Iran will hit Israel if US does "evil": agency
Tue May 2, 2006 9:01am ET
TEHRAN (Reuters) - Iran will target Israel first
if the United States does anything "evil", a senior commander in the
Iranian Revolutionary Guards said on Tuesday.
The United States says it wants Iran's nuclear standoff with the West solved
diplomatically but has refused to rule out military action.
"We have announced that wherever America does something evil, the first
place that we target will be Israel,"
Revolutionary Guards Rear Admiral Mohammad-Ebrahim Dehqani was quoted as saying
by Iran's student news agency ISNA.
Now the Propaganda
The Islamic Republic has never recognized Israel and
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has called for the Jewish state to be
"wiped off the map."
Dehqani said naval wargames held in the Gulf last month "carried the
warning to those countries that threaten Iran, including America and the Zionist
regime".
for they are against Aholibah and assist to put
Sanhedrin in Control, for All the Kings of the earth are drunken with the whores
cup of iniquity, God has put it in their hearts to fulfill his will.
Experts said the wargames, in which Iran said it had tested new missiles and
torpedoes, were a thinly veiled threat that it could disrupt vital Gulf oil
shipping lanes if it was attacked.

Bolivia seizes gas industry
La Paz (dpa) - Bolivian President Evo Morales Monday signed a decree to immediately
nationalize the country's gas and oil industry, and ordered the military to
occupy energy facilities.
Morales, 46, who was elected president in December on his pledge to nationalise
the industry and make coca crops legal, made the announcement during a May 1
speech in the energy management centre of San Alberto, in the southern province
of Tarija.
Wearing a hard hat typical of oil workers, Morales said international companies
would be given 180 days to negotiate new contracts. Most of the country's
natural gas deals were sealed in 1996, when Bolivia conceded 40 years of rights
to Repsol of Spain, Petrobras of Brazil, Total of France and British Gas.
"This is a historic day, when Bolivia retakes the absolute control of our
natural resources," Morales said. "The state is recovering the
property, the possession of and the total and absolute control of these
resources."
Bolivia has the second largest deposits of natural gas
in Latin America, after Venezuela. The nationalisation move clashes
with the secession efforts of the relatively oil-rich regions around Santa Cruz
and Cochabamba, who are to vote in July on autonomy.
Morales, who pledged in December that multinationals would not be confiscated or
expropriated, told the audience that the entire oil and gas production would
become property of Bolivia, which will define "the conditions, volumes and
prices" for the domestic and export markets.
He said the income would solve the economic and social problems of the Andean
nation, one of the poorest in South America.
The nationalisation marks the third time the state took over the energy sector,
starting in 1937 and again in 1969. Morales called Monday's decree the third and
definitive nationalization of petroleum and gas.
The volatile energy issue brought down previous governments, including that of
president Gonzalo Sanchez de Lozada, who was forced to drop participation by
Chile in Bolivia's gas industry, and Carlos Mesa, who was the subject of intense
protests demanding nationalisation.
A forewarning of Monday's decree was given last week, when Carlos Villegas,
Bolivia's planning and development minister, said in an interview in Washington
that oil companies would no longer have the freedom to set prices and export
volumes, Bloomberg news service reported.
The government was also to implement a law passed last year by Congress to boost
taxes to 50 per cent of oil and gas output, up from 18 per cent taxes, the
minister indicated.
Prices would be raised for natural gas exported by Petrobras and Repsol to
Brazil and Argentina, Latin America's largest economies, Villegas said.
Shortly after his election in December, the left wing
Morales (Aholah)
declared that the government would exercise "its right to
state ownership of Bolivia's hydrocarbons" through new legislation and
renegotiation of contracts with international companies. But he pledged that he
would support oil companies' ownership of assets.
Morales, the first president in Bolivian history from the country's Indio ethnic
majority, won Bolivia's presidential election by a wide margin. Indios make up
70 per cent of the population.
Morales, who becomes the fifth president since 2002 in Bolivia, campaigned on a left-wing
platform that would also legalise coca and redistribute wealth.

Iran said fearing
Israel
Iran is a threat to Israel but also fears its military might, the Israeli chief
of staff said. Asked about the Iranian nuclear program, Lieutenant-General Dan
Halutz said Tuesday that it could soon produce a bomb. "The moment there is
a ´red button´, you have to take the worst-possible scenario into
consideration," he told Yediot Aharonot. Halutz noted Iranian President
Mahmoud Ahmadinejad´s repeated calls for Israel´s elimination and Holocaust
denials. "We should not play this man down by presenting him as abnormal. He
means what he says," Halutz said. But he also expressed
confidence in Israel´s military deterrence. "It is my assessment that the
Iranians are afraid of us, majorly afraid, because they believe we have the
capability to hit them," he said.

Quartet to hold key talks on fate of its
Mideast role
Heads of the international Quartet will
convene at the office of UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan on Tuesday to discuss
the future role of the U.S.-UN-EU-Russian grouping in the Middle East conflict,
with the talks centering on the possibility of backing away from the road map
peace plan and ending Quartet mediation in the Mideast
conflict.
A main issue in the talks will be whether to appoint a replacement for James
Wolfensohn, the Quartet's former envoy for the Disengagement, or
to refrain from further involvement in mediation between Israel and the
Palestinians.
According to senior European sources, the Quartet officials will also weigh the
degree to which the road map peace plan is relevant, discussing whether to
update the plan or to withdraw from it altogether.

Aholibah news
The war that divided Judaism
By Bradley Burston
It is Independence Day 2006 and here we are,
still fighting the 1967 war. Next month, the war that took only 100 hours, the
war that decided everything and nothing, will have lasted for 39 years. As time
has passed the theaters of war have changed, as have the adversaries.
At this point, after peace treaties with Egypt and Jordan, and a brittle truce
with Syria and Lebanon, we in Israel now spend as much
time fighting with each other as we do with the Arabs.
In setting battle lines over the eventual borderlines of Israel, the war that
may have prevented a second Holocaust may have changed Judaism more than any
event since the Shoah itself.
The zeal with which
Orthodoxy -(Talmudic Hassidim of Dan)
up to and including large segments of nominally non-Zionist ultra-Orthodoxy -
embraced Judea, Samaria and Gaza as its own, enshrined the concept of
territorial non-compromise as a cardinal commandment of Judaism.
Consciously the settlement movement (Hassidim)
appropriated the symbols and - no less - the arrogance
and the disproportionate political clout of the former lords of the land,
the secular socialist Labor Zionists. In the process, a de facto civil
war began within global Jewry.
The right wing,(Aholah)
viewing itself as the heir to all that is pure and Zionist, progressively
demeaned, delegitimized and demonized the left.(Aholibah)
Leftists and moderates who favored understanding for the Palestinians, dialogue
over our common fate, and concern for the human rights of the Arabs of the West
Bank and Gaza have come to be routinely dismissed, often via religious
instructions and negative examples, as self-hating
Jews.
Even as the right enjoys its status as Hated By The
Goyim, there was - and remains to this day - an element of triumphal
glee in its name-calling of moderates and leftists. The
left, the party line goes, is composed of defeatists, Arab-loving collaborators.
We are, at best, assimilationists, decadents, hedonists, worshipers of the
world's golden calves, Eastern religion-dabblers, dilettantes, mixed-marriers.
At worst we are cringing ghetto Yidn, anti-Jewish, appeasers, kowtowers, nay-sayers,
doom-sayers, traitors, destroyers of Israel.
Enough. It is Independence Day. (Beltaine Day ) It
is the first Independence Day of the Next Israel - the Israel where we are, all
of us, little by little, forcibly being drained of our oh so righteous dreams,
bled of our bloated fantasies. It is that much more painful for you on the
right, because you've had 38 years, generations, in fact, to get used to the
idea that the day would never come when settlements would be uprooted and
settlers loaded onto buses. We on the left are inured to it, having been
disabused long, long ago of the idea that collectivism
and social democracy were to be the pillars of Israeli governance and
daily life.
Enough. It is Independence Day. We have spent years and years punishing each
other. It is time to begin the next Israel.
For those on the right who have felt themselves disengaging from an Israel they
feel has betrayed them, it may be time to recall that unconditional love is by
no means uncritical love. For those on the left who have turned cynicism into
catechism, criticism into sacrament, it may be time to take a step past the
darkness and to look closely, as though for the first time, at what we least
allow ourselves to see: the reasons we love this place every bit as much as the
right does, care about it no less, are every bit as concerned for its future.
At the same time, we on the left who love Israel, but have come to feel bitter
estrangement from many here, should reexamine the longstanding tradition of
treating the religious as a different species, the dus, a kind of curiousity or
cripple whose religion is a kind of affliction or
communicable plague to which we dare not come too close.
One day, probably too long from now, there will be a further withdrawal, and the
Next Israel will finally take shape. Not because Ehud Olmert willed it,
certainly not because the Palestinians fostered or forced it. It will be because
Israelis want it, the amorphous consensus that, in the final analysis, is
stronger and more populous by far than any ideology, the consensus that quietly
loves the country it so vocally loves to slam.
Let the right be warned. It won't
be the big West Bank that Jews in Brooklyn demand.
Chabad Lubavitch of the Beast
Sanhedrin unto the Dragon they serve
Let the left be resigned. It
won't be the Jew-free West Bank that Jews in Berkeley would like to see. But it
will mean our independence, at long last, from the war that began in June 1967
and from the chasm that has kept Jews at each other's throats ever since. On
that day, the war between the Jews will begin to end, followed by mourning,
followed by healing, followed by independence.
Not so saith
the LORD GOD
1Thes:5:3: For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.
In the final analysis, a big part of independence is discovering what side
you're on and who's there with you. One day, the war will be over. Not because
one adversary lost and the other won. Rather, because at long last both will
have come to realize - perhaps to their horror - that they are in fact on the
same side
of the Dragon

Beit El´s Rabbi: Independence Day - A Day
for Expressing Joy
18:15 May 02,
'06 / 4 Iyar 5766
by Hillel Fendel
 |
|
Rabbi Zalman Melamed - Rabbi of Beit El and
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Arutz Sheva - delivers a message
of happiness for the upcoming Independence Day, despite the State's
shortcomings. |
Israel's Independence Day is generally celebrated as a joyous religious holiday
of thanksgiving in yeshivot and synagogues around the country and the world.
Rabbi Melamed [pictured above], one of the leading rabbis in the
national-religious public, was asked if our joy should
be lessened this year because of the government's destruction of the Jewish
communities in Gush Katif. His response was published in the Kumi Ori
pamphlet of the Komemiyut organization. Excerpts:
"Our teacher and rabbi, Rav Tzvi Yehuda HaCohen Kook, taught us to
distinguish between the government and the State. The establishment of the State
opened the gates of the Land of Israel - leading to the Ingathering of the
Exiles, the return of the Torah center (Talmud Yeshiva)
to the Land, the expansion and stabilization of settlement in the Land of
Israel, and continued Aliyah (immigration). All this is because we have a state.
There are restrictions here and there, and there are places where we have to
struggle, but in general, our bonds with the Land of Israel continue to get
stronger.
Deny the REDEEMER for a wretched land covenant
The Land is being built up in the Galilee and the Negev, the Sharon and the
Shomron, and elsewhere. All this is a result of our independence.
"We are therefore obligated to thank the Master of
the Universe (Dragon) for the
good He has bestowed upon us, and for releasing us from the yoke of the nations
and enabling us to open the gates of our Land to great Aliyah, and to build
ourselves without being influenced by the nations abroad. The percentage of
assimilation in the Diaspora is simply catastrophic. This means that our very
presence together in the Land of Israel helps strengthen our spiritual status.
Matthew 24:
15: When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)
Moshiach ben Satan
16: Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:
17: Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house:
18: Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes.
19: And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!
20: But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:
21: For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
22: And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.
23: Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.
24: For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
"We have criticism of the government's actions, at
which we are very angry, and it is hard to simply pass over them. We
are also angry, to some extent, at the army and police which carried out this
terrible and criminal expulsion of Jews from Gush Katif. But the very existence
of the State is a Divine gift on our way to our
Redemption, and we have to thank G-d and rejoice in this. "
Wrong Redeemer, wrong Creator
Asked his opinion about the late Rabbi Shaul Yisraeli's post-Oslo proposal to
add a black ribbon to the Israeli flag, Rabbi Melamed said:
"I don't like sadness. I like being happy. I see every difficulty as being
a challenge to greater advancement. I understand the feeling, and the fact is that
a great rabbi did this during the Oslo period.
referring to Schneerson who had Rabin assassinated
for his Land for Peace deal at Camp David, Olso I, the "Rebbe" was
beside himself with glee
As for me, I don't have a tendency to express my sadness on this day, but
rather the joy and my feeling of thanks to Hashem (Dragon)
for His goodness. We have enough sorrow, maybe too much. We have to see the good
and the positive, and to view hardships as challenges that will bring only good.
"There is no doubt that even the Gush Katif crisis will strengthen us and
our hold on the Land of Israel. We don't see this now, but the good will most
certainly come. I like Rabbi Akiva's viewpoint, (Jack
Van Impe's favorite rib-eye) who smiled when he saw the Roman
destruction of Jerusalem - for he knew that out of the destruction would sprout
Redemption."
The Dragon and His Moshiach who would come in his
own name, whom they will accept
Rabbi Melamed said he understands the negative feelings that come to the fore on
this day, but "we don't mourn for the Temple during the Passover seder, and
we don't celebrate the Exodus from Egypt on the fast of Tisha B'Av. There is a
time for everything, and today is a time for celebration and thanks."

Eliot slips, skips one
son's shiva for rebbe
BY BEN SMITH and BILL HUTCHINSON
DAILY NEWS STAFF WRITERS
Gubernatorial candidate Eliot
Spitzer got his signals mixed yesterday when he made a shiva call to only one of
the feuding sons of late Satmar Grand Rebbe Moses Teitelbaum.
Spitzer's representatives said the state attorney general wasn't trying to
slight Aron Teitelbaum - he just didn't realize the rabbi was in Brooklyn.
Fear of the jews....TREASON and Blasphemy
The political miscue came as Aron and Zalmen Teitelbaum are battling to
succeed their father as spiritual leader of the 120,000-member Satmar sect.
The brothers held dueling sabbath services in Brooklyn this weekend that
attracted thousands of followers.
Spitzer visited Zalmen Teitelbaum at his Williamsburg home yesterday.
They Spoke about Noahide enforcement.....??????
But he didn't stop to see Aron, who is based in Orange County, but was at his
own Williamsburg residence yesterday.
Noooooooooooo !!!!
Sen. Chuck Schumer and City
Controller William Thompson visited both brothers yesterday.
"Eliot paid his respects to the great work and leadership of the
deceased grand rabbi," said Spitzer aide Ryan Toohey. "This was not a
political event, and no greater meaning should be read into it."
hahahahhahahhahahahha
whhhhoooooooooooooeeeeeeeeyyyyyyyyy
Last night, Spitzer's representatives were scrambling to set up a shiva call
to Aron Teitelbaum.
The shiva period of mourning for the late grand rebbe, who died last Monday,
ends at 10 a.m. today.
Aron Teitelbaum, 58, head of the Satmar congregation in Kiryas Joel, Orange
County, accepted the mantel of new grand rebbe last
week, claiming he had the backing of 75% of the sect's (Cult)
members.
But Zalmen Teitelbaum, 53, also claimed to be the new grand rebbe, citing his
father's will naming him successor to the post.

Rav Moshe Halberstam, First to Renew Semikha,

Rabbi Moshe Halberstam, senior Badatz Hareidi-Religious
Court judge, died Tuesday at Jerusalem's Bikur Cholim Hospital after
suffering a major heart attack. |
An ambulance rushed Rabbi Halberstam to the hospital’s Cardiology Division at
around 10 AM where doctors fought for his life for more than two hours. The
74-year-old rabbi died at 12:25 PM.
Rabbi Halberstam served at the President of Hatzala Israel, a volunteer group
providing first-aid and ambulance services. Head of the Galicia Kollel in
Jerusalem, the deceased rabbi was the great-grandson of the Tzanzer Rebbe.
The rabbi was widely accepted in non-hareidi circles as well. He
participated in the project to
reestablish the Sanhedrin by becoming the first person to receive semikha
(Biblical ordination as passed down from Moses). He was found to be “fitting
to serve on the Sanhedrin" by both Sephardic Rabbi Ovadiah Yosef and
Ashkenazi Rabbi Shalom Elyashiv and no objectors came forward to
oppose his receiving the ordination. Halberstam then ordained Rabbi Dov
Levanoni (Chabad Lubavitch)
who, in turn, ordained the rest of the rabbis involved in the nascent Sanhedrin.
Dan 11:14: And in those times there shall many stand up against the king of the south: also the robbers of thy people shall
exalt themselves..... to establish the

REV. 131: And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.
2: And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion:
and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.
3: And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.
4: And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?

spoke with Arutz-7 Thursday about the late rabbi. "Without Rabbi
Halberstam's efforts toward renewing semikha, it would not have happened
the way it did," he said. "By agreeing to be the first to be ordained,
(robbers, exalted by themselves) he
took a serious risk of being rejected and condemned by his community for taking
part in such a project. His ordination set the ball
rolling for the foundation of a Jewish legal body that seeks to eventually
supercede the Badatz [hareidi rabbinical court system]. But despite
the serious pressures put on him following his agreement and granting of semikha

Reflecting
on the Treasonous Blasphemous MURDERER's words On Purim Eve, March 17, 2003

President
Says Saddam Hussein Must Leave Iraq Within 48 Hours
Remarks by the President in Address to the Nation
The Cross Hall
8:01 P.M. EST
THE PRESIDENT: My fellow citizens, events in Iraq have now reached the final
days of decision. For more than a decade, the United States and other nations
have pursued patient and honorable efforts to disarm the Iraqi regime without
war.
Starvation and deprivation
That regime pledged to reveal and destroy all its weapons of mass destruction
as a condition for ending the Persian Gulf War in 1991.
What weapons of Mass discussions?
these?
Since then, the world has engaged in 12 years of diplomacy.
12 years of MURDER and Anti-Christ Judeo Blasphemy
We have passed more than a dozen resolutions in the United Nations
Security Council.
and ITSREALHELL disregarded them ALL
We have sent hundreds of weapons inspectors to oversee the disarmament of
Iraq. Our good faith has not been returned.
But now it has?
The Iraqi regime has used diplomacy as a ploy to gain time and advantage. It
has uniformly defied Security Council resolutions demanding full
disarmament.
Now it is the turn for "Purim Iran"
Over the years, U.N. weapon inspectors have been threatened by Iraqi
officials, electronically bugged, and systematically deceived. Peaceful efforts
to disarm the Iraqi regime have failed again and again -- because we are not
dealing with peaceful men.
But by Noahide MURDER you will force them?
Intelligence gathered by this and other governments leaves no doubt that the
Iraq regime continues to possess and conceal some of the most lethal weapons
ever devised.
Downing street Damned memo's and Falsified
Treasonous Leaks of false propaganda?
This regime has already used weapons of mass destruction against Iraq's
neighbors and against Iraq's people.
Which the USA Supplied
The regime has a history of reckless aggression in the Middle East. It has a
deep hatred of America and our friends. And it has aided, trained and harbored
terrorists, including operatives of al Qaeda.
There was absolutely no proof that Iraq had any
connection to the CIA operative Usama ben laden, there was proof however that
Bushwhackers first business partner was Saleem ben Laden
The danger is clear: using chemical, biological or, one day, nuclear weapons,
obtained with the help of Iraq, the terrorists could fulfill their stated
ambitions and kill thousands or hundreds of thousands of innocent people in our
country, or any other.
But the Murderer is the one who has slain a hundred
thousand innocent women and children in the shem borg "collective
Punishment"
The United States and other nations did nothing to deserve or invite this
threat. But we will do everything to defeat it. Instead of drifting along toward
tragedy, we will set a course toward safety. Before the day of horror can come,
before it is too late to act, this danger will be removed.
sudden destruction shall befall you apostate 'Amaraka"
The United States of America has the sovereign authority to use force in
assuring its own national security. That duty falls to me, as

Recognizing the threat to our country, the United States Congress voted
overwhelmingly last year to support the use of force against Iraq.

America tried to work with the United Nations to address this threat because
we wanted to resolve the issue peacefully.

We believe in the mission of the United Nations. One reason the U.N.
was founded after the second world war was to confront aggressive dictators,
actively and early, before they can attack the innocent and destroy the peace.

In the case of Iraq, the Security Council did act, in the early 1990s. Under
Resolutions 678 and 687 -- both still in effect -- the United States and our
allies are authorized to use force in ridding Iraq of weapons of mass
destruction. This is not a question of authority, it is a question of will.
For God has put it in their hearts to fulfill his
will
Last September, I went to the U.N. General Assembly and urged the nations of the
world to unite and bring an end to this danger. On November 8th, the Security
Council unanimously passed Resolution 1441, finding Iraq in material breach of
its obligations, and vowing serious consequences if Iraq did not fully and
immediately disarm.

Today, no nation can possibly claim that Iraq has disarmed.
That was then by deception and Treason and MURDER,
today it is a different story, yet the Bloodlusting apostate Judeo-Churchinsanity
still slumbers yet while these Murderers do it all over again this time
"Purim Iran"
And it will not disarm so long as Saddam Hussein holds power. For the last
four-and-a-half months, the United States and our allies have worked within the
Security Council to enforce that Council's long-standing demands. Yet, some
permanent members of the Security Council have publicly announced they will veto
any resolution that compels the disarmament of Iraq.
Let's Guess......China and Russia, both controlled
by the Sanhedrin's Chabad Lubavitch....after all "Ordo ab Chao"
These governments share our assessment of the danger, but not our resolve to
meet it. Many nations, however, do have the resolve and fortitude to act against
this threat to peace, and a broad coalition
is now gathering to enforce the just demands of the world.
Yes...a broad coalition mainly your dead son's and
daughters, and a few, Just a handful of other Nations children, at a cost
estimated over a Trillion Dollars, to slay a Hundred thousand inniocent women
and children
The United Nations Security Council has not lived up to its responsibilities,
so we will rise to ours.
Dejavu
In recent days, some governments in the Middle East have been doing their
part. They have delivered public and private messages urging the dictator to
leave Iraq, so that disarmament can proceed peacefully. He has thus far refused.
All the decades of deceit and cruelty have now reached an end. Saddam Hussein
and his sons must leave Iraq within 48 hours.
They hanged Saddan Haman's son's
Their refusal to do so will result in military conflict, commenced at a time
of our choosing. For their own safety, all foreign nationals -- including
journalists and inspectors -- should leave Iraq immediately.
Many Iraqis can hear me tonight in a translated radio broadcast, and I have a
message for them. If we must begin a military campaign, it will be directed
against the lawless men who rule your country and not against you.
Lawless
"Man"
As our coalition takes away their power, we will deliver the food and
medicine you need.
We will tear down the apparatus of terror
and we will help you to build
a new Iraq that is prosperous and free. In a free Iraq, there will be
no more wars of aggression against your neighbors, no more poison factories,
Deleted Uranium
no more executions of dissidents,
no more torture chambers and rape rooms.

The tyrant will soon be gone. The day of your liberation is near.
You are Liberated Iraq....Liberated of LIFE at the
Hands of a Hassidic MURDERER, and you are next Iran......
It is too late for Saddam Hussein to remain in power. It is not too late for
the Iraqi military to act with honor and protect your country by permitting the
peaceful entry of coalition forces to eliminate weapons of mass destruction. Our
forces will give Iraqi military units clear instructions on actions they can
take to avoid being attacked and destroyed. I urge every member of the Iraqi
military and intelligence services, if war comes, do not fight for a dying
regime that is not worth your own life.
and they are still Dying even after three years of
"Mission Accomplished"
And all Iraqi military and civilian personnel should listen carefully to this
warning. In any conflict, your fate will depend on your action. Do not destroy
oil wells, a source of wealth that belongs to the Iraqi people. Do not obey any
command to use weapons of mass destruction against anyone, including the Iraqi
people. War crimes will be prosecuted. War criminals will be punished. And it
will be no defense to say, "I was just following orders."
YET this VIPER Murdering Treasonous anti-Christ is
yet free to Terrorize IRAN
Should Saddam Hussein choose confrontation, the American people can know that
every measure has been taken to avoid war, and every measure will be taken to
win it. Americans understand the costs of conflict because we have paid them in
the past. War has no certainty, except the certainty of sacrifice.
Yet, the only way to reduce the harm and duration of war is to apply the full
force and might of our military, and we are prepared to do so. If Saddam Hussein
attempts to cling to power, he will remain a deadly foe until the end. In
desperation, he and terrorists groups might try to conduct terrorist operations
against the American people and our friends. These attacks are not inevitable.
They are, however, possible. And this very fact underscores the reason we cannot
live under the threat of blackmail.
Blackmail "President"?
The terrorist threat to America and the world will be diminished the moment
that Saddam Hussein is disarmed.
and the Treason continues on in the Hassidic
Controlled White House
Our government is on heightened watch against these dangers. Just as we are
preparing to ensure victory in Iraq, we are taking further actions to protect
our homeland. In recent days, American authorities have expelled from the
country certain individuals with ties to Iraqi intelligence services. Among
other measures, I have directed additional security of our airports, and
increased Coast Guard patrols of major seaports. The Department of Homeland
Security is working closely with the nation's governors to increase armed
security at critical facilities across America.
TREASON by invoking Illegal Wars and then taking the

Should enemies strike our country, they would be attempting to shift our
attention with panic and weaken our morale with fear.
Thus Bushwhacker and his murdering thugs need more
"Terror"
In this, they would fail. No act of theirs can alter the course or
shake the resolve of this country.
Noahide enslavement resolve?
We are a peaceful people -- yet we're not a fragile people, and we will not
be intimidated by thugs and killers. If our enemies dare to strike us, they and
all who have aided them, will face fearful consequences.
Yet you are allowing BUSHWHACHER and Chabad Thugs to
continue...Apostate Amaraka
We are now acting because the risks of inaction would be far greater.
see Iran
In one year, or five years, the power of Iraq to inflict harm on all free
nations would be multiplied many times over. With these capabilities, Saddam
Hussein and his terrorist allies could choose the moment of deadly conflict when
they are strongest. We choose to meet that threat now, where it arises, before
it can appear suddenly in our skies and cities.
BY Pre-meditated MURDER....see Iran
The cause of peace requires all free nations to recognize new
and undeniable realities. In the 20th century, some chose to appease
murderous dictators, whose threats were allowed to grow into genocide and global
war. In this century, when evil men plot chemical, biological and nuclear
terror, a policy of appeasement could bring destruction of a kind never before
seen on this earth.
Yeah, we see first hand Dan Bushwhacker
Terrorists and terror states do not reveal these threats with fair notice, in
formal declarations -- and responding to such enemies only after they have
struck first is not self-defense, it is suicide. The security of the world
requires disarming Saddam Hussein now.
see Purim Schechem, Dinah, Noahide and Chabad
Lubavitch......collective punishment
As we enforce the just demands of the world,
Noahide Laws of shems sham of Everlasting shame
we will also honor the deepest commitments of our country. Unlike Saddam
Hussein, we believe the Iraqi people are deserving and capable of human liberty.
And they are free, Bushwhacker?
And when the dictator has departed, they can set an example to all the
Middle East of a vital and peaceful and self-governing nation.
So when will you get rid of Bushwhacker apostate
Amaraka
The United States, with other countries, will work to advance liberty and
peace in that region.
Uh huh, and robbery and murder and sorcery and
Blasphemy and treason
Our goal will not be achieved overnight, but it can come over time. The power
and appeal of human liberty is felt in every life and every land. And the
greatest power of freedom is to overcome hatred and violence, and turn the
creative gifts of men and women to the pursuits of peace.
That is the future we choose. Free nations have a duty to defend our people
by uniting against the violent. And tonight, as we have done before, America and
our allies accept that responsibility.
and the World is now Uniting against ITSREALHELL and
Apostate Amaraka her Pimp
Good night, and may God continue to bless America.

Bush in ‘ceaseless
push for power’
By Caroline Daniel in Washington
Published: May 1 2006 19:30 | Last updated: May 1 2006 19:30
President George W. Bush had shown disdain and
indifference for the US constitution by adopting an “astonishingly broad”
view of presidential powers, a leading libertarian think-tank said on
Monday.
The critique from the Cato Institute reflects growing
criticism by conservatives about administration policy in areas such as the
“war on terror” and undermining congressional power.
“The pattern that emerges is one of a ceaseless
push for power, unchecked by either the
courts or Congress, one in short of disdain for constitutional
limits,” the report by legal scholars Gene Healy and Timothy Lynch concludes.
That view was echoed last week by former congressman Bob
Barr, a Republican, who called on Congress to exercise “leadership by putting
the constitution above party politics and insisting on the facts” in the
debate over illegal domestic wiretapping of terrorist suspects.
On Thursday Senator Arlen Specter, chairman of the judiciary committee,
noted: “Institutionally, the presidency is walking
all over Congress.”
Mr Healy and Mr Lynch argue that Mr Bush has also failed to protect the right
to political free speech by approving a bill that eliminated “soft money”
contributions to political parties. He had also cracked
down on dissenters, with non-violent protesters being harassed by secret service
agents whenever Mr Bush appears in public, it said.
The more serious charges concern Mr Bush’s actions in the “war on
terror”. Citing a 1977 interview with President Richard Nixon, who said,
“Well, when the president does it, that means it is not illegal”, the report
argues that the administration’s public and private arguments for
untrammelled executive power “comes perilously close to that view”.
The authors cite spying by the National Security Agency and the “torture
memos”, produced by the Department of Justice to defend the authority of the
president over interrogation techniques. “The constitution’s text will not
support anything like the doctrine of presidential absolutism the administration
flirts with in the torture memos.”

Council to Consult in Pilot Program for Jews and Noahides in
Federal Prisons
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is developing an experimental program designed
for inmates who are preparing for release from prison and who wish to re-connect
with their religious roots or even learn about a particular religion. There are
similar faith-based programs attempting to restore the lives of prisoners but
this new plan approaches the task according to a specific or single-faith such
Judaism. The High Council of Bnei Noah has
been invited to participate with existing Jewish prison outreaches to structure
a plan to teach Torah and the Seven Laws to non-Jews in
the pilot program.
"It is our duty to force all
mankind to accept the seven Noahide
laws, and if not — they will
be killed." Rabbi
Yitzhak Ginsburg
The Bureau of Prisons calls it the Residential Re-Entry Program and believes
it will, "reduce recidivism through promoting the virtues of productive
work, respect for others, self-worth and responsibility,"
This would be accomplished by allowing the inmate to interface with the
community of faithful and also match inmates with personal mentors.
High Council member Jim Long was asked to be part of the planning session for
the pilot program held this past April 18th, in Washington, DC.
A panel of chaplains and Department
of Justice representatives outlined the provisions for budget
proposals, staffing and curriculum for the eighteen-month experiment that will
be implemented in at least one Federal institution and
possibly as many six. The plan will provide for dorms where inmates
of a single faith can interact.
One of the programs major guidelines specifies that an inmate interested in,
for example Judaism, but who is not Jewish is still eligible to enroll in the
Jewish program. The participation of Noahide teachers
in a Jewish re-entry program would allow for a comfortable mix of the more
observant Jews with non-Jews drawn to the riches and transforming power of
Torah.
Transformed into a False Light
In outlining the Council's possible input, Long recalled a rabbi in Jerusalem
who taught recovering Jewish drug addicts. But instead of the typical 12 Step
Program, the rabbi employed a Seven
Step Program based on the Seven Laws of Noah. He believed that
getting a son or daughter of Israel back on the right path required them to
begin by being good Noahides. From there he would lead them back to the 613
Mitzvot. In addition to providing input for developing the Jewish re-entry plan,
the High Council will be looking outside of the council membership for Noahide
staffers who are experienced in prison outreach, education and social work. They
will be needed on-site at the prison facility (most likely in central New
Jersey). Long conjectures, "If this experiment is a success, we could
eventually see full-blown re-entry programs strictly for non-Jewish inmates who
want to learn Torah and the Seven
Laws both at State and other Federal correctional facilities."
_______
Upon seizing the reins of government, the
new Noachide leaders will move quickly to implement a full agenda of
reform. ... Full support will be given to Israeli forces to reinvade
PLO-controlled areas, with military assistance offered where necessary.
Jewish courts ... will be granted full legal sovereignty over Jewish citizens
within each country, who will no longer be subject to the authority of gentile
courts.
The pre-existing Noachide judges and
courts will replace the existing court system of each country, and the legal
code will be drastically rewritten to conform to halacha.... ....
And law and order will be fully restored through the establishment of internal
security measures, again in accordance with Torah law. — Committee for Israeli

the robbers of thy people shall exalt themselves to establish the

15: So the king of the north shall come, and cast up a mount, and take the most fenced cities: and the arms of the south shall not withstand, neither his chosen people, neither shall there be any strength to withstand.

http://thesanhedrin.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=59
Because of the anti-Jewish as well as anti-democratic tendencies of
Israel’s Supreme Court, especially under the leadership of Chief Justice
Aaron Barak, serious Jews have turned their attention to the Great Sanhedrin
and the possibility of re-establishing this ancient institution. They know, of
course, that no Sanhedrin can exist without the Temple, the Beit HaMikdash.
Revived October 13 2004, exalted them selves, God
has not given them their authority...the Dragon has
Rev. 13:1: And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.
5: And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.
6: And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.
7: And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.
Moreover, and according to Maimonides, the building of the Temple
presupposes the appointment of a king and the destruction of Amalek. But
this means that the establishment of the Great Sanhedrin will require the
advent of the Moshiach.
2Thes:2:3: Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that
man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
It’s commendable that some Jews are thinking in these terms, but no one
should be under the illusion that establishing the Sanhedrin is comparable to
establishing a rabbinical court. Furthermore, and with all due respect, one
may wonder whether our most learned rabbis today possess the qualifications
required of the Sanhedrin as specified in Maimonides’ Mishne Torah,
from which much of the following is drawn.
Consisting of seventy-one judges, the Great Sanhedrin judicial and
legislative powers. The President of the Sanhedrin must be capable of teaching
the whole of the Torah and of deciding any question within its all-embracing
domain. Of course every member of the Sanhedrin must be expert in Torah. But
the judges must also be versed in many branches of science, such as astronomy,
mathematics, logic, anatomy, and medicine. They must possess knowledge of
non-Torah doctrines and practices so as to be able to deal with cases
requiring such knowledge. Accordingly, the judges must be familiar with
secular law, indeed, with international law. I would go further: they should
be competent in a such disciplines as political and military science. One may
wonder whether our most learned rabbis fulfill these intellectual
qualifications.
Turning to their personal qualifications, to maximize public confidence in
their decisions, the judges must be of good lineage: Kohanes, Levites, and
Israelites having a reputation for wisdom and reverence. They must be of
spotless character (even as youth, so as not to give cause for recrimination).
They must be of mature age, imposing stature, good appearance, and free from
all physical defects—again to command respect and authority. An extremely
old man or a man who is childless cannot be a judge because he is apt to be
wanting in tenderness. A member of the Sanhedrin must be kind and merciful.
Even in the case of three-man courts, its members must possess the following
seven qualifications: wisdom, humility (anava), fear of God, disdain
of gain, love of truth, a good reputation, and love of his fellow men.
Mt:23:27: Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleanness.
It should be emphasized that to establish a Sanhedrin is not to establish a
“theocracy.” If the term “theocracy” signifies a regime ruled by a
church or by priests, Judaism is not theocratic.
For they are not of God the creator
There is no church in Judaism, neither theologically, since there is
no mediation between G-d and the individual Jew, nor institutionally, since
there is no ecclesiastical hierarchy. If, however, the term “theocracy” is
construed literally as the “rule of G-d,” then Judaism is theocratic, for
G-d is the ultimate source of law and authority. But what does this mean
operationally? In Judaism no priesthood but only publicly tested scholarship
can lay claim to any validity regarding the laws of the Torah. (Talmud
Bavli) This means that the Torah belongs to every Jew,
whether he is a Kohane, Levite, or Israelite.
Mt:23:4: For they bind heavy burdens and grievous to be borne, and lay them on men's shoulders; but they themselves will not move them with one of their fingers.
In a mature Jewish community the center of gravity lies not in any ruling
class but in the body of the people. As the Sages teach: “We must not
appoint a leader over the community without first consulting it” (Berachot
55a).
Rv:9:11: And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon.
They also teach that “No legislation should be imposed on the public
unless the majority can conform to it” (Avoda Zara 36a).
Referendum
It follows from this principle of Jewish law—and here I quote Professor
Elon: “(1) before legislating the legislator must examine and investigate
whether a majority of the public will be able to conform to the proposed
enactment, and (2) if, after the legislation is enacted, it appears that a
majority of the public do not accept it, the legislation is legally
ineffective.”
This should put to rest the idea that the Torah prescribes a theocracy.
Incidentally, back in the 18th century, Harvard president Samuel Langdon
considered the government embodied in the Torah to be a “perfect
republic”!
Talmud Bavli unto the Dragon and his Noahide
anti-Christ Laws
It behooves those who envision the re-establishment of the Great Sanhedrin
to bear these thoughts in mind. They themselves should not be mere rabbis. Nor
should they be amateurs in political science.

Post subject: Distinctions of the three types of Bnai Noach |
 |
|
Text of the flyer distributed
on the occasion of the establishment of a Council for Bnei Noach
and their allegiance before the "Sanhedrin", Jerusalem 9
Tevet 5766.
Do Gentiles Have Torah Obligations?
"Moses commanded us in the name of God to coerce
all the peoples of the world to accept upon themselves all the
commandments that were given to Noach" (Maimonides, Laws of
Kings and their Wars, VIII, 13).
This is the way the law is quoted in the books I have seen on the
subject. The Lubavitcher Rebbe stresses that of course, this
"coercion" must be done in a pleasant, gentle, and
peaceful manner, thus making coercion no different than persuasion
by convincing arguments and good intention. "Coercion"
also seems to preclude free will, and the Hallacha
makes an outright provision that a Gentile
has to accept the Bnei Laws before they become legally incumbent
upon him – to make him liable to the death sentence incurred for
any transgression.
This quote is incomplete (you will soon understand why), so the
interpretations offered are also incomplete, because it withholds
the fact that there are different categories of "inhabitants
of the world", all of whom have the obligation to observe the
commandments given to mankind but not all of them are coerced to
do so to make them liable.
THE FIRST CATEGORY includes all the
inhabitants of the world, wherever they live. For them,
the "suspension" of the Bnei Noach laws still holds
today, because their situation has not changed. They are referred
to in the following law:
"It is our duty to force
all mankind
to accept the seven Noahide
laws, and if not — they
will be
killed."
Rabbi Yitzhak Ginsburg
Any person who accepts upon himself the seven [Bnei Noach]
commandments and is scrupulous in their observance is considered a
Righteous Gentile and he is given a share in the World to
Come.
Who worships the beast, whose name is
not written in the Lambs Book of Life. They will slay all who deny
their Beast for Jesus who is Christ forever more, and they will
save their flesh....for just about three and a half years, then
Uh-Oh
This is, provided he accepts them and
observes them because God commanded so in the Torah and publicized
through Moses our teacher that the descendants of Noach were
already commanded these laws [previously]. However, if he observes
them because of his own personal judgment, he is neither a
Resident Stranger [in the land of Israel] nor is he considered a
Righteous Gentile [of the world], but one of their sages (ibid.
law 14, as written in Rabbi Yossef Kappach's revised and corrected
edition of the Rambam's Code, which is the basis of my book Torah
for Gentiles).
There is no coercion here but rather a personal free choice –
and a great challenge!
THE SECOND CATEGORY of inhabitants of the
world comprises those who live in lands that have fallen under
Jewish sovereignty through war. This concerns a voluntary war. The
King of Israel who wishes to engage in such a war needs to present
his reasons to the judges of the Sanhedrin (serving in this case
as his ministerial cabinet) and he has to receive their permission
before gathering his armies.
Bushwhacker
their "Noahide "War President"
He is allowed to do so under a number of restricting conditions:
• only at certain times, that is only after he conquered Eretz
Israel (which is an obligatory war for which the king or
government need no permission);
• only for certain reasons, that is to secure the safety of his
country (a preemptive war) or
otherwise protect and strengthen his kingdom;
• only in certain ways, that is according to the "morality
at times of war" dictated by a Law which neither the King nor
the Sanhedrin stipulated and no Knesset can abrogate, and to which
all three are submitted.
Having received the Sanhedrin's permission (which is as good as a
blessing of success), the King will call for conscription, offer
sacrifices before engaging the attack, sound the trumpets of war,
and all the people will pray for the news that "no harm was
incurred by our soldiers", as we so often hear on our radio
bulletins. This is what the Law commands the King to do with the
peoples which the King has conquered:
"We do not sign a peace treaty with
a town that surrenders unless its inhabitants abandon idolatry,
destroy all the places of worship, and take upon themselves the
commandments given to Bnei Noach. Any non-Jew [from such places]
who does not accept the Bnei Noach commandments is put to death if
it is in our hands to do so" (Laws of Kings and their Wars
VIII 9).
HJR 104, PL

THE THIRD CATEGORY of inhabitants of the world concerns non-Jews
who wish to live in the land of Israel, under Jewish sovereignty.
For those peoples, the Bnei Noach laws are made obligatory, as the
full text of the law partially quoted above reads:
"Moses commanded us in the name of God to coerce all the
peoples of the world to accept upon themselves all the
commandments that were given to Noach. Anyone
who does not accept them is put to death [That is the part of the
law which is omitted, and now you understand why]. And
the one who accepts them is called a Resident Stranger, and he has
to accept them before three scholars".

Bushehackers Illegal Immigrants
He is the one who has to make a declaration before a Beit Din for
the purpose of receiving a residence permit in Israel, in full
knowledge of his rights and duties, as well as of the punishment
he brings upon himself for any transgression. A Ben Noach who
lives anywhere in the world and not under Jewish sovereignty,
takes upon himself the observance of the Bnei Noach prohibitions
and declares his allegiance only between himself and the God of
Israel.
Who is not the
Redeemer from the beginning but the "Replacement wanna be god
the Robber" their father the murderer from the beginning, and
the Lust of their father they do upon mankind, for God has sent
them strong delusion so they believe the lie, and they are damned
and perish for they believed not in righteousness, and there is
but ONE Righteous, Jesus the Lamb of God
the TRUE Vine, these branches are cast off.
Once a Gentile has acquired the status of Resident Stranger by
accepting the seven Bnei Noach commandments, subjecting to Jewish
sovereignty, paying taxes, and being submitted in every way , it
creates for us the obligation to care for his needs, guarantee his
security and protect his personal rights. The observance of the
Bnei Noach laws is an unconditional pre-requisite for receiving a
residence permit in Eretz Israel.
Jewrisdiction
Eretz Itsrealhell, USA, Via HJR 104, PL 102-14
In this law, there is a seeming contradiction between the
"coercion" stipulated at the beginning and the voluntary
acceptance before a Beit Din stipulated at the end. That is
because there are two types of Residents Strangers. For the Seven
Canaanite Nations (Iraq, Iran, Syria,
Lebanon, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Egypt) who
occupied the Land at the time of Yehoshua's conquest (or any
people who likewise occupy it when Israel comes to reclaim it),
the Bnei Noach laws are coerced (i.e.
obligatory) by offering them this option as a choice: If the
Canaanite Nations don't accept them and don't submit to Jewish
sovereignty, and if they refuse to leave our country, it is a
casus belli – an obligatory war – and THAT is how they are put
to death.
See the
Hassidic Dan "War President of Sanhedrin" Bushwhacker
The commandment to kill them was coerced on us at Sinai, when
Israel was threatened "if you refuse the Law, here will be
your burial" – a threat which is warranted by the
"difficult" laws we did not fully intend when we pledged
to keep the whole Torah.
For by their
Oral Tradition they make the WORD of God of none effect. They Hate
the LIFEGIVER and do the Lust of their Father the Murderer from
the beginning, for that Great Whore is responsible for all who are
slain upon the earth, for they Hate the Creator and serve the
Dragon of Talmud Bavli
A Gentile who does not belong to any of the Canaanite Nations can
also acquire the status of resident stranger, but since such a
person applies for this status knowingly and voluntarily, the
coercion mentioned in this law does not apply to him.
If non-Jews observe the Bnei Noach commandments because God (Satan
that Old Devil the Dragon) so dictated in the
Torah,(Talmudic oral law) they
become Righteous Gentiles.(Fallen Away
proselytes of the Vipers of Hell) This is the
only category of Bnei Noach we can have today because the
conditions for the application of the Law on the two other
categories are not fulfilled.
For whichever of the three categories, the Bnei Noach commandments
are the same as those dictated to the descendants of Noach prior
to the giving of the Torah, but now, they have to be practiced as
Torah Laws and not because of the ancient tradition, because God
commanded Moses to teach the Torah both to Jews and non-Jews.
Jn:5:46: For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me: for he wrote of me.
Now, the same rules of moral conduct such as the prohibition of
theft and murder, which men naturally agree upon even if they had
not been dictated by divine decree, have to be observed because
God dictated them, orally
to Adam and Noach, and then fixed in the Law dictated
to Moses
Mk:7:8: For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do.
Mk:7:9: And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.
Now, rules of correct thinking such as the prohibition of idolatry
and blasphemy, which men could (and maybe would) reach by
investing their efforts in a search for the
One worthy of being worshipped, have to be observed
because He dictated them, even if men did not reach any conclusive
answer on their own. Now, schools and universities who in any case
require high standards of personal conduct, and organizations who
demand probity from their appointed professionals, will not only
sponsor the doctors and engineers and lawyers and experts society
needs, but make it their primary goal to care for the elevation
and perfection of all the citizens, because that is the way God
wants them to be – as straight as He created them.
"Without the revelation at Mount Sinai, man could learn
modest conduct from the cat and law and order from the ant"
(Tractate Yiruvin 100).
Prov:6:6: Go to the ant, thou sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise:
Man can learn befitting conduct in that way only because he
recognizes in the cat's modesty and in the ant's industry a
behavior which he himself considers good in the first place and
therefore he sets cats and ants as models. People who have other
inclinations attribute to cats… a catty immodesty.
Mt:12:34: O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.
Advocating a conduct based on "common sense" to
determine law is assuming that man has an innate moral aspiration
and sense of justice. So one should ask: Why do we need the Torah
if in any case, even without it, we would be observing its
obligations and doing exactly what it requires of us naturally,
through our own judgment?!
Mt:12:35: A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things.
Well for one, this naturalness is a delusion because man has a no
less natural (and very strong) evil inclination. He has to learn
morality, and moral values are trained by education, enforced by
law, maintained by habit, and transmitted by custom. But mainly,
because observing what "natural morality" instinctively
demands, not because of instinct or reason but because it is
dictated by the Torah, will not change the morality of the
obligations but it will change us by curbing our instincts and
submitting our reason to the yoke of Heaven in such a way that we
will be able to surpass ourselves and do even those things which
go against our "natural" moral sense.
Mt:13:15: For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.
The same legislation which for practical purposes produces the
same results (so what's the difference if it is practiced because
it is a man made law or because it is a divine commandment?) has
an added requirement and supplementary goal which makes it
different in essence when it is practiced because it is a divine
law.
Mt:23:4: For they bind heavy burdens and grievous to be borne, and lay them on men's shoulders; but they themselves will not move them with one of their fingers.
Gal:4:9: But now, after that ye have known God, or rather are known of God, how turn ye again to the weak and beggarly elements, whereunto ye desire again to be in bondage?
In a world where the excellence of humankind is achieved by the
sage (a man of great understanding and wisdom who can rule the
affairs of this world in a superb manner which wins him an
everlasting reputation and many pantheonic praises), not many men
are postulants to the title. But every man of whatever standing,
has in him a divine spark which gives him the possibility to
become a Righteous Gentile and thereby to acquire a soul which
will make him deserve a share in the World to Come .
Isa:50:11: Behold, all ye that kindle a fire, that compass yourselves about with sparks: walk in the light of your fire, and in the sparks that ye have kindled. This shall ye have of mine hand; ye shall lie down in sorrow.
A system depending on the intelligence of men might be able to
provide the fruits and benefits of justice, morality and success
by regulating human conduct and ensuring (literally)
"fitting" relations between men and a contracted peace
between all nations – that is, if all men could ever be of one
mind. This provision is unrealistic! Not so much because men
change their mind (and there are plenty of stubborn people who
never do), but because generations come and go, princes and
ministers change, each culture has its own particular frame of
references, every man his own personal inclinations, every
philosophy of government presents its own specific world-view as
"universally" valid (where the "universe" is
restricted to what they govern), and it will remain valid only as
long as it is not challenged by other "universals".
In the words of Samuel Huntington: "The very notion that
there could be a 'universal civilization' is at odds with the
particularism of other societies and their emphasis on what
distinguishes one people from another"
(The Clash of Civilizations and the Remaking of World Order,
1997).
Ay, so when will all men be united brotherlyly by more than short
term co-existence agreements based on common interests?
I argue that a "universal civilization" can only be
based on a vision which is not
imposed by one civilization upon another, but received directly
and accepted independently by each man and every nation – a
vision each one can make his own, in his own language
and manner, and equally shared by all. History has demonstrated
that no man-made vision has such a power and so, I argue further
that a revelation awaits mankind in the relevant future – and
"were it only that God put His spirit on all of them"
(Numbers 11:29).
Babylon the
Great Harlot Mother of All the Earth, their Tower of Babel of
their talmudic Babble
Then, it will not matter that each town has its own courts and
specific customs, each nation its own culture and traditions, each
country its distinctive resources and needs, each people its
typical fashions and foods, and each individual his own unique
fabric. Such differences will not cause divisions, strife, and
enmity because every man, each one in his own way,
will hold in faith the goodness of the same Law, and in
his heart the desire to abide by its recommendations and live by
its spirit.
Rabbi Akiva taught: Love your fellow Jew
as yourself (Leviticus 19:18) is a basic principle of the Torah.
Ben Azay replied: This is the book of the generations of Man
(Genesis 5: 1) is an even greater principle" (Jerusalem
Talmud, Nedarim 9:5).
Not that these two Sages of Israel disagree with one another's
basic Torah principle. Rabbi Akiva is speaking to his fellow Jews,
a nation united by the Covenant, (Of
death and Hell) so that the bond of love is not
undermined by rebuke and criticism. Ben Azay is speaking to all
men, so divided, so different and so estranged from one another by
successive generations and estrangement that they have to be
reminded they are all united by one common origin.

Rabbi Steinsaltz’s Worldwide Activities
Beyond his involvement in the educational institutions
in Israel
and the former
Soviet Union and his regular visits to
the United
States and Great
Britain through the work of the Aleph
Society, Rabbi
Steinsaltz also visits communities around the world to share his knowledge
with religious leaders and unaffiliated Jews alike.
Rabbi Steinsaltz’s involvement in interfaith relations
brings him to places around the world to meet with diplomatic and
religious leaders, including the Dalai Lama and
chief cardinals at the Vatican.
Catholicos of Sanhedrin
In 2000, he delivered a keynote address at the
Millennium World Peace Summit of Religious and Spiritual Leaders at the
United Nations, and in 2004, he presented at the
World Symposium of Catholic Cardinals and Jewish Leaders, hosted by the
World Jewish Congress. In November 2005,
Rabbi
Steinsaltz was hosted by the Vatican, where
he delivered a lecture on "Infinity in Science and Faith" at the
STOQ
(Science, Theology and the Ontological Quest) '05 International Conference
on "Infinity in Science, Philosophy and Theology." Through
these visits and others, the Rabbi has opened a dialogue among the
world’s foremost religious leaders and scholars.
Each year, Rabbi Steinsaltz is invited to Hong Kong by the Ohel Leah
Synagogue, where he gives lectures and Talmud classes that are open to the
entire community. Hundreds of people who have attended his lectures over

Shabbat retreat for the Russian-speaking Jews that featured in-depth study
of fundamental Jewish topics like prayer and Shabbat.
He is often invited to speak in Rome by the Chief Rabbi,
Riccardo Shmuel Di Segni. Rabbi Steinsaltz has given classes at the
Rabbinical School there and spoken to the community about two of his books
that are published in Italian, The
Essential Talmud and
The
Thirteen Petalled Rose.
In response to the brutal attacks of September 11, 2001
and the escalation of violence in the land of Israel, Rabbi Steinsaltz
issued an international Call to Prayer to unite the Jewish people during a
time of crisis. A
prayer composed by Rabbi Steinsaltz,
which asks God to respond with mercy to the pleas of Israel, was
distributed in the United States, Israel, the former Soviet Union, and
around the world and inspired thousands to compose their own personal
prayers and to reflect on the need for Jewish unity to bring about a more
peaceful world.
