths and obligations of Christian American Lodges?

How can a Jew be expected to act as a worthy and ethical leaven in the capacity of publisher, editor, correspondent; theatrical and cinima producer or director; banker, statesman, congressman, or educator of American Youth?

How can a Jew, being an Oriental, be given any more rights than are being given the Japanese or Chinese?

Mr. Charles Cotesworth Pinckney, one of the framers of the Constitution of the United States, published his diary in which he says:

The Jewish Transcript of Seattle, Washington, under date of May 29, 1936, admits that "the Communists are Jewish conrolled," therefore it would be fitting to quote Karl Marx (Mordecai), the Jewish founder of both socialism and Communism when he says:

"It is in vain we look for a key to the labyrinth of the Jewish soul in his religion. On the contrary, one must look for the mystery of his religion in the mystery of his nature. What is the basis of Judaism? A practical passion and greed of profit. To what can we reduce its religious worship? To extortion. Who is their real God? Cash!"

Such Jewish leaders as James Waterman Wise have challenged the American Jewish Committee to disprove that 85 percent of all Jews are not Communists.

Henry Ford, American automobile manufacturer, said: "Corral fifty of the world's wealthiest Jews and there will be no more wars."

From authoritative sources we find that President Roosevelt had seventy-two advisers around him of which fifty two are Jews, and to make matters worse most of them were foreign born.

From other reliable sources we learn that more than sixty-two percent of all the real estate, industrial plants, natural resources, and banks in the United States are either controlled by or owned outright by Jews. Of course the motion picture business and the clothing industry and a few others are owned and controlled exclusively by Jews.

We have letters and copyrighted newspaper syndicated articles an file that show that all important legislation passed by the Congress of the United States in the last few years was written by Jews, such as Thomas G. Corcoran and Benjamin Cohen, not to mention the vast amount of similarly written legislation in almost every state in the Union.

The New York Yiddish Daily, Der Tag, in an editorial on April 9, 1936, states: "The Jews of America, because of their NUMBERS, interest and ability, constitute a GREAT POLITICAL FORCE. They have not usurped this power; it BELONGS to them as of right' They are going to exercise it as THEY see fit! What are YOU going to do about it?"

The Red Network, a Who's Who and Hand Book, by Elizabeth Dilling, lists more than 600 Jewish Communist subversive organizations at work in the United States.

And so we might go on and on from a library of information, to show that the American people have misplaced their confidence, when they trusted the anti-Christ Jews.

We challenge the Anti-Defamation League or any rabbi, preacher, or priest to disprove that there are not thousands of similar quotations to those listed herein in the Talmud. The Kol Nidre ["All Vows"] oath that is chanted each year at Yom Kippur may be found in a large public library (Vol 7 p 539 Jewish Encyc.)

Let-the American patriots rise up as one man and declare to all men everywhere, we shall enact the laws that Benjamin Franklin proposed. Unusually Large U.S. Weapons Shipment to Israel: Are the US and Israel Planning a Broader Middle East War?

A very large delivery of  US weaponry to Israel consisting of 3,000 tons of "ammunition" is scheduled to sail to Israel. The size and nature of the shipments are described as "unusual": 

"Shipping 3,000-odd tons of ammunition in one go is a lot," one broker said, on condition of anonymity. 

"This (kind of request) is pretty rare and we haven't seen much of it quoted in the market over the years," he added.

"Shipping brokers in London who have specialized in moving arms for the British and U.S. military in the past said such ship charters to Israel were rare. (Reuters, Jan 10, 2009) 

The Pentagon has entrusted a Greek merchant shipping company to deliver the weapons to Israel:  

"The U.S. is seeking to hire a merchant ship to deliver hundreds of tons of arms to Israel from Greece later this month, tender documents seen by Reuters show.

The U.S. Navy's Military Sealift Command (MSC) said the ship was to carry 325 standard 20-foot containers of what is listed as "ammunition" on two separate journeys from the Greek port of Astakos to the Israeli port of Ashdod in mid-to-late January. 

A "hazardous material" designation on the manifest mentions explosive substances and detonators, but no other details were given.(Ibid)

It is worth noting that a similar unusually large shipment of  US ordinance to Israel was scheduled in early December:  

"Tender documents indicate that the German ship hired by the US in early December also carried a massive cargo of weapons that weighed over 2.6 million kg [2600 tons] and filled up to 989 standard 20-foot containers to Ashdod from North Carolina." (Press TV, 10 Jan 2009)

Are These Large Shipments of Ordinance Connected to the Invasion of Gaza?

The request by the Pentagon to transport ordinance in a commercial vessel, according to Reuters, was made on December 31, 4 days after the commencement of the aerial bombings of Gaza by F16 Fighter jets. 

Analysts have hastily concluded, without evidence, that the 2 shipments of "ammunition" were intended to supply Israel's armed forces in support of its military invasion of Gaza.

"A senior military analyst in London who declined to be named said that, because of the timing, the shipments could be "irregular" and linked to the Gaza offensive." (Reuters, January 10, 2009)

These reports are mistaken. Delivery of ordinance always precedes the onslaught of a military operation. The ordinance required under "Operation Cast Lead" was decided upon in June 2008. Further to Tel Aviv's request under the US military aid program to Israel, the U.S. Congress approved in September 2008 the transfer of 1,000 bunker-buster high precision GPS-guided Small Diameter Guided Bomb Units 39 (GBU-39).

The GBU 39 smart bombs produced by Boeing were delivered to Israel in November. They were used in the initial air raids on Gaza: 

"...The Israel Air Force has used the new lightweight GBU-39 Small Diameter Bomb acquired from the USA, in the recent attacks in Gaza. The [Jerusalem] Post mentioned the new weapons ordered last September having arrived last month [November], and already put to action with the IAF fighters. These weapons could have been deployed by the Boeing/IAF F-15Is, since sofar SDB is cleared for use only with this type of aircraft.

It is highly unlikely that the bulk of the weaponry included in these two large shipments, scheduled to arrive in Israel in late January, is intended to be used in Israel's military operation in Gaza. The GBU-39 is lightweight (130 kg). The entire shipment of GBU 39s (1000 units) would be of the order of a modest 130 tons. In other words, the specifications of the GBU 39 do not match the description of the "unusually large" and  "heavy" shipment of ordinance.

Escalation Scenario

The shipment ordered on December 31 is of the order of 3000 tons, an unusually large and heavy cargo of "ammunition" pointing to the transfer of heavy weaponry to Israel. 

According to US military statements, the ordinance is for stockpiling, to be used "at short notice" in the eventuality of a conflict: 

"This previously scheduled shipment is routine and not in support of the current situation in Gaza. ...The U.S. military pre-positions stockpiles in some countries in case it needs supplies at short notice." (Reuters, 10 Jan 2009, emphasis added)

Whatever the nature of these large weapons shipments, they are intended for use in a future military operation in the Middle East. 

Since the launching of the Theater Iran Near Term Operation Operation (TIRANNT) in May 2003, an escalation scenario involving military action directed against Iran and Syria has been envisaged. TIRANNT was followed by a series of military plans pertaining to Iran. Numerous official statements and US military documents have pointed to an expanded Middle East war.

What these shipments suggest is that the "escalation scenario" not only prevails, but has reached a more active stage in the process of US-Israeli military planning. 

Whether these weapons will be used or not is not known. The central question, in this regard, is whether the Gaza invasion is part of a broader military adventure directed against Lebanon, Syria and Iran, in which heavier weaponry including US made bunker buster bombs will be used. 

History of US Weapons Shipments to Israel 

The stockpiling of US made bunker buster bombs by Israel has been ongoing since 2005:  

"The United States will sell Israel nearly 5,000 smart bombs in one of the largest weapons deals between the allies in years.

Among the bombs the [Israeli] air force will get are 500 one-ton bunker busters that can penetrate two-meter-thick cement walls; 2,500 regular one-ton bombs; 1,000 half-ton bombs; and 500 quarter-ton bombs. The bombs Israel is acquiring include airborne versions, guidance units, training bombs and detonators. They are guided by an existing Israeli satellite used by the military.

The sale will augment existing Israeli supplies of smart bombs. The Pentagon told Congress that the bombs are meant to maintain Israel's qualitative advantage [against Iran], and advance U.S. strategic and tactical interests." The actual shipments of US made bunker buster bombs started in 2005. The US approved in April 2005, the delivery of:  

some 5,000  "smart air launched weapons" including some 500 BLU 109 'bunker-buster bombs.  The (uranium coated) munitions are said to be more than 'adequate to address the full range of Iranian targets, with the possible exception of the buried facility at Natanz, which may require the [more powerful] BLU-113 bunker buster [a variant of the GBU 28]'" (See Michel Chossudovsky, Planned US-Israeli Nuclear Attack on Iran, Global Research, May 1, 2005)

The BLU-109 is smaller than the GBU 28. "It  is a 2,000lbs warhead that can be used in combination with a GPS guidance kit [...], and can penetrate up to 15 feet of fortified concrete." (See F16.net)

In 2006 at the height of the Lebanon War in August 2006, a major shipment of the 2.2 ton GBU 28 bombs, according to the New York Times, was dispatched to Israel. 

The GBU 28 is produced by Raytheon. It was used against Iraq in the 1991 Gulf War, has the the capability of penetrating some 20 feet of reinforced concrete. (Haaretz, 9 Nov 2008)  In contrast to the GBU 39 smart bombs (130 kg) used against Gaza, each GBU-28 weighs a hefty 2.2 tons.  

"The Guided Bomb Unit-28 (GBU-28) is a special weapon developed for penetrating hardened Iraqi command centers located deep underground. The GBU-28 is a 5,000-pound laser-guided conventional munition that uses a 4,400-pound penetrating warhead." Federation of American Scientists,

The recent unusually large shipments of weaponry to Israel are part of the 2004 agreement between Washington and Tel Aviv, financed by US military aid to Israel. 

As mentioned above, there is a history of delivery of bunker buster bombs (including the GBU 28), going back to 2005. While the nature and composition of these recent weapons shipments to Israel are not known, one suspects that they include the heavier version of the bunker buster bombs including the GBU-28. 

In this regard, it is worth noting that last Summer, Israel requested the Pentagon to deliver GBU-28 bunker buster bombs. The stated purpose was to use them in the eventuality of a military operation directed against Iran. 

In September 2008, according to US and Israeli press reports quoting Pentagon officials, Tel Aviv's request was turned down. According to the reports, Washington categorically refused to deliver the shipment of GBU 28 bunker buster bombs, to be used to attack Iran's nuclear facilities. "Instead" Washington accepted to deliver the lightweight GBU-39 for use against Gaza. 

The U.S. had "rejected an Israeli request for military equipment and support that would improve Israel's ability to attack Iran's nuclear facilities."

The Americans viewed [Israel's] request, which was transmitted (and rejected) at the highest level, as a sign that Israel is in the advanced stages of preparations to attack Iran. They therefore warned Israel against attacking, saying such a strike would undermine American interests. They also demanded that Israel give them prior notice if it nevertheless decided to strike Iran. In early September, Haaretz reported that the request had included GBU-28 "bunker-buster" bombs.

In mid-September, the U.S. agreed instead to sell Israel 1000 GBU-39 "bunker buster" bombs which Israeli military experts said "could provide a powerful new weapon" in Gaza, AP reported.

So: when Israel requested weapons that the U.S. expected would be used for bombing Iran, the U.S. said no, and added explicitly that it did not want to see an Israeli attack on Iran. And there was no Israeli attack on Iran. (Defense Update.com, December 2008)

Media Disinformation

The official statements and press reports are bogus. Israel and the US have always acted in close coordination. Washington does not "demand that Israel give them prior notice" of a military operation:

The report in Haaretz suggests that the Bush Administration was adamant and did not want the Israelis to attack Iran. In fact, the reports suggested that the US would shoot down Israeli planes, if they tried to attack Iran:

"Air-space authorization: An attack on Iran would apparently require passage through Iraqi air space. For this to occur, an air corridor would be needed that Israeli fighter jets could cross without being targeted by American planes or anti-aircraft missiles. The Americans also turned down this request. According to one account, to avoid the issue, the Americans told the Israelis to ask Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki for permission, along the lines of "If you want, coordinate with him." (Haaretz Nov 9, 2008) 

This Israeli report is misleading. Israel is America's ally. Military operations are closely coordinated. Israel does not act without Washington's approval and the US does not shoot down the planes of its closest ally.   

The Nature and Composition of  the Recent US Weapons Shipments to Israel

These unusually large shipments of ordinance would normally require Congressional approval.  To our knowledge, there is no public record of approval of the unusually large shipments of heavy "ammunition" to Israel. 

The nature and composition of the shipments are not known. Was Israel's request for the delivery of the 2.2 ton GBU 28 accepted by Washington, bypassing the US Congress? Are GBU 28 bombs, each of which weighs 2.2 tons part of the 3000 ton shipments to Israel. Are tactical bunker buster mini-nuclear bombs included in Israel's arsenal? These are questions to be raised in the US Congress.  

The two shipments of "ammunition" are slated to arrive in Israel, respectively no later than the 25th and 31st of January. 

Secretary Robert Gates who remains at the helm of the Department of Defense ensures continuity in the military agenda.  

Preparing for a Confrontation with Iran: Beefing Up Israel's Missile Defense System

In early January, the Pentagon dispatched some 100 military personnel to Israel from US European Command (EUCOM) to assist Israel in setting up a new sophisticated X-band early warning radar system. This project is part of the military aid package to Israel approved by the Pentagon in September 2008:

"The Israeli government requested the system to help defend against a potential missile attack from Iran. Defense Secretary Robert M. Gates signed off on the deployment order in mid-September. ....  

Once fully operational, the system will be capable of tracking and identifying small objects at long distance and at very high altitude, including space, according to U.S. Missile Defense Agency officials. It also will integrate Israel’s missile defenses with the U.S. global missile detection network.

“This will enable the Israelis to track medium- and long-range ballistic missiles multiple times better than their current radar allows them to,” Morrell said. “It will … more than double the range of Israel's missile defense radars and increase its available engagement time.”

This, he said, will greatly enhance Israel’s defensive capabilities. “There is a growing ballistic missile threat in the region, particularly from Iran,” Morrell said. “And no one in the region should feel more nervous about that threat than the Israelis. And they clearly do, and they have asked for our assistance.” (Defense Talk.com, January 6, 2009, emphasis added.)

The new X-band radar system 'permits an intercept soon after launch over enemy instead of friendly territory" (Sen. Joseph Azzolina, Protecting Israel from Iran's missiles, Bayshore News, December 26, 2008). 

The X-band radar would "integrate Israel’s missile defenses with the U.S. global missile detection network, which includes satellites, Aegis ships on the Mediterranean, Persian Gulf and Red Sea, and land-based Patriot radars and interceptors." (Ibid) 

What this means is that Washington calls the shots. The US rather than Israel would control the Air Defense system:  ''This is and will remain a U.S. radar system,' Pentagon spokesman Geoff Morrell said. 'So this is not something we are giving or selling to the Israelis and it is something that will likely require U.S. personnel on-site to operate.'" (Quoted in Israel National News, January 9, 2009, emphasis added).

In other words, the US military controls Israel's Air Defense system, which is integrated into the US global missile defense system. Under these circumstances, Israel cannot launch a war against Iran without the consent of the US High Command. 

The large shipments of US ordinance, slated to arrive in Israel after the inauguration of Barack Obama as President of the United States and Commander in Chief are part of the broader program of US-Israeli military cooperation in relation to Iran. 

The reinforcement of Israel's missile defenses combined with the large shipments of US weapons are part of an escalation scenario, which could lead the World under an Obama Administration into a broader Middle East war. 

New Cold War?

There has been a military build on both sides. Iran has responded to the Israeli-US initiative, by beefing up it own missile defense system with the support of Russia. According to reports (December 21), Moscow and Tehran have been holding talks on the supply by Russia of "medium-range air defense systems - specifically, S-300 surface-to-air missile systems" (Asian Times, January 9, 2009)

Brother Nathanael Kapner: Israel launched an air strike against Hamas in the Gaza Strip on December 27, 2008. The invasion has now expanded into an all out war with no end in sight, complete with Israeli ground troops and reserves slaughtering hundreds of civilians. What are your opening thoughts on this?

Michael Hoffman: As usual, the Israelis in Gaza are taking a crap on an entire people. The IDF is dismantling, not so much Hamas, but the infrastructure of Gaza’s government. We are seeing housing, the educational system, and Gaza’s fire-fighting & medical facilities, systematically being dismantled by Israel.

This is not a limited attack on Hamas as the Israelis spin it. This is an attack on the Palestinian people’s ability to govern, educate, house, and protect themselves.

 

Br Nathanael: Israel is defending themselves against criticism of civilian deaths by saying that Hamas is “using civilians as human shields.” What is your response to this?

Michael Hoffman: As always happens when these Talmudic war crimes transpire, Israeli (“hasbara”) propaganda-operations and their counterparts in the Judaic-controlled media go into high gear. We are seeing the pattern repeated in Gaza now. Every single atrocity committed by the Israelis is explained away as either “collateral damage” or “civilians being used by Hamas as human shields.”

Imagine if in Oakland, California, African-American guerrillas fired rockets at Sacramento in protest over the killing of a black man by transit cops. In response, the California National Guard attacks an all-black school in Oakland, slaughtering 40 children because the rocket-firings by the militants took place “near” the school.

Would the world forgive California for the deaths of the children in Oakland because black militants had been firing near the school? Such a racist devaluation of the lives of the black children collectively punished for acts of armed resistance by guerrilla fighters in their neighborhood would appall and shock the world.

Yet, this is what occurred at the UN school in Gaza after Hamas fighters allegedly fired mortars in the vicinity. But Israel commits atrocities like this with impunity.

 

Br Nathanael: Is there a racist and religious component involved in Israel’s massacres of Palestinian children?

Michael Hoffman: The racist component of the devaluation of Palestinian life, so evident in Gaza, is barely mentioned because it tends to show that the Judaic state of Israel is sick at its core.

Any such admission would tend toward an investigation into the roots of the Zionist pathology which, patently, are in the religion of Orthodox Judaism. For Orthodox Judaism institutionalizes the enshrinement of the humanity of the souls of Judaics while derogating the humanity of non-Judaic souls.

Br Nathanael: But what about all of the “Torah True Jews” who are against the Zionist State of Israel? Should we be applauding them?

Michael Hoffman: In the last stages of Judaic propaganda surrounding any massacre by Israelis in the Middle East, we witness the phenomenon of “Jews Against Zionism” and “Rabbis for Peace.” Attention given to these groups by the Judaic-controlled media intends to deflect attention away from the Talmud and other rabbinic texts which teach that when necessary, non-Judaics may be killed with impunity because they are not fully human.

Br Nathanael: Hasidic Jews are always publicly protesting against Zionism? Are they to be commended for their Anti Israel stand?

Michael Hoffman: The masters at this sort of disinformation are the Neturei Karta sect of Hasidic Judaism who were received by the Iranian President at the revisionist conference in Tehran. These people parade around the US and Europe condemning Zionism as being against “the Torah.” But what they mean by “the Torah” is Judaic “Law” as explicated by the Talmud - not the Torah of Yahweh,(GOD)  which the rabbis nullify.

Neturei Karta and the larger Satmar body of Hasidim, who are also anti-Zionist, are a function of the Cryptocracy at one of its highest levels of operation. The many befuddled “goyim” who cooperate with these groups in disseminating the propaganda that the Talmud is a document of peace and love inimical to Zionism and the Israeli state, serve to rescue the religion of Judaism from the odium it so richly deserves as the ideological engine that drives the Israeli war machine.

Br Nathanael: Do you think a boycott of Israeli goods will finally stop the atrocities continually carried out by the state of Israel?

Michael Hoffman: The Arab world and the West are currently repeating their useless pattern of issuing the same tired and impotent protests and resolutions.

Effective action and remedies are never put into place: the Israelis have too strong a hold on western institutions to be dragged before European courts for war crimes’ prosecution as the Christian Serbs were, or to become the target of “boycott” campaigns, as were the whites of South Africa.

Br Nathanael: What then can we do to stop the continual blood baths by Israel?

Michael Hoffman: The Israeli hold on the West can only be weakened and eventually dissolved if the world will come to view the connection between Orthodox Judaism and Zionism the way it perceives the connection between Islamic fundamentalism and Al Qaeda. The actions of the Israeli military in Gaza — mass murder and constantly lying about it — are derived from the rabbinic law of Orthodox Judaism, as documented in my book, Judaism Discovered.

This is the missing element in the analysis of Israeli war crimes and deception. The rabbis teach the followers of Orthodox Judaism to lie and, when it is deemed politic, to slaughter dehumanized non-Judaics. Until this is widely understood, the Israelis will massacre civilian populations repeatedly and with impunity, as the history of the Zionist state, and now in Gaza, demonstrates.
