Criminal Plot Underway in the New Orleans
Swamp
It is mighty suspicious the New Orleans "refugees" (as the
corporate media call the Americans removed from the disease-ridden swamp
left in the wake of Hurricane Katrina) are being
relocated
far and wide. Most of them will probably never return and will end up in
ghettoes in Baton Rouge, Houston, and elsewhere (it appears Baton Rouge is
being groomed as an expansive slum, since the rebuilt New Orleans will be
a casino and tourist destination with time-share condos and luxury
housing). It should be noted that the usual suspects will "remove
debris" and supposedly "restore electric power" and
"repair roofs" (an absurd declaration, considering many if not
most of the homes in the New Orleans swamp will be condemned).
"The Navy has hired Houston-based Halliburton
Co.," the Houston
Chronicle reported on September 1, well
before the current effort to "rescue" and "evacuate"
those not killed outright during the storm and afterwards, as Bush was on
vacation and FEMA twiddled its thumbs, allowing as many residents as
possible to die before people who actually have a conscience and are not
neoliberal sociopaths began to scream and demand Bush be impeached for
criminal negligence.

assessments at other naval installations in New Orleans as soon as it is
safe to do so," that is to say after the "refugees" have

obvious the fiasco that was the Superdome -- in essence
a prison where old people and babies died

rape -- and the convention center are designated departure points for
depopulating the ruined city. Abandoning people at these departure points
-- sans water, food, or medical care -- was part of the psychological
warfare plan: people are desperate to escape these two fetid and
disease-ridden prisons and are thankful to be relocated, probably to never
return. Most of them are unaware their homes will be bulldozed
by Halliburton and the land sold for pennies on the dollar to
corporate developers.

deployed to New Orleans reported that their satellite phones were not
working and they had to obtain other satellite phones to keep in touch
with their headquarters and other emergency agencies in British
Columbia." There are also rumors spreading on forums and blogs that
troops are confiscating and destroying civilian
cameras.

The FN P90 submachine gun (SMG) was developed in the late 1980s as a
defensive weapon for the troops whose primary activities does not include small
arms - vehicle and tank crew members, artillery crews etc. Standart pistols and
SMGs chambered for pistol rounds were proved ineffective against enemy
soldiers, wearing armour (bulletproof) vests, so FN Herstal developed a new
round with enhanced penetration - the SS190. This round looks like scaled downt
5.56mm NATO round and forces the pointed, steel core bullet to the 600-700
meters per second at the muzzle, thus being capable to defeat standart CRISAT
helmets and armour vests at reasonable distances (50-100 meters).
The P90 is a blowback operated, selective fire weapon. It is fed from
50-rounds box magazines, made from transluscent polymer. The magazine is being
located above the barrel, with the cartridges being aligned at 90 degrees to
the barrel axis. Each magazine has built-in ramp that rotates cartridge to
align it with the barrel prior to chambering it.
The P90 controls are completely ambidextrous, with charging handles located
at the both sides of the weapon, and the safety/fire mode selector is located
below the trigger. The P90 also features downward ejection of the spent cases.
P90 is built in bull-pup configuration, with polymer stock, and features
built-in reflex collimator sight with 1X magnification and reticle automaticaly
ajustable to the light level, as well as a set of the backup open sights. P90
may be equipped with special silencer, that should
be used with special, sub-sonic variant of the 5.7x28mm cartridge.
P90 may be referred as a forerunner of the PDW (Personal Defence Weapon)
concept, that arose in last 4 or 5 years.
P90 is used by Saudi Arabia, Peruan Special Forces and
some special units of Thailand army, and offered for export by FN

Iraqi Heritage: ICE Operations in Iraq
Summary:
Missing
Museum Artifact Photographs
- Before hostilities began in Iraq, U.S. Immigration
and Customs Enforcement (ICE) deployed a team of 15 agents to the
Middle East at the request of the U.S. Central Command.
- Embedded with U.S. military units, the ICE agents entered Iraq in
March/April 2003 to conduct a variety of investigative operations.
- To date, four different teams of ICE agents have served in Iraq. The
fourth team of ICE agents rotated into Iraq in Dec. 2003 and departed in
March 2004.
- The primary missions of the ICE teams has been to comb over Saddam
Hussein’s arsenal to investigate whether any U.S. persons or entities
may have illegally provided the Iraqi regime with weapons components
and/or other sensitive U.S. technology in violation of U.S. export laws
and UN embargoes.
- ICE teams in Iraq have also been investigating Iraqi finances to
determine whether any U.S. persons or entities may have violated U.S.
laws and embargoes by providing financial assistance to Iraq.
- Agents have been tracking down Saddam’s hidden assets, and
documenting the various schemes Saddam used to illegally raise capital
during the embargos.
- ICE agents in Iraq have also been working closely with the U.S.
military in the investigation and recovery of artifacts and other
national treasures missing or looted from the Iraqi National Museum.

ARMS & STRATEGIC TECHNOLOGY INVESTIGATIONS:
The first ICE team in Iraq provided substantial assistance to the U.S.
military in tracking down and analyzing Iraqi weapons systems.
After developing independent sources of information in Iraq, ICE agents:
- Helped the U.S. military locate approximately 75
missiles in Iraq that could have been used against coalition forces.
- In one instance, ICE agents were told that missiles they found were
intended to be used against occupation forces at the airport. None of
these missiles were found to involve violations of U.S. export laws.
The ICE team began the process of analyzing documents, as well as
interviewing former senior Ba’ath party members and Iraqi military
officials to gather information about Iraq’s weapons suppliers.
Over time, the ICE teams began generating dozens of
leads about U.S. companies and individuals that may have illegally exported
weapons/dual-use components to Iraq. These leads were forwarded to
domestic and international ICE offices for further investigation.
First U.S. charges
The strategic leads generated by the ICE teams in Iraq brought the first
charges on October 15, 2003, when a federal grand jury in the District of
Columbia indicted Sabri Yakou, 69, and his son, Regard Yakou, 43, on charges
of brokering the manufacture and export of six armored patrol vessels,
valued at a total of $11 million, to the Iraqi military.
The Yakous obtained parts for the military vessels from Germany,
Malaysia, Singapore and other locations. At least three of the military
vessels by the Yakous’ were completed in Iraq before the war and deployed
by Iraqi military forces around Basra. Sabri Yakou is a permanent resident
of the U.S. His son is a U.S. citizen.
This case marked the first time that ICE agents had been able to conduct
an arms trafficking investigation by finding the arms in their final
destination and tracking them back to their point of origin and suppliers.
As a result of ongoing efforts by the ICE teams in Iraq, ICE
has roughly 40 ongoing investigations into U.S. persons or companies
suspected of exporting controlled military items or dual-use goods to the
regime of Saddam Hussein. This is in violation of U.S. export laws or UN
embargoes.
FINANCIAL INVESTIGATIONS:
Currency
ICE recovered $32 million in U.S. currency in 8
metal boxes on May 19, 2003.
This seizure came days after the U.S. Military in Iraq recovered 195
metal boxes totaling $756 million in U.S. currency and 90 million Euros in
April 2003.
After these cash seizures, ICE agents obtained serial numbers from the
full $788 million in seized U.S. currency the 90 million in seized Euros.
They have been tracing these numbers to determine how the currency made it
to Iraq.
The follow up ICE investigation ultimately found that Saddam Hussein had
written a letter to the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) on March
19, 2003 in which he authorized his son to withdraw $920 million U.S.
currency and 90 million Euros from the CBI.
A translation of the now public letter from Saddam to the Governor of the
CBI, which was first obtained by ICE agents in Iraq, reads as such:

- To date, 33 boxes containing approximately $132 million in U.S.
currency remains missing from this pool of U.S. currency that was
removed from the CBI by Hussein regime members.
ICE agents were able to gain access to the Central Bank of Iraq. Inside
the bank, they found 368 gold bars, $44 million USD, 245 million Euro, 7.7
million Swiss francs, .5 million lb Sterling, and .6 million Jordanian dinar.
Records and Bank Accounts
ICE agents in Iraq were able to interview a host of former Hussein regime
members as well as examine documents, including letters of credit, from the
CBI. They spent weeks camped out in the CBI pouring over these records to
gain leads.
Embargo
Through analysis of these documents and other information, ICE agents have
been able to document the methods used by Hussein to evade the embargo.
- To date, ICE agents have identified how Saddam Hussein was able to
generate at least $3.3 billion in violation of the US/UN embargo since
June of 2000.
- For example, ICE agents examined letters of credit indicating
Saddam may have skimmed $1.8 billion off the United Nation’s
“Oil for Food” program.
Foreign bank accounts
ICE agents have also visited other nations in the Middle East to locate and
identify Iraqi funds in bank accounts in these nations.
- In October 2003, for example ICE and IRS
agents traveled to Syria where they were able to locate more than $260
million worth of Iraqi assets in bank accounts.
- ICE agents have also determined that banks in two other nations
possessed some $1 billion worth of U.S. dollars in Iraqi assets.
ICE Iraqi Provisional Task Force
ICE created the Iraqi Provisional Task Force in Washington, D.C. in
November 2003 to follow up on the hundreds of investigative leads generated
by the ICE teams that have rotated through Iraq.
The task force is inputting all the leads, names and companies into
databases for investigation and referral to ICE field
offices in the U.S. and to 37 foreign ICE Attache offices.
The primary mission of the task force is to
identify, investigate and prosecute U.S. entities that violated the
Iraqi sanctions; involved in the illegal sale of U.S. technologies and
weapon systems, and related money laundering offenses.
The task force is also tracing serial numbers copied from the hundreds of
millions in USD recovered U.S. military and ICE that Saddam removed from the
CBI and the monies still within CBI's vault. It is documenting the schemes
used by Saddam to violate the sanctions, and pursuing banking records in
foreign countries.
The task force is coordinating investigative activities and leads with
Central Command, Coalition Provisional Authority, U.S. Treasury, CIA, DIA
and State Department
IRAQI ARTIFACT INVESTIGATION:
After reports of looting from Iraqi museums first surfaced, the ICE team
in Iraq launched an immediate art recovery effort with the U.S. military.
ICE agents began working with curators at the Iraq museum in Baghdad to
catalogue missing items. They also launched a public information campaign in
Iraq to prompt the return of items by advertising rewards and an amnesty for
anyone voluntarily returning artifacts.
The ICE team and U.S. military soon began receiving dozens of missing
artifacts. As the campaign progressed, ICE developed information on the
location of secret vaults where artifacts had been stored before the war. To
date, these combined efforts have resulted in the recovery of roughly 1,000
missing artifacts and 39,500 manuscripts.
Among the most significant archaeological recoveries by the ICE team in
Iraq was the fabled “Treasure of Nimrud,” a collection of more than 600
precious items dating back to the Assyrian civilization in 800 B.C. In June
2003, ICE agents and U.S. military officials found this treasure in wooden
crates in a vault under the Central Bank of Iraq. ICE agents have also
recovered a priceless vase from the 5th Century B.C. and a statue of an
Assyrian king dating back to roughly 900 B.C.
Working with curators in Baghdad, ICE agents have, to date, catalogued
roughly 40 high-value exhibit items and at least 5,000 other items that
remain missing from the Iraqi National Museum. ICE is sharing information on
these items with law enforcement around the globe to assist in recovery
efforts.

The UN is not only a sinkhole of corruption and ineptitude. It is intended
by globalists to metamorphose into a world government. Such a government would
constitute the greatest tyranny in human history. A world government would
have a monopoly of military power with agents in every country to prevent any
country from developing its own arms. Such a government would impose a
stultifying uniformity on all nations, contrary to the Torah. God creates
nations, which have a right to develop their own cultural identity, limited
only by the Seven Noahide Laws of Universal Morality.
In announcing its resignation from the UN, Israel
should call for the establishment of a new United Nations, one whose states
are democracies that recognize the Seven Noahide Laws of Universal Morality,
which a U.S. joint session of Congress explicitly incorporated in Public Law
102-14 (102 P.L. 14; 1991 H.J. Res. 104; 105 Stat. 44) establishing March 26,
1991 as "Education Day"!
If the corruption and failings of the UN were also
publicized, I dare say that a majority of the American people would cheer
Israel for taking the high moral ground and call upon the Bush Administration
to leave the present UN and take the lead in establishing a new one.

Take back the holy sites
The scenes from Gaza are as ghastly as they were predictable. Energized by
Israel's retreat, thousands of Palestinians wasted little time in descending on
abandoned Jewish communities, torching yeshivot and bulldozing synagogues in a
frenzy of hate and destruction.
Among those leading the charge was none other than Palestinian Authority
Chairman Mahmoud Abbas, who dismissed these places of Jewish prayer and study
as "empty structures" and vowed that all such buildings would be
destroyed.
Indeed, in the former Jewish community of Netzarim, Palestinian policemen
chose not to intervene as rioters assaulted the synagogue, with one Palestinian
officer telling a Western journalist: "The people have the right to do
what they are doing."
Shortly thereafter the PA even dispatched a bulldozer to help the mob
complete the demolition.
And so we were all treated to the bitter and painful irony of watching anti-Semitic
mobs gleefully flattening synagogues as the Israeli army beat a hasty retreat.

But this is hardly the first time our government has stood by and watched as
Palestinians desecrated a place held sacred by Jews.
Remember Joseph's Tomb?
It was just five years ago, on October 7, 2000, that the IDF withdrew from
the site under cover of darkness after a joint assault launched by Palestinian
police and terrorists. The PA, of course, then agreed to protect the Tomb, but
that promise quickly went up in smoke. Several hours later the burial ground of
the biblical Joseph had been reduced to debris.
Palestinians armed with pick-axes and hammers attacked the tomb, smashing
the stone structure and ripping it apart, brick by brick. They burned Jewish
prayer books and other religious articles and subsequently began transforming
the site into a mosque.
It was then and there, at Joseph's Tomb, just days after the start of the
second intifada, that the Palestinians learned two very dangerous lessons,
which continue to haunt Israel until today.
First, they saw that violence pays. Israel's retreat from Joseph's Tomb was
the first time Israel had fled under fire, abandoning territory to Palestinian
control under threat of the gun.
Secondly, the Palestinians also learned that they could deliberately assault
Jewish sites of immense historical, religious or emotional significance without
fear of retribution from Israel.
After all, if they got away with an attack on Joseph's Tomb, why not take
down a couple of abandoned synagogues in Gaza?
The same holds true of the Temple
Mount in Jerusalem, where successive Israeli governments have failed to
stand up to wanton Palestinian acts of desecration.
THEREIN LIES the "original sin" of various Israeli policymakers,
who have consistently capitulated, retreated and withdrawn whenever the
Palestinians have trampled on some of our most important national symbols.
Instead of displaying some elementary Jewish pride and confronting the rioters
to prevent them from torching what is holy to us, we prefer to shrug our collective
shoulders, look away in shame, and hope for the best.
That may have made sense when the extent of our national power was limited
to community councils in the shtetls of Eastern Europe, but surviving in the
modern-day Middle East requires an entirely different approach.
For far too long we have inculcated in the Palestinians a sense of impunity
when it comes to vandalizing or defiling Jewish holy sites, and it is time for
this to change forthwith.
In light of the Palestinians' behavior in Gaza this week, it should be clear
to all that they cannot, must not, be entrusted with safeguarding
or administering Jewish religious sites under any circumstances whatsoever.

The Palestinians have once again failed to demonstrate even the modicum of
decency and civility that calls for respecting houses of worship that belong to
others.
And so Israel should not hesitate to do what should have been done already:
take back Joseph's Tomb, reassert its sovereignty over
the Temple Mount, and eject the PA-controlled Muslim Wakf from the Cave of the
Patriarchs in Hebron.

These three sites, more than any others, symbolize our ties to this Land,
and the abiding faith upon which they are based. It is
time for all of them to return to sole Israeli control.
Such a step would send a clear and unequivocal message to the Palestinians
that there is a price to be paid for treading on Jewish religious rights and
assaulting our holy sites. It would also underline Israel's determination to
retain these sacred spaces in any future arrangements that might be reached.
There is a limit to what a nation can be expected to tolerate when its most
hallowed places repeatedly come under attack.
Israel's patience reached that limit long ago. It is time we let the
Palestinians know that their abuse of our heritage, and all we hold dear, will
no longer be tolerated.

During a visit in 1990 with the late Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem Mendel
Schneerson (of blessed memory), Rabbi Kaduri was told by
the Rebbe that he would live to see the coming of the Mashiach.
Earlier this Jewish year, Rabbi Kaduri predicted great tragedies in the world.
Just two weeks before the devastating tsunami in southeast Asia, Rabbi Kaduri
was quoted in the Yediot Acharonot newspaper as saying:
"We are now in the fourth year of what could be
the seven-year Redemption period, according to the calculation of the
Vilna Gaon. [However.] in the coming three years, uncertainty about the

Great tragedies in the world are foreseen, that's the
thing of the Jews going to the East. But our enemies will not prevail over

The month of Elul, which immediately preceeds the Jewish New Year is
traditionally a month of teshuva, or repentence by the Jewish people,
in anticipation of the judgments that are incurred on the Jewish High Holidays
of Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur.
Rabbi Kaduri has told his students that the current government will be the
last one of the "old era." He is on record as saying that Sharon
will be the last prime minister in Israel, and that the new government will
already have leadership of the Messianic era.
