Iran's Ahmadinejad says Holocaust a myth
Wed Dec 14, 2005 8:53 AM ET
By Christian Oliver
TEHRAN (Reuters) - Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said on Wednesday
that the Holocaust was a myth, triggering
a fresh wave of international condemnation.
Off with his head
Last week Ahmadinejad first aired his doubts on the veracity of the
Holocaust, in which six million Jews were killed by the Nazis. His comments drew
a rebuke from the U.N. Security Council.
"They have fabricated a legend under the name 'Massacre
of the Jews', and they hold it higher than God himself, religion itself and the
prophets themselves," he told a crowd in the southeastern city of
Zahedan on Wednesday.
The speech was broadcast live on state television.
European countries called the remarks unacceptable and said they
could undermine plans for talks with Tehran on its controversial nuclear
program.
Israel said the comments showed Iran's "rogue regime" was acting
outside acceptable international norms.
Ahmadinejad, a former Revolutionary Guardsman who was elected
president in June, in October called Israel a "tumor" which must be
"wiped off the map", provoking a diplomatic storm and stoking up fears
about Iran's nuclear ambitions
"It is
our duty to force all mankind
to accept the seven Noahide laws,
and if not — they will be killed."
Rabbi Yitzhak Ginsburg.
Washington accuses Tehran of seeking nuclear weapons. Iran says its nuclear
program is only for generating electricity.
German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said the Holocaust remarks
could weigh on European Union efforts to resolve the dispute over Iran's nuclear
program.
"It is
our duty to force all mankind
to accept the seven Noahide laws,
and if not — they will be killed."
Rabbi Yitzhak Ginsburg
"The recent remarks by the Iranian president ... are certainly shocking
and unacceptable," he told reporters. "I cannot deny that they may
weigh on our bilateral relations and naturally also on the chances for the
negotiations on (Iran's) so-called nuclear dossier."
"It is
our duty to force all mankind
to accept the seven Noahide laws,
and if not — they will be killed."
Rabbi Yitzhak Ginsburg
Iran's hardline press largely rallied round the president's first Holocaust
remarks but the Islamic Iran Participation Front, Iran's leading reformist
party, printed a critical statement in the liberal Sharq daily on Wednesday
"Provocation ... and starting this sort of talk, which benefits neither
Iranians nor oppressed Palestinians, will only increase consensus on supporting
the (Israeli) regime and will unify the approach against Iran," it said.
"It is
our duty to force all mankind
to accept the seven Noahide laws,
and if not — they will be killed."
Rabbi Yitzhak Ginsburg
SEEKING DIPLOMATIC CLOUT
Israel's foreign ministry said Ahmadinejad's comments on Wednesday showed
"a warped understanding".
"It is
our duty to force all mankind
to accept the seven Noahide laws,
and if not — they will be killed."
Rabbi Yitzhak Ginsburg
"The combination of extremist ideology, a warped understanding of
reality and nuclear weapons is a combination that no-one in the international
community can accept," said spokesman Mark Regev.
"It is
our duty to force all mankind
to accept the seven Noahide laws,
and if not — they will be killed."
Rabbi Yitzhak Ginsburg
European Commission spokeswoman Emma Udwin also described the remarks as
"completely unacceptable".
"It is
our duty to force all mankind
to accept the seven Noahide laws,
and if not — they will be killed."
Rabbi Yitzhak Ginsburg
"Such interventions will do nothing to rebuild confidence in Iran's
intentions," she said.
here comes the brainwashing
Commentators have said that Ahmadinejad sees himself as a popular,
pan-Islamic leader in the mold of Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini in the aftermath
of the 1979 Islamic revolution.
Tehran-based political analyst Mahmoud Alinejad said the president perhaps
feels his speeches were winning Iran diplomatic clout.
"There is a perception, based on past experience that only when Iran
threatens and pushes does the West back off," he said.
Ahmadinejad accused the Israeli government and its allies of hypocrisy and
reiterated his view that Israel should be moved from "dear Palestine"
to Europe, America or Canada.
"If your civilization consists of unjust acts, oppression and poverty
for the majority of the globe to provide your own people welfare, then we shout
at the top of our voices that we hate your frail civilization," he added.
This was greeted by rapturous cries of "God is the Greatest" from
the crowd.

Berlin calls in Iranian diplomat over president's remarks
Wed Dec 14 2005 09:26:48 ET
The German government has called in an Iranian diplomat to protest against
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's verbal attacks on Israel, Foreign
Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said on Wednesday.
He described the hardline Iranian president's remarks denying the Holocaust
and suggesting Israel should be relocated to Europe as "shocking and
totally unacceptable".
"It is
our duty to force all mankind
to accept the seven Noahide laws,
and if not — they will be killed."
Rabbi Yitzhak Ginsburg
Steinmeier told journalists that, in the absence of the Iranian ambassador,
the government on Monday called in Iran's charge d'affaires in Germany to
signal its disapproval of the president's latest outburst.
The Islamic republic leader in October said Israel "must be wiped off the
map" and last week described the country as a "tumour" and said
it should be moved to Germany or Austria.
"It is
our duty to force all mankind
to accept the seven Noahide laws,
and if not — they will be killed."
Rabbi Yitzhak Ginsburg
He launched a fresh attack on Wednesday, dismissing the Holocaust as a
"myth" and saying the Jewish state should be moved as far away as
Alaska.
"They have invented a myth that Jews were massacred and place this above
God, religions and the prophets," the outspoken president said in a
speech live on state television.
The president of the Central Council of Jews in Germany, Paul Spiegel, on
Wednesday called Ahmadinejad's latest remarks "repulsive"
"It is
our duty to force all mankind
to accept the seven Noahide laws,
and if not — they will be killed."
Rabbi Yitzhak Ginsburg
The White House assailed as "outrageous"
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's comments dismissing the Holocaust as a
myth and saying Israel should be cut from the Middle East. "I think all
responsible leaders in the international community recognize how outrageous such
comments are," spokesman Scott McClellan said of the hardline leader's
latest outburst against Israel.
"If the
people were to ever find out what we have done, we would be chased down the
streets and lynched." President George H.W. Bush, quoted by
Sarah McClendon
(White House
Reporter) in her June 1992 Newsletter.
The outspoken president also vowed Iran would not compromise "one
iota" on its nuclear program, which Washington has charged is cover for an
effort to acquire atomic weapons. Tehran denies the allegation.
"We have a number of concerns about the regime in Iran, and one of the
concerns at the top of the list is their interest in pursuing nuclear
weapons," McClellan told reporters.
"His comments and statements only underscore why it is so important that
the international community continue to work together to keep Iran from
developing nuclear weapons," said the spokesman

Iran, West head for confrontation
Wed Dec 14 2005 09:34:38 ET
By repeatedly calling for Israel's destruction and slamming the door on a
nuclear compromise, Iran's hardline president has put Tehran on a collision
course with the West, diplomats and analysts warned, AFP reports.
Its been coming for seven years, to coincide with the

collective of their One World Odor of the dragon for their beast Sanhedrin and
that Harlot Universal satanic anti-Christ religion of the Noahide proselytes

In his latest anti-Israeli assault, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad dismissed the
Holocaust as a "myth" and said the Jewish state should be moved as
far away as Alaska -- views that one European envoy posted in Tehran described
as "way beyond political incorrectness".
"It is
our duty to force all mankind
to accept the seven Noahide laws,
and if not — they will be killed."
Rabbi Yitzhak Ginsburg
"At first, we were tempted to put it down to inexperience or a simple
gaffe," he said of the firebrand president's string of outbursts, which
began in October with a call for Israel to be "wiped off the map".

apparently designed to upset the international community. And he's

House
Ready, Senate Balks on Patriot Act
Dec 14, 7:41 AM (ET)
By JESSE J. HOLLAND
WASHINGTON (AP) - The GOP-controlled House plans to quickly renew portions
of the USA Patriot Act before they expire at the end of the year. Some
Republicans say the nation's safety could be endangered if the Senate doesn't
follow suit.
The House on Wednesday was expected to pass a White House-backed bill that
would renew more than a dozen provisions of the Act - the government's premier
anti-terrorism law - which are due to expire Dec. 31.
But saving those provisions will be more difficult in the
Republican-controlled Senate, where some GOP and Democratic senators are
unsatisfied with the compromise bill, which was worked out last week between
key Republicans in the House and Senate.
At least one senator, Democrat Russ Feingold
of Wisconsin, is threatening a filibuster.
House leaders and Attorney General Alberto Gonzales on Tuesday warned the
bill's opponents that they could be putting the country in danger by holding
up the Act's reauthorization.
Because if they fail
to set up Noahide Courts for the shemsham of shame anti-Christ, this nation will
be attacked by Levi and Shem-eon as was the first Purim
Upon seizing the reins of government, the new
Noachide leaders will move quickly to implement a full agenda of reform.
... Full support will be given to Israeli forces to reinvade
PLO-controlled areas, with military assistance offered where necessary.
Jewish courts ... will be granted full legal sovereignty over Jewish citizens
within each country, who will no longer be subject to the authority of gentile
courts. The pre-existing Noachide judges and courts will replace the
existing court system of each country, and the legal code will be drastically
rewritten to conform to halacha.... .... And law and order will be
fully restored through the establishment of internal security measures, again in
accordance with Torah law. — Committee for Israeli Victory
"The consequence of the Patriot Act expiring on December 31st is
going to be putting the American people at greater risk,"
House Judiciary Committee Chairman James Sensenbrenner, R-Wis., said.

Added Gonzales: "The tools in the reauthorization of the Patriot Act are

Bush devoted his Saturday radio address to the subject and Senate Majority

Congress overwhelmingly passed the Patriot Act after the Sept. 11, 2001,
terrorist attacks. The law expanded the government's surveillance and
prosecutorial powers against
suspected
terrorists, their
associates and financiers.
The vast majority of the Patriot Act would remain in force even if the
House-Senate agreement to renew the expiring provisions fails. The
reauthorization language would extend for four years two of the Patriot Act's
most controversial provisions -
authorizing
roving wiretaps and permitting secret warrants for books, records and other
items from businesses, hospitals and organizations such as libraries.
Those provisions would expire in four years unless Congress acted on them
again.
About a dozen Republicans and Democrats in the Senate are complaining that
the
Patriot Act
gives government too much power to investigate people's private transactions,
including bank, library, medical and computer records.
They also say it doesn't place enough limits on the FBI's use of National
Security Letters, which compel thirds parties to produce those documents during
terrorism investigations.
Senate Democrats joined by some libertarian-leaning Republicans want to
extend the expiring provisions of the law by three months to give Congress time
to add more protections against what they say are
excessive police
powers.

Former White House
Advisor Says Torture
May Be Necessary
12-14-5
WASHINGTON (Reuters) -- A former top adviser to President
George W. Bush on Iraq policy said on Monday there are instances when
torture may be appropriate.
Commenting on an issue that has roiled Washington and
affected the U.S. image abroad, Robert Blackwill, who was deputy national
security adviser during Bush's first term, said:
"Of course torture should not be widespread and of
course there should be extraordinarily stringent top-down requirements in
this respect. But never? ... I wouldn't say
never," he told the Council on Foreign Relations think tank.
Blackwill, answering questions from the audience, said that
when he taught a class for executives at Harvard University's John F.
Kennedy School of Government, the case which caused the most
"confusion" involved a fictional detainee whose organization was
threatening to detonate a nuclear weapon in New York City.
"You have reason to believe he knows where it is. Do
you torture him? ... It does seem to me that circumstances matter here and
...I'm not an absolutist in this regard," he said.
Last week, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice faced
questions in Europe over the U.S. treatment of detainees and reports that
the CIA has run secret prisons in Eastern Europe for its war on terror.
Blackwill, formerly Bush's special envoy to Iraq and then
ambassador to India, called Iran the greatest
external threat to Iraq, which is fighting an insurgency and
struggling to establish a democratic (Noahide) system.
"Iraq thinks Iran is the major strategic threat to
Iraq," not suicide bombers or insurgents, he added.
Blackwill, who resigned from the administration to join a
consulting firm in November 2004, is still
well-regarded among many in the administration for his analytical insight,
including on both Iraq and India.
When he resigned, the National Security Council issued a
statement saying Bush and then national security
adviser Condoleezza Rice Rice held him in "the highest regard."
The U.S. Congress and the White
House have been arguing over a defense bill amendment that would ban torture
and inhumane treatment of detainees. Senate Majority Leader Bill
Frist on Sunday predicted the two sides would reach agreement.
The amendment, pushed by Arizona Republican Sen. John
McCain, who was tortured as a prisoner of war in Vietnam, passed the Senate
with a 90-9 majority, but the White
House fiercely opposed it.
Vice President Dick Cheney led an
unsuccessful bid to exempt the CIA from the torture ban, saying it would
hinder the war on terrorism.

Blackwill's Black Heart: Conman Pulls Sales
Tricks to Market Torture When Saddam, Kim and Mugabe do it it's bad, when we
do it it's to protect the American people
Former White House advisor Robert
Blackwill's comments that torture
is sometimes necessary underscore a dominant
philosophy of absolute despotism that pervades elitist circles who like to
think of themselves as part of this wicked New World Order hierarchy.
The fact that it is nearly 2006 and we are
still having to even debate people who insist that the barbaric practice of
torture is acceptable in a supposedly cultured and intellectually advanced
world is proof that evil in its purest form still exists
and holds the reigns of power on planet earth.
The abhorrent scum that promote torture
belong to a philosophical school that wouldn't have been one iota out of place
over one thousand years ago in the dark ages. These people deserve to be
thrown on the slagheap of history, forever castigated and referenced as the
worst example of how any human being can ever behave while the rest of us
advance with the innate human spirit of dignity and freedom.
To pick apart Blackwill's argument is in
one sense a step too far because it means we have to engage these parasites on
the level of their own foul delusion.
Blackwill argues that a terrorist who is
part of a plan to nuke a city should be tortured in order to discover where
the bomb is. No doubt the CFR boys almost drowned in their own putrid drool
when they heard that one.
Manadel al-Jamadi, an Iraqi tortured
to death at Abu Ghraib. Do you feel safer America?
Blackwill's malevolence is only paralleled
by his unbridled stupidity.
Do you really entertain the notion that a
psychopathic terrorist with the audacity to nuke a major city and slaughter
untold millions is going squeal at the first sign of a cattle prod?
No, he's going to give false information
and cause false leads to be followed, ensuring the attack has a greater chance
of occurring.
I make myself shudder by entertaining what
Blackwill's response would be.
'Well in that case maybe we should up the
ante and torture this guy's children! No I know let's torture his newborn
baby, that should get the job done!'
My stomach turns at the prospect of these
cretins rubbing their hands together and starting to discuss applying bunsen
burners to infants in order to 'protect the American people'.
Blackwill sells torture like a con man
sells a beaten up old Mustang. He wraps a giant stinking turd in a veneer of
twisted mental gymnastics and reasoning.
He takes an extreme example which has
never even happened throughout the course of recent history and uses it as a
justification for a sweeping policy directive whose victims are overwhelmingly
bewildered Afghan goat herders or Iraqis who didn't show their papers at a
checkpoint.
As former associate editor of the Wall
Street Journal and former Assistant Secretary of the US Treasury Dr. Paul
Craig Roberts points
out, the torture program was not set up to gain any kind of real
information from accused detainees because torture is renowned for extracting
useless and false information. The real reason for the torture is to make the
terrorists implicate themselves and thus create the perception of a real
terrorist threat.
This is exactly the process in Uzbekistan, where the
government was caught torturing innocent people into confession and then using
the confessions as evidence that the government needed to crack down on
terror.
Orwell's 1984
People who refuse to torture and blow the
whistle on it, like General
Janis Karpinsky and Rick
Baccus are ejected and replaced with cadres of torture teams willing to do
the dirty work. Roberts said that these torture teams
would be turned loose on US citizens before long.
Because torture is the new American
virtue.
Gawd Bliss Amaraka,

And the polls
suggest that more than half of Americans buy the scam. That's because it
is marketed to them just the same as every other brazen policy of brutality
the Bush administration has embraced - carefully served up with a buffet of
lies.
It is because their
Father is the murderer from the beginning and the lust of their father they do
Of course when Saddam Hussein chops
people's fingers off for stealing and puts people's heads through meat
grinders that's evil.
Victim of Saddam Hussein's torture. But if an American had done this on
orders of the US government it would have been OK?
When Kim Jong-il orders political
dissidents to be force fed chemical weapons and concentration
camp guards stamp on newborn babies' necks that's horrible.
When Robert Mugabe orders his henchmen to
threaten white farmers with death if they don't rape their own children,
that's evil.
But when the guards at Abu Ghraib rape
Iraqi children (as is described in the official
Tuguba military report) then it's different! Those guards had to rape the
kids to protect the American people from terrorists!
TEAM
TORTURE: If it's good enough for these nice fellows it's good enough for
Blackwill.
And who are the terrorists? Who are the
ones that are having their genitals scorched and their anuses raped with
chemical glowsticks?
The LA
Times reported that no leaders of Al-Qaeda were found at Guantanamo Bay.
Most of them were shoemakers, farmers who had never even heard of America and
people who were given guns by the Taliban and shoved onto the front lines.
The official
army report on Abu Ghraib said that between seventy five and ninety
percent of prisoners were totally innocent and just hadn't had their papers in
order. The former General there, Janis Karpinski,
confirmed this in a recent
interview on the Alex Jones show:
"That's correct and I believe that it remains so
today because they are still doing these raids, these round ups where they
will go out and target an individual, and whoever happens to be around that
individual, they bring them all in. And then there is no avenue to release
them, once they are tagged as security detainees, they fall into this
relatively new and unsupervised category."
Beware saints of Jesus, the
anti-Christ Talmudic Hassidim are in temporary control
The CIA are aware that the vast majority
of detainees are not terrorists, proven by the fact that Pakistani gangsters
admitted to rounding up innocent people in street sweeps and selling
them to the US government as terrorists for anything up to $25,000. These
people are now at Guantanamo Bay.
Only nine so-called terrorists have been
brought to trial and none have been convicted. Why do individuals have to be
held for four years without trial if there is proof that they can be convicted
with? Army interrogators have gone public with their frustrations that these
people are obviously not terrorists but they are still ordered to keep them.
Images of mass ranks of terrorists are pure lies on the part of the insane
Neo-Cons (Talmudic Jews and their proselytes) in
order to keep the American people in fear.
Blackwill was one of the architects
of Iraq reconstruction policy, or the 'bomb it to crap and hand out no bid
contracts to Cheney's buddies and Halliburtion to rebuild it' role as it's
better known. No wonder then that Blackwill diverts attention away from the
total and complete catastrophe that is Iraq, a situation that lead the
majority of Iraqis
to yearn for the good old boy corruption days of Saddam Hussein.
No, Blackwill insists, the absence of an
exit strategy and any stabilization plan whatsoever, leading to the insurgency
isn't the problem! The problem is
Iran! Iran is the biggest threat to Iraq so now we have to give them a
taste of the same 'shock and awe' medicine.
Bring 'em on!
Blackwill and his ilk are helping make
America the most hated country on earth and it is by design. The more
terrorists they can recruit will lead far more of the public to support the
vacuous amoral abyss of torture.
We need to collectively stand up as human
beings and vociferously cast out these devils by relentlessly countering their
rancid torture-promoting tirades and showing them up for who they really are,
a bunch of sadomasochistic power obsessed perverts who deserve to rot in hell
with Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, Pol Pot and the rest of history's torture
loving madmen.

Yossi Klein Halevi Jerusalem Dispatch, August 25, 2005
The 1967 Six Day War endowed Israelis with a
sense of invulnerability and completeness. Not only had the war removed an
existential threat, but it returned the Jews to their biblical borders.
To ITSREALHELL and that whore city
that spiritual Sodom and Egypt where our LORD was crucified
This exhilaration abruptly ceased for most
Israelis six years later, with the Yom Kippur War. But, for settlers and their
supporters, the dream of biblical borders persisted--until last week's
withdrawal from Gaza. For those Israelis, finally, the Six Day War has ended.
The pain of uprooting from the Gaza settlement bloc of Gush Katif wasn't only
about the loss of one's private home but of part of the national home.
It began the final battle between
Judah, Aholibah and her whore sister Dan Aholah, They battle for the control
of that Whore city and the false Throne of David for their Moshiach the son of
Perdition. This is the same wars all the way from 2 King 16 to the end.
Many of the settlers, after all, had moved
there to impart strength to the nation.
Hassidic Talmudic Yeshiva jews
That mission was confirmed when they turned
into favorite targets for terrorists: Over 6,000 mortars fell on their
settlements, and whole families were wiped out or crippled in ambushes on the
roads. The more they were attacked, the more they held on, offering themselves
as an example of Zionist endurance. In one settlement, residents displayed a
giant blowup of the Six Day War photograph showing Israeli paratroopers
looking up in awe at the Western Wall they had just liberated, to remind
Israel of its greatest moment of unity and strength.
The mourning in Gush Katif was for the lost wholeness promised by that war,
which religious Zionists called, with biblical reverence, "the six
days." In 1967, Israelis glimpsed a happy end to
the Jewish story of persecution and
wandering. For the first time, Israel seemed secure: In place of
the gnawed-looking map that left Israel barely eight miles wide at its
narrowest point, there were new borders, diamond-shaped and hard. And the
return to the biblical heartland meant the final undoing of the consequences
of exile. Religious Zionists,(Beware, the
Hassidim are not of secular zion) who produced the settlement
movement, were inspired not by the bombastic English phrase "Greater
Israel," with its expansionist overtones, but by the Hebrew phrase "Eretz
Yisrael Hashlemah," the completed land of Israel.
Babylon Proper from
the Nile to the Euphrates
For some religious Jews, though, the promise of security and historical
reclamation wasn't enough. Overwhelmed by the transition from the Holocaust to
the return to Zion and now to united Jerusalem,
they saw in the six days a literal recreation of existence. And so, for the first
time since the eighteenth century, messianism reemerged among the Jews.
Moshiach ben satan false Christ
Some searched for the formula that would
be the tipping point to redemption, the coming of the messiah. In Brooklyn, Chabad
Hasidim determined that formula to be restoring as
many Jews as possible to observance. In Jerusalem, at the Mercaz Harav
Yeshiva, from which the leaders of the settlement movement emerged, they tried
to invoke cosmic wholeness by restoring
the people of Israel to the land of Israel. Even the Hebrew language, to which
religious Jews impart a mystical intentionality, seemed to confirm the dare:
In Hebrew, the acronym for Judea and Samaria (the biblical names for the West
Bank) and Gaza is Yesha, which means redemption.
Aholah the whore
Israel's abandonment of the Gaza settlements would seem to be a fatal blow to
this messianic vision. And, to be sure, the Gaza withdrawal confronts
religious Zionism with the greatest crisis in its history. Yet the movement's
vitality, and perhaps even its messianic passion, will endure, even as its
adherents struggle to define their relationship with the secular state that
has rejected their vision.
Thus once again they Cry,
"Give us a king to be over us" Give us Abba-dan
The Mercaz yeshiva students were inspired by the teachings of their school's
founder, Abraham Isaac Hacohen Kook, pre-state Israel's first chief rabbi and
one of Judaism's great mystics. Alone
among ultra-Orthodox rabbis, Kook
celebrated secular Zionism as an instrument for divine fulfillment.
He argued that, just as ordinary workmen building the ancient Temple had
prepared the ground for the devotions of the high priest, so were secular
Zionists, however unconsciously,
preparing the way for messianic Zion. For Kookians,
Israel was now in the grip of an unstoppable trajectory, from exile and
fragmentation to restoration and wholeness.
The Kook's are now in
temporary control
Upon seizing the reins of government, the new
Noachide leaders will move/ quickly to implement a full agenda of reform.
... Full support will be given to Israeli forces to reinvade
PLO-controlled areas, with military assistance offered where necessary.
Jewish courts ... will be granted full legal sovereignty over Jewish citizens

fully restored through the establishment of internal security measures, again in
accordance with Torah law. — Committee for
Israeli Victory
On the eve of the ninth day of the Hebrew month of Av, the fast day
commemorating the destruction of the Temple, I went to the Mercaz Harav
Yeshiva for services. I expected to find a shattered community. It was, after
all, only a day before the start of the Gaza withdrawal. For Mercaz, the
dismantling of a part of Yesha is, above all, a theological disaster, a wound
in the map of wholeness and a rejection by the Jewish state of its role in
building messianic Zion.
Yet, in Mercaz, there was no sense of impending disaster. Worshippers sat on
the floor or on overturned benches as they do every year on this day, in
mourning for the Temple but not for the soon-to-be evacuated settlements of
Gaza.
Wailing for Tammuz
The voice of the rabbi who chanted from the
Book of Lamentations didn't break, not even over the verse, "Our
inheritance has been turned over to strangers, our houses to foreigners."
Mercaz simply wasn't convinced the
evacuation would happen. It was theologically inconceivable--and therefore
politically impossible--for the Jewish state to be exiling Jews from a part of
the land of Israel. A last-minute miracle was the most logical possibility. At
the entrance to the study hall where Lamentations was read, a notice informing
students of when the fast was to begin added, unless the messiah (Moshiach
anti-Christ) comes first.
Many settlers moved to the territories to stake a Jewish claim to the land and
to help defend it, not to bring the messiah.
Jesus the Christos is the ONLY
MESSIAH forever
And, when settlers campaigned against
withdrawing from Gaza, it wasn't just because it threatened the Kookian road
map to redemption, but because they saw withdrawal as a threat to Israeli
deterrence against terrorism. Yet the messianic determinism emanating from
Mercaz seeped into settler discourse and allowed even pragmatists to ignore
the demographic and moral consequences of annexation. Their campaign against
withdrawal ignored the fact that most Israelis had already emotionally
withdrawn from Gaza during the first intifada of the late '80s. The people are
with gush katif, read one sticker popular among settlers. But, according to a
poll, two-thirds of
Israelis didn't even know exactly where Gush Katif was.
Abandoned by the rest of Israel in their final stand, they could no longer
deny their messianic crisis. Settlers about to be evicted sang a hymn of faith
in the coming of the messiah, "even if he tarries."
2 Thes. 2:
1: Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,
2: That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.
3: Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
4: Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
Tellingly, the only significant group outside
the religious Zionist community to actively oppose withdrawal was the Chabad
Hasidic movement, many of whose members believe that
their late spiritual leader, or Rebbe, was the messiah.
As does the Congress of the United
States of Amaraka sold out to the RED Sofiet Talmudic Hassidic Pharisees of

Chabad
yellow flags, imprinted with the word messiah, flew over rallies; posters
of the Rebbe hung on lampposts in the doomed settlements. The image of the
failed messiah, along with the emptying Gaza communities,
reinforced the same message: Orthodox Judaism's post-'67 strategies for
redemption had failed.
After Av, the Hebrew month of mourning for the Temple, comes Elul, a month of
selfexamination preceding the High Holidays. For religious Zionism, Elul has
already begun. What is the lesson, religious Zionists are asking, of the
defeat of the campaign to stop the withdrawal? Where does the community go
after the destruction of Yesha's intactness?
The bitterness is as overwhelming as the ecstasy once was. Religious Zionists
speak apocalyptically about the end of Israeli democracy: Ariel Sharon is the
head of a "mafia family," the Knesset is hopelessly corrupt, the
courts are biased, the liberal elites are subverters.
14: And in those times there shall many stand up against the king of the south: also the robbers of thy people shall exalt themselves to establish the vision; but they shall fall.
Withdrawal from Gaza, most religious Zionists
believe, happened not because of the untenability of maintaining 8,000
settlers in a war zone surrounded by a million Palestinians, but because
secular Israel has lost its Zionist
soul. The right-wing newspaper Makor Rishon
reproduced a poster that depicted Israeli soldiers as Jewish slaves carrying
the Temple's menorah on their shoulders, the image carved into Rome's Arch of
Titus that symbolizes Jewish destruction. For many religious Zionists, that is
the post-Gaza conclusion: We are now
the builders, secularists the destroyers.

"After the Sharon
government, the Moshiach will come" --
so foresees the tzaddik,
the G-dly Rabbi Yitzchok Kaduri, the renowned Kabbalist of over 100 years
Yet a small but prominent group of religious Zionists insists their community
needs humility. How is it, they ask, that, in our obsession with the land of
Israel, we ended up losing the people of Israel?
The Sanhedrin's plan worked, never
understanding that GOD has put it in their hearts to fulfill his WILL
"Isolation, combined with a deep internal
sense of being in the right without asking for or needing external
confirmation, caused a deep blindness in many of us," wrote veteran
religious journalist Bambi Sheleg in the newspaper Maariv. Religious Zionists,
she concluded, must disengage from messianic rabbis who promised that God
would prevent the withdrawal and reengage with secularists--not as preachers
but as partners.
That was precisely the attitude of religious soldiers who participated in the
withdrawal. Just before the evacuation began, I met with a group of religious
and secular participants in a squad commanders' course, the first step toward
officer training. For the last year, they had been serving in the West Bank,
arresting terrorists, trying to undo the consequences of the left's(Secular Aholibah) empowerment of Yasir
Arafat's Palestine Liberation Organization. Now they were about to participate
in the evacuation of Gaza settlements, to undo the failed
policy of the right.
If you closed your eyes and listened to them speak, you wouldn't have been
able to tell religious and secular apart. None of them wanted to participate
in the evacuation. "When I served in the West Bank, I was shot at and had
a
grenade thrown at me, and my jeep hit three roadside bombs," said their
officer, Kfir, who lives in a West Bank town near Jerusalem. "But I would
much rather be back there and doing what I was trained for than this."
Yet they all agreed that injecting politics into the army would destroy
it--and that, by refusing to refuse, they were protecting Israel from
self-destruction. "I don't feel I have anything to be ashamed of,"
said one Orthodox soldier who lost several friends in a terrorist attack in
Gaza.
Religious soldiers in particular--many of them settlers--faced a campaign of
emotional blackmail. One leading rabbi warned that
anyone evacuating a Jew would be lost in "this world and the next."
Protesters taunted soldiers as
"robots" without conscience--a lie dispelled by the emotional
response of so many troops. One protester wearing phylacteries approached a
line of soldiers and proceeded to weep on each one's shoulder; as the soldiers
hugged back, he demanded, "Tell them you can't do this." Yet,
despite predictions of widespread refusal, only a handful of religious
soldiers disobeyed orders. And, despite predictions of settler violence,
relatively few physically resisted. For most, striking a soldier was seen as a
self-inflicted blow. And so soldiers and settlers mourned together. Even as
it was dismantling Yesha, the army was protecting Israel's wholeness.
After all anti-Shema-tism
is necessary for the management of the "Lesser jews" for the
shemsham of shame
In Netzarim, for years the most besieged Gaza settlement,
accessible only by armored convoys, residents asked that the army unit that
had guarded them be entrusted with their evacuation. In their final Sabbath
together, the unit's commander told residents that he had never met finer
people. On the day of evacuation, soldiers and residents prayed and wept
together. A woman who lost five family members in terrorist attacks told the
officer who came
to evacuate her, "During this whole period, we trusted you to do
everything you could to protect us, and this is the time to say thank you, but
also to ask you: 'Why?'" Then settlers removed the large menorah over
their synagogue, carried it on their shoulders, and headed to the Western Wall
to pray for redemption.

Public menorah displays
testament
to the growing acceptance of Chabad
December 14, 2005
NEW YORK, Dec. 13 (JTA) —Ten years ago, the American Jewish Congress sued
the city of Beverly Hills, Calif., to block the local Chabad house from
erecting a 27-foot menorah in a public park near City Hall.
Displaying the menorah — a Jewish religious symbol — on public
property, the AJCongress argued, was unconstitutional.
Put up a cross or Ten Commandments and hear them

The district court granted summary judgment in favor
of the city, allowing Chabad to put up the large candelabra.
A three-judge panel (Talmudic Treason)
of the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals later reversed the
decision.
Take God out of the Pledge
When it comes to displaying menorahs in public places, what a difference a
decade makes.
This Chanukah, Chabad-Lubavitch
plans to light more than 11,000 large public menorahs, from Bangkok to Miami
Beach.
Invoke the "Illuminated angel transformed
from Darkness"
Those lighting the Chanukah candles won’t come strictly from the ranks of
America’s Chabad chasidim; leaders of Jewish organizations across the
spectrum, eager to take part in the public celebration of the Festival of
Lights, will also be lighting Chabad’s candles.
Babylonian Canlelight vigil
The growing acceptance of the Chabad menorahs is just one example of a
broader trend:
The Fallen away from the TRUTH
As Chabad spreads throughout the United States and the world,
America’s mainstream Jewish community is increasingly willing to embrace the
movement, whereas in the past many Jewish organizations preferred to keep it
at arms length.
“I think there’s less fear and more openness on the parts of both
Chabad and the broader community to support all who can reach and touch
Jews,” says John Ruskay, executive vice president and CEO of the UJA-Federation
of New York. “That translates at the moment less programmatically and more
in terms of communication and tone. It will be very
interesting to see how this proceeds in the future.”
Chabad, though, says the recent past offers some indication of how far
things have come — and where they may be headed.
“Chabad has not changed that much in a generation,” says Rabbi
Levi Shemtov, director of the Washington office of the American
Friends of Lubavitch. “The organized Jewish community has gone
from being indifferent or harsh to being much more welcoming.”
The Treasonous Blasphemous Friends of the RED
Sofiet Talmudic son's of satan's shemmyGOG
Rabbi Berel Shemtov, who has been director of Chabad-Lubavitch in Michigan
for some five decades, has had front row seats to the long progression.
“Fifty years ago, to build a Conservative or Reform temple, you were able
to get millions of dollars. For Chabad this would not be possible,” he says.
“Today, Chabad is getting bigger support than the
others. People realize how important Chabad is.”
Chabad insiders and observers cite several developments that highlight the
change:
• Jewish federations around the country are funding Chabad projects,
inviting Chabad rabbis to sit on their boards and committees and including
Chabad synagogues in their listings of local places to pray.
• With each passing year, more U.S. Chabad houses become dues-based
congregations — like most mainstream Jewish congregations — running
on membership payments rather than simply on donations.
• Most Jewish groups no longer sue to prevent Chabad from erecting public
menorahs.
• Chabad continues to secure support from Jews outside the movement, even
non-Orthodox Jews like Harvard law school professor
Alan Dershowitz.
Dershowitz said he was dubious when he heard several years ago that Chabad
intended to open a center at Harvard.
“My idea was: Siberia — that’s nothing; Central Africa — that’s a
breeze. Chabad at Harvard? Impossible,” Dershowitz said last month at
Chabad’s annual convention of emissaries in New York.
“How could that ever happen? Kids come to Harvard to rebel against their
parents, to rebel against religion, to look for other ways, to look for more
liberal attitudes. Could Chabad possibly ever succeed at Harvard?”
But succeed it has, Dershowitz says, quickly
becoming a thriving center for Jewish students to meet, eat, discuss — but
not necessarily to pray.
To study Jerkowitz Torture Policies
This past Rosh Hashanah, Phil Kaplan and his surfing buddies attended
services at a Chabad shul in Orange County, Calif.
Kaplan, at 39 years old a major giver to the Jewish Federation of Orange
County and the vice president of its annual campaign, is not a particularly
observant Jew — but he prays with Chabad and gives
them money.
“It seems like a lot more of the people we know are attending services
with Chabad. I’m talking about mainstream people; I barely know any Orthodox
people,” Kaplan says. “In my opinion, it’s because Chabad is very open
and accessible. Despite the fact that the practice here is Orthodox, they make
Judaism very accessible. With Chabad you can find your level and there’s
encouragement.”
Many of Chabad’s new programs are being
underwritten by George Rohr, a modern Orthodox businessman and
philanthropist from New York.
Industria Military Complex of TREASON
The movement says its annual budget comes in at more than $1 billion, much
of it raised by emissaries in the field for their own programming.
Those familiar with Chabad cite several reasons for its growing acceptance
in America. First , Chabad has made extraordinary efforts to reach out to Jews
of every stripe, some of whom have grown to embrace the movement.
“In the market of outreach, Chabad looms large,” says Samuel Heilman, a
sociology professor at Queens College.
Dancing rabbis on Chabad fund-raising telethons have given the movement a
public face, as have the movement’s mitzvah mobiles and the army of young
Chabadniks who spend days out on city sidewalks asking passers-by if they’d
like to put on tefillin or sit in a mobile sukkah and shake a lulav.
In addition, when Chabad emissaries land in a new place, they
quickly make contact with local Jewish newspapers to introduce themselves and pitch
stories. Over the years, Passover and Chanukah stories about
Chabad have become the norm in many such papers, introducing Jews around the
country to the movement.
Chabad has made efforts to gain a foothold in areas where more mainstream
Jewish organizations have typically reigned, areas like
college campuses.
Treasonous Blasphemous Education and Sharing Day
fleecing
Chabad now has about 100 emissaries at U.S. colleges and universities.
The major player in Jewish campus life has long been Hillel: The Foundation
for Jewish Campus Life. When Chabad came on the campus scene, the two groups
were often seen as rivals vying for the allegiance of the same students.
But today, Chabad “is definitely being embraced by Hillel,” says
Avraham Infeld, Hillel’ president.
“Hillel has a commitment to ensure that more and more students have
meaningful Jewish experiences,” Infeld says.
Infidel said
“Chabad is one of those agents
on campus that provide meaningful Jewish experiences. To us they are a partner
not a competitor. We don’t agree ideologically on everything, but we have
high respect for them and their work.”
Still others say that Chabad’s growth has coincided with a general
resurgence in the Orthodox community.
“I think that Chabad and much of Orthodoxy have come of age,” Heilman
says. “Orthodoxy in general is much more a part of the discussion. Within
that, there’s been a recognition that Orthodoxy is not just one thing.”
Part of the reason Jewish groups were wary of Chabad was the impression
that the movement was not out simply to offer Jews positive Jewish
experiences, but wanted to make unobservant Jews
Chabad adherents. Chabad rejects this notion, although its
officials do acknowledge that they wouldn’t mind if those who come in
contact with them take on more Jewish rituals.
Also dogging Chabad throughout the years has been strident opposition to
the movement’s messianist wing, whose adherents believe that Rabbi Menachem
Mendel Schneerson, the movement’s late charismatic leader who died 11 years
ago, is the messiah.
The prevalence of such messianists is the subject of debate: Some Chabad
opponents say that the majority of Chabad Chasidim are messianists in this
vein. Top Chabad officials insist it’s a dwindling minority.
David Berger, a history professor at Brooklyn College, says
Chabad’s spread is an “acute danger to authentic Judaism.”
The author of “The Rebbe, The Messiah and the Scandal of Orthodox
Indifference,” Berger says the messianism (Moshiach
False Christ) means that “some of the core beliefs of the
Jewish religion have been abolished” and that the “theological
distinctions between Judaism and Christianity have been erased. I
consider this to be a historic catastrophe.”
One Big Happy Judeo-Churchinsanity Great Harlot
family of the beast Sanhedrin
But Rabbi Yehuda Krinsky, a leading figure in the worldwide Chabad
movement, dismisses such arguments, insisting that the level of messianism in
Chabad is “very overstated.”
“It’s just used by some people to confuse others,” he says.
Meanwhile, as Chabad begins to prepare is enormous menorahs for display,
Krinsky boasts of Chabad’s successes.
“I think Chanukah has become one of the most widely celebrated holidays
by Jews in the world today — probably singularly because of the Chabad
effort,” he says.

In Paris, Jews and
Catholics say
it’s time to reach out to Muslims
December 8, 2005
PARIS, Dec. 8 (JTA) — Relations between Jews and Catholics in Europe have
never been so good — but now it’s time to reach out to Muslims.
That was the message at the third European conference of Jews and Catholics
in Paris, held Sunday in Paris’ City Hall.
The conference was organized by the European Jewish Congress to mark the
40th anniversary of Nostra Aetate, the Catholic Church’s formal apology for
its poor treatment of other religious groups, including Jews, over the ages.
The Nostra Aetate document marked the formal repudiation of church teachings
blaming Jews for the death of Jesus.
The conference examined anti-Semitism today, discussed major changes in the
church since Nostra Aetate and paid tribute to the late Pope John Paul II.
It also shed light on a humanitarian project to manufacture and distribute
drugs for AIDS-related diseases and malaria in Africa. Cumvivium, a Catholic
association, is trying to manufacture drugs in Gabon, and talks reportedly are
underway to involve Israel’s Teva Pharmaceuticals, a major manufacturer of
generic drugs.
Many speakers at the conference noted how markedly relations between
European Christians and Jews have improved since the Holocaust.
“The history of Jews in Paris is an old one. There have been good moments
and bad moments, but the fight against anti-Semitism is still here,” said
Andre Vingt-Trois, archbishop of Paris. “We must replace disdain with
respect, jealousy with gratitude, and animosity with friendship.”
Now that Jews and Catholics have improved their relations, it’s time to
reach out to Muslims, several speakers said.
“Until we learn to work with Muslims, our work will be a failure,” said
Rabbi Israel Singer, chairman of the World Jewish Congress.“The
children of Judah (Aholibah)
and Joseph (Aholah)
must work with the children of Ishmael.”
Pierre Besnainou, president of the European Jewish Congress, opened the
conference with a nod to his North African origins.
“I belong to the generation that did not know the Shoah,” said
Besnainou, 50. “I learned to cohabitate with Arab Muslims growing up in
Tunisia, and I have learned to live with French Catholics here in France over
the past 30 years. If my personal situation indicates anything, I am
optimistic. Jews and Catholics are okay; now it’s time to improve things
with Muslims.”
Universal Noahide enforcement
Improving Muslim-Jewish relations in France has become one of Besnainou’s
priorities at the EJC. Those relations are being examined closely after weeks
of rioting by mostly Arab and African youths across France.
“There are fewer differences between Catholicism and Judaism than those
that separate both from Islam,” said Cardinal Jean-Marie Lustiger, a former
Paris archbishop who was born Jewish in Poland but raised Catholic by a family
that saved him from the Holocaust.
Several speakers hammered home that message.
“I think we all got the message: We are all brothers,” noted David
Fuchs, secretary general of Cercle Bernard Lazare, a left-wing Jewish
association. “Now that message has to spread beyond Jews and Catholics.”

The NestorianOrthodox
Church has also adopted the psuedo-Essene
belief of being the "Guardians" (i.e. Notzrim)
of true Religion, whom the original Nazarenes
(i.e. Naztarim)
of Jerusalem
opposed. They also use the name NestorianNasranis
due to it's ancient connections with the missionary minded Assyrian
Church of the East, which is also called the Church of the Oriental Nasraya
(i.e. Nazarenes
) in Aramaic.
This group also makes "Nasrani"
connect to the Akkadian
word "Nettara"
which means "to protect, guard or watch." This fits into their
church lore that they are the true and continuing ancient Church, and the
authentic "Guardians" of the Faith of Jerusalem.

The Kingdom of Nettara:
In 2003 some 1000 BurmeseChristians
joined the NestorianOrthodox

the name The BurmeseOrthodoxChurch

which is where rebel forces control the territory of Burma,
and where many refugee camps are located. On May 22, 2004 the CatholicosPatriarch
declared himself king of this rebel held territory and re-established the old Burmese
kingdom on Nasrani
principles with the name Kingdom of Nettara.
This Nestorian
Homeland exists, according to the church, "along the border of Thailand
extending from Laos
to the Adaman Sea." Some 25,000 church members are said to presently
inhabit this kingdom, with Nestorian
refugees from Iraq
included. Nettaran Citizenship is available to all members of this church, and
was once obtainable and easily printed out from their online Web Site (i.e. www.nettara.org).
It seems, from their own various maps, that Nettara
is actually the eastern states of Burma
which are known to be presently under rebel control, near the the Golden
Triangle.
Official Recognition: No official recognition of this Nestorian
Homeland has been granted by any of the governments of Burma,
Laos, Thailand
or any other member of the United
Nations. It therefore must be considered a religious conviction
promulgated by this church and their CatholicosPatriarch,
who is believed to be the heir of the Burman

church, reside under the protection of these rebel forces in Northeastern Burma,
and nothing more.
History: The Desposyni
(i.e. Family of the Lord) and the Nazarenes
left Jerusalem
in 135 CE for Mesopotamia.
In Mesopotamia
they merged with the fledgling Assyrian
Church of the East, and their Desposyni
became Patriarchs
of the early [[Church of the East] (i.e +Mar Abris, +Mar Oraham, +Mar Yakov I,
Mar Ebius M'shikha & +Mar Akhu d'Awu). Then in 223 CE, Metropolitan
+Mar Yusif II, a DesposyniArchbishop,
relocated the Nazarene
community of Mesopotamia
to far off Burma,
there to re-establish their community as a semi-independent Mission of the Assyrian
Church of the East. They claim that it is from this isolated Metropolitanate
of Judeo-Burmese Nazarenes,
once in communion with the Assyrian
Church of the East, that their present church is descended. Although they
do admit that they were established by and were in full communion with the Assyrian
Church of the East at various periods in their long history, they
presently reject all ties to their ancient parent Church. This history is said
to be recorded in a Book they possess called "The Annals of the OrientalNasraya."
They presently have several small communities in Syria,
Israel, Kerala,

Portugal,
Brazil, Izmir
and in the United
States. Their numbers have never been given, so it can be assumed that
they are a very small association of small communities world-wide. In the U.S.A.

Two more babies have contracted herpes from metzitza

during circumcision. The New York Times reports:
City health officials said yesterday that they had identified two new
cases in which infants were infected with herpes this year during a
circumcision ritual practiced by some Orthodox Jews. During
the circumcision, the practitioner, or mohel, sucks the blood from the
circumcision wound to clean it. Since 1988, health officials have
identified at least five infants believed to have been infected during
such procedures by Type 1 herpes, commonly carried by adults. One baby
died and another may have suffered brain damage, health officials
said.

very full dealing with their community's 'specialneeds.')
One thing is clear–
haredim
are willingly sacrificing
children to preserve a part of the circumcision rite that is not
biblically mandated,
and was only made part of that rite based on 1500-year-old
Talmudic science to protect the health of the infant. In the
ultimate irony, rabbis now fight to needlessly endanger
the lives of infants, not protect them.
The City has set up a special
website to deal with the problem. The problem is that most of the
communities still doing metzitza b'peh have banned the internet. At any
rate, the City notes that:
In
metzitzah b'peh, the mohel places his mouth on the freshly circumcised
penis to draw blood away from the cut.
If
the mohel is infected with oral herpes (as most adults are), metzitzah
b'peh can expose the infant to the herpes virus. While severe illness
associated with this practice may be rare , there is a definite risk of
infection.
Oral herpes spreads easily through saliva, especially when saliva
touches a cut or break in the skin, such as during metzitzah b'peh. Most
people with oral herpes don't know they are infected and don't have
symptoms. Even without symptoms, however, people can spread the infection.
Because the immune system of newborns is not developed enough to fight
serious infection, herpes infections pose grave risks to infants.
There is no proven way to reduce the risk of metzitzah b'peh
Although a mohel may use oral rinses or sip wine before metzitzah b'peh,
there is no evidence that these actions reduce the spread of herpes. [This
is Rabbi J.David Bleich's 'solution' to the problem –
have
the mohel rinse his mouth first. He
said this to 'refute' Rabbi Moshe Tendler's call to ban metzitza b'peh.]
A mohel who takes antiviral medication may reduce the risk of spreading
herpes virus during metzitzah b'peh, but there is no evidence that taking
medication eliminates this risk.
Zachary Scholem Berger reports
on a Dear Colleague letter sent yesterday by the NYC Health Department to
physicians:
Dear Colleagues:
You may have heard about the Health Department’s recent
investigation of several cases of herpes simplex type 1 infection in
male infants following circumcision which included metzitzah b’peh.
Metzitzah b’peh is a practice performed by some mohelim (religious
circumcisers) as part of the circumcision. After
removing the foreskin, the mohel places his mouth on the baby’s
freshly circumcised penis to draw away the blood. In 1998, the
Health Department investigated two cases of neonatal herpes due to
herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1) – one of these infections occurred
in 1988, the other in 1998. Both were associated with one mohel (Mohel
A) who performed metzitzah b’peh during circumcision. Mohel A agreed
to stop practicing metzitzah b’peh.
In November 2004, the Health Department was notified of 3 male
infants with HSV-1. All were circumcised by one mohel (Mohel B), who
performed metzitzah b’peh. The infants developed herpes infection in
the genital area 8-10 days after circumcision and were hospitalized for
several weeks. One baby died from the infection. Two cases were reported
by physicians in 2005 and both are also consistent with infection from
metzitzah b’peh. Every case occurred in the time frame consistent with
transmission from metzitzah b’peh.
Our investigation found Mohel B to be the source of the 2004 cases,
and metzitzah b’peh to be the means of infection for these and other
cases, for the following reasons:
• The medical circumstances are inconsistent with infection
acquired at delivery, in the newborn nursery, or from caretakers.
• Infection is consistent with acquisition of
herpes at circumcision. For example, two infants who were circumcised
several weeks after birth showed signs of infection in the time frame
that would be expected were the infection acquired during circumcision.
• Several mothers tested negative for HSV-1, making it impossible
for them to have been the source of infection.
• All infants tested culture-positive for HSV-1, which is found in
the mouths of most adults.
• The location of herpes sores (on infant genitals and buttocks) is
very unusual and strongly suggests that infection was introduced at the
genitals.
With an estimated average of fewer than 30 cases of all forms of
infant herpes infections occurring per year in New York City, the odds
of one mohel being associated with 3 cases of neonatal herpes are
infinitesimally small (about 6.9 million to 1). In the interest of
allowing religious communities to address these health concerns first,
the Health Department agreed to let rabbinical
authorities ensure that the mohel stopped performing the practice at
least until the authorities conclude an investigation. In
addition, the connection between metzitzah b’peh and neonatal herpes
has been documented in the medical literature. Three investigations
published within the past 5 years (from New York City [1], Israel [2, 3]
and Canada[3]) describe 11 cases of males with
HSV-1 infections on their genitals following metzitzah b’peh.
Among the 11 cases, there are 4 pairs of cases (including the 1988/1998
cases from New York City).
In the United States, approximately 70% of persons age 40 and older
are infected with herpes simplex virus type 1. The mouth is the most
common site of HSV-1 infection; HSV-1 spreads easily through infected
saliva, especially when saliva comes in contact with a cut or break in
the skin, such as occurs during metzitzah b’peh. Most adults with oral
herpes do not know they are infected and do not have symptoms. Even
without symptoms, however, people with oral herpes can spread the
infection to others. If herpes lesions are present, they tend to occur
(and recur) on the skin or mucous membranes at the site at which
infection was introduced or in related dermatomes. HSV-1 infection is
lifelong; antibody is evidence of infection.…

But, there is more. The Health Commissioner's letter (Download
std-bris-commishletter.pdf) implies that the reason the
City has not banned metzitza b'peh is that the haredi community would
ignore the ban and further endanger infants by the added secrecy that
would be involved:
The Department has reviewed all of the evidence and there exists no
reasonable doubt that metzitzah b’peh can and has caused
neonatal herpes infection. We have always maintained that it
is our preference for the religious community to address these issues
itself as long as the public's health is protected. While some
medical professionals and others in the Jewish community have called on
the Department to completely ban metzitzah b'peh at this time, it is
our opinion that educating the community through public health
information and warnings is a more realistic approach.
Every death caused by metzitza b'peh is on the heads of those
rabbis and community leaders who demand it. Shame on them.

Israeli Rabbi Urges Sedition, Prays For Expulsion Of
Disengagement Supporters
We should pray that God will banish those who planned and authorized
the recent disengagement and who are capable of committing another act
(pullout) that would endanger Israel, Jewish Rabbinical Council Chairman
Dov Lior said in a pamphlet being distributed in synagogues all over the
country.
“It is not the way of the Torah to pray for a Jew’s death,” Lior,
who is also the rabbi of the West Bank settlement Kiryat Arba, said,
“but God can remove these people from their posts, exile them along with
their Arab friends, or remove them from this world entirely.”
The non god of Talmud Bavli which Makes the WORD

As to the soldiers who took part in the evacuation of settlements, he
said, ‘most of those who participated in the banishment (of settlers)
were incited; a distinction must be made between the police
officers and soldiers and those who planned the eviction, meaning the
government and its ministers, Knesset members and IDF commanders – who
acted out of sheer maliciousness.”
'They came to annihilate Israel'
“In addition to
relinquishing the Land of Israel to the Goyim, they threw residents
from their homes. The struggle should focus on them, not on the
soldiers,” Lior added.
Lior also criticized those rabbis who called on soldiers not to refuse
orders during the disengagement, saying, “These rabbis, some of whom
head yeshivas, deceived their students by telling them not to refuse
orders in total contradiction to what the torah (Talmud
of the murderer) says.
“This erroneous attitude resulted in scenes in which there were those
who embraced and danced with the expulsion officers, who came to
annihilate the Land of Israel and banish Jews from their home instead of
fighting for the country."
Lior also called to replace the current Yesha Council with a rabbinical
leadership, saying that only rabbis posses the necessary courage for
struggles such as the one waged on the eve of the disengagement.

Teams of undercover air marshals and uniformed law
enforcement officers will fan out to bus and train
stations, ferries, and mass transit facilities across the country this week
in a new test program to conduct surveillance and "counter
potential criminal terrorist activity in all modes of transportation,"
according to internal federal documents.
According to internal Transportation Security
Administration documents, the program calls for newly created "Visible
Intermodal Protection and Response" teams -- called "viper"
teams -- to take positions in public areas along Amtrak's Northeast Corridor
and Los Angeles rail lines; ferries in Washington state; and mass transit
systems in Atlanta, Philadelphia and Baltimore. Viper
teams will patrol the Washington Metro system, as well.

Mt:23:33: Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell?
A viper team will consist of two air marshals, one TSA bomb-sniffing-canine
team, one or two transportation security inspectors, one local law
enforcement officer, and one other TSA employee. Some members of the team
will be obvious to the traveling public and wear jackets bearing the TSA
name on the back. Others will be plainclothes air marshals scanning
the crowds for suspicious individuals. It is unclear how many viper
teams will be on patrol through the New Year's holiday, but air marshal
officials confirm that they will be at seven locations across the country.

this is what we have to wait for, and he thinks it's very important.
The things he wrote are based on the writings of Rabbi Yehonathan Iveshitz

The main thing that the Rabbi writes there is that even if the time of Geula
will arrive, we shall still have to wait further, until
Persia (Iran) shall fall in the hands
of Edom (US/EU). In other words, even if Moshiach
should have already been here, we should still have to wait and
suffer until that time will come, because Rabbi Iveshitz writes that Moshiach
will continue to suffer,

Saints of the LIVING GOD Stand Firm
and Testify of Jesus
WASHINGTON, DC—In a sudden and unexpected blow to the Americans
working to protect the holiday, liberal U.S. 9th Circuit Court of
Appeals Judge Stephen Reinhardt ruled the private
celebration of Christmas unconstitutional Monday.
Per the court order, city workers take
down the Christmas tree from New York's Rockefeller Plaza.
"In accordance with my activist agenda
to secularize the nation, this court finds Christmas
to be unlawful," Judge Reinhardt said. "The
celebration of the birth of the philosopher
Jesus—be it in the form of gift-giving, the singing of
carols, fanciful decorations, or general good cheer and warm feelings
amongst families—is in violation of the First
Amendment principles upon which this great nation was founded."
In addition to forbidding the celebration of Christmas in any form,
Judge Reinhardt has made it illegal to
say "Merry Christmas." Instead, he has ruled that
Americans must say "Happy Holidays" or "Vacaciones
Felices" if they wish to extend good tidings.
Within an hour of the judge's verdict,
National Guard troops were mobilized to enforce the controversial
ruling.
"Sorry, kids, no Christmas this year," Beloit, WI mall
Santa Gene Ernot said as he was led away from his Santa's Village in leg
irons. "Write to your congressman to put a stop to these liberal
activist judges. It's up to you to save Christmas! Ho ho ho!"
Said Pvt. Stanley Cope, who tasered Ernot for his outburst:
"We're fighting an unpopular war on Christmas, but what can we do?
The military has no choice but to take orders from a lone activist
judge."
Across America, the decision of the all-powerful liberal courts was
met with shock and disappointment, as American families quietly took
down their holiday decorations and canceled their plans to gather and
make merry.
"They've been chipping away at Christmas rights for
decades," Fox News personality John Gibson said. "Even before
this ruling, you couldn't hear a Christmas song on the radio or in a
department store. I hate to say it, America, but I told you so."
Judge Stephen Reinhardt of the U.S. 9th Circuit of Appeals issues
his ruling.
Gibson then went into hiding, vowing to be a vital part of the
Christmas resistance that would eventually triumph and bring Christmas
back to the United States and its retail stores.
The ban is not limited to the retail sector. In support of
Reinhardt's ruling, Sen. Ted Kennedy, a Jew, introduced legislation that
would mandate the registration of every Christian in the United States
and subject their houses to random searches to ensure they are not
celebrating Christmas.
"Getting rid of every wreath or nativity scene is not
enough," Kennedy said. "In order to ensure that Americans of
every belief feel comfortable in any home or business, we must eliminate
all traces of this offensive holiday. My yellow belly quakes with fear
at the thought of offending any foreigners, atheists, or child
molesters."
America's children are bearing the brunt of Reinhardt's marginal,
activist rulings.
"Why did the bad man take away Christmas?" 5-year-old Danny
Dover said. "I made a card for my mommy out of paper and glue, and
now I can't give it to her."
Shortly after Dover issued his statement, police kicked down his
door, removed his holiday tree, confiscated his presents, and crushed
his homemade card underfoot.
A broad, bipartisan coalition of lawmakers has been working closely
with the White House, banding together in the hope of somehow overruling
the decision. So far, however, their efforts have been fruitless.
"Our hearts go out to the Americans this ruling affects,"
Sen. Chip Pickering (R-MS) said. "If it's any condolence, I wish
you all a Happy Holidays, which, I'm afraid, is all I'm legally allowed
to say at this time."

The Lubavitch-Chabad
Anti-Christmas Campaign
in Kensington
And One Lonely Little Guy's Protest Of It
Most people know that an attempt was made in Kensington, Maryland this year
to ban the appearance of Santa Claus in the town's Christmas
celebrations. What most people do not know is that this ban was part of a larger
campaign which has been waged by the ultra-Jewish nationalist Lubavitcher-Chabad
movement (headquartered in Montgomery County on Woodmont Avenue in Bethesda) to
ban the celebration of Christmas
among all non-Jews. The flier that their more extreme elements have been
distributing in their campaign to do this can be found here:

Why Torah obligates all Jews in this campaign:
"...according to the known Jewish ruling that Christians are idol
worshippers." (Likkutei Sichos 37:198)
A gentile...is liable for the death penalty...if he has
invented a religious holiday for himself...The general principle is we do
not allow them to make new religious rituals and to make 'mitzvahs' for
themselves by their own devices. Rather they may either become a Ger Tzeddek and
accept all the Mitvahs; or he (the Noahide) should stand fast in his Torah (the
seven Noahide Laws) without adding or diminishing...and if he does make some new
'mitzvah,' we lash him, punish him, and inform him that he
is obligated with the death penalty for this..." (Rambam Mishne
Torah—Hilchos Melachim 10:9)
"...it is however obvious that if it will be perceived by them (the
nations), also the matter of the negation of shituf, until they even have
some recognition of the Unity of Hashem—
(dragon)
that
'there is nothing else besides Him'; this will add both in their carefulness and
meticulousness in fulfilling the seven Noahide Laws [with all of their
ramifications!] and also in their aiding of Jewish people in all of their
matters pertaining to Yiddishkeit and all of their needs in general..." (Likkutei
Sichos 25: YudTes Kislev)
"Any person who has already worked successfully in this area should try
to influence other Jews to do likewise. Resistance should not deter one when
attempting to influence a further individual to accept upon himself the task of
disseminating the Noahide Laws amongst the nations." (Hisvaduyos 5750

Huntington officials worked all night readying staff for the coming snow, but
instead they woke up to a different storm Friday: a
local lawyer sued to remove a nativity scene from the town's public lawn and
stop Friday's Christmas tree-lighting ceremony.
Mitchell Pashkin, 39, an attorney from Huntington, filed his suit in U.S.
District Court in Central Islip, saying the nativity scene, Christmas tree and
two signs on the Village Green that read "Peace on Earth" violated
his constitutional rights because of their religious overtones
Yeah see HJR 104, PL 102-14
The display -- at the corner of Park Avenue and Route 25A -- included a
menorah, which Pashkin wrote was "dwarfed in significance and
stature" and "appears as nothing more than a token attempt to be
inclusive to the Jewish population."
Judge Leonard Wexler helped broker a compromise between Pashkin and the town
Friday afternoon that allowed the tree ceremony to take place, Huntington
Supervisor Frank Petrone said. The deal calls for the town to put up large
signs stating the nativity scene was donated by Huntington's
Knights of Columbus and that the menorah came from the Chabad-Lubavitch
in Melville, Petrone said. The signs are expected to be up Saturday and also
must say that the nativity scene and the menorah are not town property.
The town board has scheduled a vote to approve the settlement Tuesday,
officials said. Also, Wexler has scheduled a hearing at 6 p.m. on the same day
in case the board does not approve the deal.
"I'm not anti-religion or against Christmas. This is not an attack on
Jesus or Christians," said Pashkin, who declined to disclose his faith,
saying it has nothing to do with his position. "I just don't want the
town endorsing one religion. Lots of people out there don't celebrate
Christmas."
Too late bud HJR 104, PL 102-14 has already
inculcated the dragon to the Government
At the tree-lighting Friday evening, Petrone called Wexler's decision "a
good solution." "I look forward to putting the signs up and
accepting any other group that comes forward with an experience and any type
of religious or cultural thing they celebrate," he said.
The lawsuit comes on the heels of the recent uproar over North Hempstead
Supervisor John Kaiman's handling of the town's tree-lighting ceremony in
Manhasset. During the dedication, the Rev. Nick Zientarski invoked
the name of Jesus Christ when he blessed the tree.

Jeremiah 10:
1: Hear ye the word which the LORD speaketh unto you, O house of Israel:
2: Thus saith the LORD, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them.
3: For the customs of the people are vain: for one cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the axe.
4: They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not.
5: They are upright as the palm tree, but speak not: they must needs be borne, because they cannot go. Be not afraid of them; for they cannot do evil, neither also is it in them to do good
Kaiman told the crowd, "I just want to make it clear that this is in no
way a religious ceremony." Kaiman has since apologized.
Charles Haynes, a senior scholar at The First Amendment Center in Virginia,
said the Supreme Court has tried to set broad guidelines for local officials
in such cases. "But," he said, "there is no bright line."
The law states if a government puts up religious symbols, there need to be
enough diverse symbols so a "reasonable observer" would think it was
a holiday display. The courts consider Christmas trees, Santas and candy canes
secular displays, Haynes said.
No crosses allowed, No Ten Command of God allowed
Still, he added, the real problem is "litigation has replaced baseball as
our national pastime."
Some Long Island towns are trying to steer clear of the commotion, but each
have varying views. Riverhead has been lighting a town Christmas tree for
years, but there will be little religious symbolism to the ceremony. "The
tree is not even a Christian tradition," Town Councilman Jim Lull said. "They're
really from a pagan or naturalistic background."
However, in Brookhaven, outgoing Supervisor John Jay LaValle said: "I
don't know what's wrong with people today. This is an ideological situation
where liberal America is trying to destroy a Christian holiday."
IT IS NOT LIBERAL they are sending the message to
DECEIVE Amaraka...it is Judeo Churchi-ainty and their Talmudic Pharisees of
Chabad Lubavitch of satan's Sanhedrin beast of the dragon
The Rev. Barry W. Lynn, the executive director of Americans United for the
Separation of Church and State, said there is something wrong with the battle
over religious symbols.
"People who have a spiritual interest in the holiday are going to get the
experience from their church, not the town," he said.
"The Chrishanukkah
craze of political correctness is driving me crazy," said Paul LaCarrubba,
51, of East Northport, who was at the Huntington tree lighting. "I think
this whole debate is foolish. We all should respect each other."
Staff writers Mitchell Freedman, Robert E. Kessler and Dan Janison contributed
to this story.
Jeff Jacoby wrote a nice article in the Boston Globe today
about the De-Christmasing of Christmas.
The following
hits the nail right on the head:
"We're trying to be inclusive with the holidays. That's
why we call it a holiday tree rather than a Christmas
tree."
Jacoby's reply:
"....It's discriminatory, too. Hanukkah menorahs are never referred to as
''holiday lamps" -- not even the giant menorahs erected in Boston Common
and many other public venues each year by Chabad,
the Hasidic Jewish outreach movement. No one worries that calling the Muslim
holy month of Ramadan by its name -- or even celebrating it officially, as the
White House does with an annual ''iftaar" dinner -- might be insensitive to
non-Muslims. In this tolerant and open-hearted nation, religious minorities are
not expected to keep their beliefs out of sight or to squelch their traditions
lest someone, somewhere, take offense. Surely the religious majority shouldn't
be expected to either."

should not be barred from displaying a menorah near the township's Christmas
tree display.
"We issued a preliminary opinion that it would not be
permissible because cases hold that public property cannot be used to promote a
religion," Mr. Herbert said. "We're simply trying to follow the law
without taking sides."
Upon further review of the law, however, Mr. Herbert's office
issued a memorandum stating that, based on recent federal court decisions, the
menorah display should be allowed.
"The Ron Rogers Arboretum, a public park, is a
traditional public forum, open to all on equal terms," the memorandum
states.
This is exactly the outcome that Gary Loren, who raised the
issue at a recent Township Council meeting, wanted and expected.
He is involved in Chabad of the
Windsors.
"I'm Jewish, and it's a celebration of my holiday,"
he said.
Rabbi Leverton insisted all religious displays deserve equal
treatment, and he said there's no escaping
that a Christmas tree is a Christian
symbol.
It
is pagan, A Tree to Nimrod, this issue is not the tree it is Christ Jesus
"I'm
OK with that, even though it's not my religion," Rabbi Leverton said.
"The most important thing from our point of view is that people should see
a little bit of Hanukkah, as well."
The same display proposed this year was permitted last year.
In 2004, a 9-foot-tall metal menorah with electric lights was
on display at Clarksville Road and Route 571. The township received complaints,
however, about the "Chabad
of the Windsors" sign on the menorah and the lighting schedule. Chabad
of the Windsors complied with the requests to remove the sign and alter the
lighting schedule.
This year's display will be required to have a sign
identifying its sponsor, according to Mr. Herbert.
"If no symbols were permitted, I would honorably respect
that," Rabbi Leverton said. "We just want our
constitutional rights respected."
Laws governing the type of holiday displays allowed on
municipal property are "unsettled and complex," according to a letter
sent to the state's mayors by the New Jersey State League of Municipalities.
The letter outlines the danger of accepting the free-speech
argument and allowing the display, warning that it would then be difficult to
prevent other groups that want to advocate particular political positions or
controversial issues, such as abortion, from putting up their signs.
The bottom line is that municipal officials should consult
their attorneys about the legality of a particular display, according to the
letter.
Not all Jewish groups in the area favor the display.
The township also received a phone call last year from Rabbi
Eric Wisnia of Congregation Beth Chaim, who requested that the township not
display menorahs in the future.
He and three other Mercer County rabbis sent a letter to the
township Dec. 1 reiterating their opposition to the display.
"As religious leaders, we have never asked for a Hanukkah
Menorah to be placed on public property, because we believe that the Menorah is
a deeply religious symbol, belonging in synagogues, Jewish homes and Jewish
communal institutions," the letter states. "The
Menorah is not the equivalent of a Christmas
tree; Hanukkah is not the Jewish Christmas."
The letter was signed by Rabbi Wisnia, Rabbi Daniel Grossman
of Adath Israel Congregation, Rabbi Jay Kornsgold of Beth El Congregation, and
Rabbi Adam Feldman of The Jewish Center of Princeton.
This
year, Hanukkah coincides with Christmas,
beginning at sundown Dec. 25.
