WASHINGTON -- The Supreme Court ruled unanimously Monday that the Bush administration can skip a lengthy environmental study and open U.S. roadways to Mexican trucks as soon as it wishes.

 

The high court ruled against labor and environmental organizations that have long fought expansion of Mexican trucking within the borders of the United States despite a guarantee this country made when it signed the North American Free Trade Agreement more than a decade ago.

 

Ruling on narrow procedural issues, the Supreme Court said the president has authority to open the border, and a federal agency responsible for truck safety has no say in the matter. Thus, the agency was under no obligation to study environmental effects from opening the border, as a lower federal court had ordered.

 

"This is good for American workers and we welcome it," said White House spokeswoman Claire Buchan. "The president has been committed to opening the border to Mexican trucking in a way that ensures safety, and we're pleased that can now proceed."

 

Buchan did not give a specific date for the first border crossing.

 

As a practical matter, Monday's ruling may mean little. The Bush administration had already begun the court-ordered study and was expected to complete it soon. The study could only delay, not prevent, the border opening, and the White House had already said that it would let the trucks roll as soon as it was free to do so.

 

President Bush ordered the opening of all U.S. roads to Mexican trucks in 2002, but the dispute has been tied up in courts.

 

 

The long fight, begun during the Clinton administration, had ground down to a last quarrel over an environmental assessment, or study, called an EA. Opponents of the truck expansion argued that a particular kind of study was required by law and that the Bush administration was ducking that requirement.

 

The justices said no, and also rejected what they called the opponents' attempts to make the case about safety and environmental concerns instead of about precise legal requirements.

 

"Because the president, not the (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) could authorize or not authorize cross-border operations from Mexican motor carriers, and because FMCSA has no discretion to prevent the entry of Mexican trucks, its EA did not need to consider the environmental effects arising from the entry," Justice Clarence Thomas wrote for the court.

 

NAFTA, signed in 1993 by the United States, Mexico and Canada, allowed Mexican trucks to eventually use a large portion of U.S. roads. Mexican trucks are limited now to commercial border zones, forcing long lines at border crossings and complicated transfers of goods being shipped from Mexico to the United States.

Under NAFTA, Mexican trucks were to have gained full access to U.S. roads beginning in 2000. But the Clinton administration, under pressure from labor and consumer groups, refused to grant them entry. Mexico successfully challenged the moratorium through a free trade tribunal.

 

The California-based 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals had ordered the government to do a $1.8 million study, which was expected to run a year or more. It was not immediately clear whether the study would continue after Monday.

 

The Bush administration had appealed to the high court for help, arguing that the two-decade moratorium on Mexican trucks should end.

 

The ruling ends a challenge from the consumer group Public Citizen, the Teamsters union and others who had sued on safety and environmental grounds. The opponents argued that Mexican trucks are typically older and more polluting than American trucks.

 

Mexican trucks make approximately 4.5 million border crossings every year. Mexico claims the moratorium has cost it more than $2 billion.

 

The case is United States v. Public Citizen, 03-358.

The high school edition, which will go weekly in the fall and be distributed to schools, JCCs and individual e-mail addresses, will encourage interactive communication and joint projects.

Among those planned are pen-pal ties between Israeli and American students, care packages for Israeli soldiers and letter-writing campaigns to newspapers. A Web site is being planned as a resource for articles, films and other information about the Middle East.

“We as a community ignored the campus until it was too late,” Hoenlein said. “We didn’t invest in it. Now we’ve started to turn things around. It’s time we do the same for high school students.”

Officers at the central staff of the Defense Ministry say that Russian troops will join the counter-terrorism coalition in Afghanistan and Iraq soon. Even the date is given: October or November this year.

 

There is some indirect evidence in support of this conjecture. For example, Defense Minister Sergei Ivanov's words at a recent meeting with his German counterpart - as well as major military exercises due to start soon all over Russia, from the Baltic Sea to the Pacific coast.

 

Colonel General Alexander Skorodumov, chief of the Main Combat Training Directorate, says: "These are the largest tactical-strategic exercises run by the Army and Navy in the last fifteen years." All branches of the service apart from the Strategic Missile Forces will be deployed, and Military Transport Aviation will be given a chance to prove its worth.

 

Anatoly Tsyganok, director of the Military Forecasting Center at the Political and Military Analysis Institute, describes the exercises as a demonstration of Russia's military might - for the benefit of Washington and Europe.

 

A prologue to the exercises was provided by Ivanov at his meeting with German Defense Minister Peter Schtruck on June 2. Ivanov admitted that the importance of Russian-German cooperation at this point exceeds the framework of bilateral relations. "Russia is cooperating with NATO in the matter of Afghanistan," Ivanov explained. "Of all NATO countries, our cooperation with Germany is the closest." Ivanov added that over 6,000 Bundeswehr servicemen "were flown over the territory of Russia to Afghanistan and back." An agreement on military transit by land will come into effect soon.

 

Colonel General Leonid Ivashov, vice president of the Geopolitics Academy, doesn't believe Russia has the strength or resources for any kind of "forced march" nowadays (anything like the rapid march to Pristina in 1999). "If, however, we consider what is happening, Ivanov's numerous statements about preventive strikes at terrorism on foreign territory, and his words in Norfolk concerning the possibility of a Russian-American support operation, then the Mobility 2004 exercises may have something to do with the future operation, hypothetical as it is," Ivashov said. "Still, it would be the height of folly."

 

In other words, Russia is prepared for participation in international counter-terrorism operations in theory but refuses to be an apprentice to the United States.

 

Strategic rivalry continues. It should be noted that Russian units will find their rightful place easier in Afghanistan where the peacekeeping operation in run by the UN. If the UN passes an Iraqi resolution like the one it passed on Afghanistan once, it will enable Russia to send its contingent to Iraq. After all, Russian economic interests in Iraq worth billions cannot be dismissed out of hand. Something like that already happened in Kosovo where the Russian and American troops outwardly performed similar duties and promoted one and the same objective but actually were rivals. Russia lost then and withdrew. This is its chance to try again and do better.

 

Mobility 2004

 

"There have never been exercises like these in Russia before!" said Ivanov when viewing the plans of the exercises.

 

Insiders report that the exercises will be run in several phases, spanning territory from the Baltic Sea to the Pacific coast. Dozens of planes will airlift the troops: heavy transports from the Air Force like IL-76s, AN-124 Ruslans, AN-22 Anteis, AN-12s, and IL-62s and IL-86s from Civil Aviation and the Transportation Ministry.

 

Sources say that at least 800 servicemen, along with weapons and military hardware, will be airlifted from north-western Russia to the Far East. According to the minister, almost 50 planes from Military Transport Aviation are to be deployed.

 

The Air Force claims it is ready. Lieutenant General Viktor Denisov, Commander of the 61st Air Force Army of the Supreme Command, says Military Transport Aviation will not let the army down. Sources at the Air Force headquarters report that airfields are ready.

 

Skorodumov says that there is more to the intensive combat training period than Mobility 2004 alone. The troops will remain "at war" until September - some other major tactical-strategic and command exercises are to be run as well. One of them, under the command of Ground Forces Commander-in-Chief Nikolai Kormiltsev, will take place simultaneously with Mobility 2004. Units from the Moscow and Volga-Urals military district will be involved. Skorodumov says: "Command exercises with shooting practice elements will take place in every permanent combat readiness unit. Coast units of the Interior Ministry and the Airborne Troops will run exercises too, landing forces on the coast."

 

Here is an interesting detail. Mobility 2004 is to be commanded bu Chief of the General Staff Anatoly Kvashnin - not by the minister. Ivanov's enemies sneer that "our minister has already been in command once, in the Far East last year." That's a reference to a major exercise in which two MI-24 helicopters collided in midair and crashed, killing the crews.

The French Jewish community is in an uproar over allegations that Reform Rabbi Gabriel Farhi, who was stabbed on January 3, may in fact have faked the stabbing.

 

The allegations surfaced in a report this week by the weekly magazine Marianne, which was then picked up by Le Figaro. The journal reported that police officers investigating the stabbing said it is not clear whether Farhi was actually stabbed by an unknown assailant, and they are not ruling out the possibility that Farhi in fact stabbed himself.

 

The report stunned French Jewry, which for the past two years has been vociferously protesting law enforcement agencies' failure to take effective action against the hundreds of anti-Semitic attacks the community has suffered.

 

"You can imagine what a destructive effect this affair could have on the Jewish community," said one community leader, who asked to remain anonymous. "For two years we have been screaming about the attacks against us and the rise of anti-Semitism in France. If, God forbid, it turns out that the stabbing was staged, not just Rabbi Farhi is in trouble, all the Jews are in trouble. Who will take us seriously? And that is without even mentioning the enormous shame caused by the thought that four former prime ministers took the trouble to support the rabbi and the Jewish community. What will we do now? Apologize to them?"

 

The Reform community is backing Farhi fully. When its executive board met Monday night to elect a new president, all 18 members made a point of shaking Farhi's hand and offering their support. "I assure you that if I or my colleagues in the community had any doubts at all, we would not be expressing our support," said Francis Lentschner, the newly elected president. "There is no doubt that the affair has greatly hurt the community, but I'm certain we'll get over it."

 

The rumors began to surface immediately after the attack, when police came to investigate. "I've seen assaults and stabbings as part of my job, but I must say that this was a rather strange stabbing," Marianne quoted the officer who led the investigating team as saying. A few days later, the doctor who examined Farhi submitted a report to the police in which he wrote that "the wound does not match the rabbi's version of the assault."

 

On Wednesday, Farhi and his lawyer, Michel Zaoui, held a press conference to refute the allegations and accused the police of deliberately trying to frame the rabbi. Zaoui, for instance, charged that it was not the doctor's job to draw conclusions about the attack.

 

Lentschner also cast doubt on the police's motives. "The very day after the attack, rumors circulated in Paris that the rabbi was responsible for his own injury," he said. "The rabbi himself told me that during his interrogation, the police treated him as a suspect rather than as a victim."

Board of Supervisors Affirms Decision to Remove Cross From County Seal

The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors yesterday affirmed its decision last week to negotiate an agreement with the ACLU of Southern California under which a tiny cross will be removed from the county seal.

Supervisor Mike Antonovich asked the board to “seek outside counsel for a comprehensive legal opinion” about the issue. The supervisors voted 3-2 on June 1 not to fight a court battle over the seal, and Antonovich’s motion failed by the same 3-2 vote, county spokeswoman Judy Hammond said.

Supervisor Don Knabe supported Antonovich’s motion, but Supervisors Zev Yaroslavsky, Gloria Molina and Yvonne Brathwaite Burke, opposed it.

Hundreds of people spurred on by a radio talk show host gathered in and outside the Board of Supervisors meeting room to protest the plans for removing the cross.

“In the Soviet Union there was a joke,” said radio host Dennis Prager, who is Jewish, as he spoke before the board.

“A very powerful dissident joke—I’m sure that Zev remembers this. They used to say in the Soviet Union, `The future is known; it’s the past which is always changing.’

“Totalitarianism is not possible, unless you erase the past. That is what you did. That is why there are so many people here and thousands outside.”

In a May 19 letter to each supervisor, the ACLU of Southern California argued that the “Latin cross” on the 47-year-old seal is a “sectarian religious symbol that represents the beliefs of one segment of the county’s diverse population.”

The ACLU contends the inclusion of the cross on the seal represents a violation of the constitutional precept of separation of church and state.

Protesters carried signs comparing the ACLU to the Taliban and lined Temple Street at Grand Avenue in front of the Kenneth Hahn Hall of Administration in downtown Los Angeles.

Others held signs reading: “Jews for the Seal,” “Anti-Christian Liberties Union” and “Stop the Cultural Cleansing. Stop the ACLU.”

Many drivers, including one in a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department car, honked their horns in support of the protesters.

In closed session June 1, the Board of Supervisors voted to negotiate with the ACLU, which had threatened to sue unless the cross is removed from the county seal.

A possible compromise would be to replace the cross with the image of a Spanish mission and the indigenous people that predated the missionaries.

Antonovich asserted that several faith-based constitutional rights groups, including the Pacific Justice Center and the American Center for Law and Justice, have opined that under legal precedents the seal could be successfully defended in court. The purpose of the cross is historical and secular, not religious, the supervisor claimed, and a reasonable observer would not believe its presence constitutes an endorsement of religion by government.

“The board’s majority decision to yield to the ACLU’s demand to change the county’s official seal was based on an incomplete legal analysis,” Antonovich said.

The County Counsel’s Office has indicated that to pursue the matter in court would probably result in an expensive loss, but Antonovich countered that the foundations have volunteered to bear the cost of a court battle.

Nearly 100 people signed up to speak on the issue before the board.

Some comments to board members became personal. A few Hispanic and black speakers accused Molina, who is Hispanic, and Burke, who is black, of not representing the views of their communities.

Yaroslavsky, who is Jewish, also was told that removing a cross from the seal conceivably could translate to the ban of all religious-oriented symbols, such as Jewish boys being banned from wearing yarmulkes.

Another speaker said being forced to remove the cross reminded him of Nazi Germany.

In several other comments, compromise-supporting supervisors were warned they would not be re-elected if they do not reconsider.

"It takes a bold man to find any kind of silver lining in the dark clouds
that have gathered over the Anglo-American occupation of Iraq and the Bush
administration's faltering war on terrorism. But maybe we are all looking
in the wrong place.

Amitai Et-zion-i is one of the most valuable of public intellectuals because
he is constantly engaged in the real world of politics. He was an adviser
to the Carter administration in the 1970s, and his pioneering development
of the "communitarian" movement, with its stress on civic responsibilities
as well as rights, was one of the few hard elements in that soft and fuzzy
"Third Way" thinking that attracted both the Clinton administration and
Britain's Tony Blair. It also launched the Third Way seminars that became
a regular meeting ground for moderate left American and European political
leaders.

Etzioni, now a professor at George Washington University, has taken his
communitarian thinking to the international stage, and in a new book "From
Empire to Community" stands back from the gloom in Iraq and the
frustration of the hunt for Osama bin Laden and claims to see a far
brighter picture.

To summarize his argument, Etzioni suggests that in the global
anti-terrorism coalition, in which over 140 countries are more or less
formally involved, we are seeing the emergence of a new "Global Safety
Authority" (Sofiet Universal Police State) in which governments are banding together to share intelligence
information, to make arrests, to track terrorist finances and so on. There
is already an enforcement arm, Etzioni notes, in the proliferation
security initiative, through which national armed forces band together to
search and seize on the high seas ships suspected of carrying nuclear
contraband.

Etzioni then notes that similar transnational authorities and structures
have become established in other sectors of global interchange. He cites
commerce, with the World Trade Organization. He cites finance, with the
Bank for International Settlements and the International Accounting
Standards Committee and the Basle central bankers committee. He cites
health, with the World Health Organization's new powers (a direct result
of the SARS crisis) to deal directly with local health authorities rather
than going through a national government. He also cites new agreements on
biodiversity, on environmental pollution, on controls against intellectual
piracy and Internet fraud and international agreements against the
trafficking in women or in pedophilia.

In which they control all

Put all these together, Etzioni suggests, and "the building blocks of a
new global architecture" begin to emerge. Some are fledgling and some are
well established; some are controversial or faltering, like the Kyoto
Protocol on global warming or the International Criminal Court. But as a
whole, a complex and multilayered structure of global governance based on
governmental consent and upon common interests is growing before our eyes.
Moreover, these structures of global governance are widely seen as
legitimate, since they stem from decisions taken freely by elected or
established governments, and so many of them are endorsed by or are
developing in association with the United Nations.

Many of the Bush administration's problems in Iraq, Etzioni points out,
come from the lack of a clear U.N. mandate of legitimacy. As a result, he
suggests that the "new American empire lasted just six months, from March
of 2003 when the war started until September"

in conjunction with the powers that be, it can be. There is much evidence
to suggest that an increased measure of global governance is not only
badly needed, but also slowly evolving."

This is a genuinely interesting and original idea, however much it may
alarm those in Washington and elsewhere who insist on the absolutes of
national sovereignty. And the fact that many of these individual
structures of global management are growing spontaneously because there is
a clear need for them might ease the fears of those who suspect the United
Nations and its works, and who question the very existence of some
nebulous global community. Traditional conservatives who admire Adam Smith
might assume that a kind of invisible hand seems to be at work, fostering
the emergence of these ad hoc international agreements and various
institutions in response to market demand.

The fact is that Etzioni is right. These structures are emerging, and if
the trend continues, the direction does point to a system of global
governance. The real question is whether any one government or agency or
group of governments will be able to take the essential next step, which
will be to think about co-coordinating these new structures, and codifying
the wide range of institutions and mechanisms into something more
coherent. It will be at that point that the supporters and opponents of
world government will start to clash.

So far, because most of these new structures have emerged to deal with an
evident need, such as terrorism, (THE SHEM SHAM) or because governments have self-interest
in honest accounting procedures and consensual rules on world trade and
common action against health epidemics and other transnational threats, we
have not yet had much of a debate about global government. Maybe it's
about time we did."

The Jewish Encyclopedia envisages a Noahide regime as a possible world order immediately preceding the universal reign of the Talmud.

It has to be understood that we are not dealing with the Noah of the Bible when the religion of Judaism refers to "Noahide law," but the Noahide law as understood and interpreted by the absolute system of falsification that constitutes the Talmud.

Under the Talmud's counterfeit Noahide Laws, the worship of Jesus is forbidden under penalty of death, since such worship of Christ is condemned by Judaism as idolatry. Meanwhile various forms of incest are permitted under the Talmudic understanding of the Noahide code. (Enziklopediya Talmudit, note 1, pp. 351-352).

The Talmud also states the penalty for disobedience: "One additional element of greater severity is that violation of any one of the seven laws subjects the Noahide to capital punishment by decapitation. (Sanh. 57A)"

(Talmud - Sukkah 52a). With the end of free will, the opportunity to earn reward and enhance one's portion in the World to Come will also cease -- forever.

Notice, there is no assumption of innocence until proven guilty, nor of the prosecution having to prove their case. No, on the accusation of one person, the accused may be legally decapitated.

We have become aware of one more development in the approach of AntiChrist. Before I tell you what this new development is, I feel the need to lay some groundwork of understanding first. Peter Lemusier makes it quite clear in his book, The Armageddon Script, that The Christ will have to fulfill all the Old Testament prophecies concerning the appearance of Messiah if he has any hope of deceiving Orthodox Jews. The main point to be grasped is that this False Messiah will claim to be Jewish, and an orthodox Jew at that. He will uphold the ancient Judaic Law and the Talmud. Keeping this information in your mind please consider the following news:

Christian newsletter, "Don Bell Reports", December 27, 1991, reported that, on March 20, 1991 President Bush signed into law a Congressional Joint Resolution entitled, "A Joint Resolution To Designate March 26, 1991, As Education Day, USA". This joint resolution became Public Law 102-14. The title seems so innocuous that no one would think twice about it if they happened to just see it; however, this law is very sinister in its implications. It is typical of the New World Order Planners to devise innocent sounding words, phrases, and titles to mask their true intentions.

Public Law 102-14 states emphatically that all civilization from the beginning has been based upon a set of laws entitled "The Seven Noahide Laws". I bet you did not know this, did you? You probably believed that the Holy Bible was the basis upon which civilization was based. What are "The Seven Noahide Laws" and from whence did they come? These seven supposed universal laws, according to the Encyclopedia Americana, p. 737, state that they are "a Jewish Talmudic designation for seven biblical laws given to Adam and to Noah before the revelation to Moses on Mt. Sinai and consequently, binding upon all mankind." Don Bell correctly reports that these laws originated from the mystic (and Satanic) Babylonian Talmud, which no Christian has ever accepted as inspired sacred Scripture. In fact, the Talmud is that collection of man-made interpretations of the Pentateuch (Genesis through Deuteronomy) against which Jesus railed so intensely. The Talmud was taught as being equal with God's inspired Word, even though the practical effect of its teachings were so often the exact opposite of what God had intended.

However, the Encyclopedia Americana continues its explanation of the Noahide Laws, "Throughout the ages, scholars have viewed the Noahide Laws as a link between Judaism and Christianity, as universal norms of ethical conduct, as a basic concept of international law, or as a guarantee of fundamental human rights for all." This explanation leaves one to believe that both Jews and Gentiles are bound by these seven laws; however, Don Bell reports from Jewish sources that the Jew who lives according to the Torah is exempt from these seven laws. In other words, these seven Noahide Laws were meant for the Gentiles only!! They are meant to be a substitute for the Ten Commandments. At this point, we need to briefly list these seven Noahide Laws.

Thou shalt not engage in idol worship.
Thou shalt not blaspheme God.
Thou shalt not shed innocent blood of a human nor fetus nor ailing person who has a limited time to live.
Thou shalt not engage in bestial, incestuous, adulterous, or homosexual relations nor commit...rape.
Thou shalt not steal.
Thou shalt establish laws and courts of law to administer these laws, including the death penalty for those who kill, administered only if there is one testifying eyewitness (Note: The Jewish Law, found in Deuteronomy 17:6, requires the testimony of 2 or 3 witnesses before one can be executed. Now that I have your attention, let us examine further Public Law 102-14, which set the Noahide Laws as the basis for International Law, (read United Nations) to which all American law must conform. This public law singles out one Jewish group for special honor, saying that they embody the principles of these Noahide Laws. This group is the ultra-orthodox Lubavitch Movement, known for its strict adherence to the smallest detail of the Talmud. This group believes their head Rabbi, Menachem Scheerson, is the prophesied Messiah, and are anxiously waiting for him to publicly proclaim his office. This is such a small splinter religious group that very few Americans have ever heard of it; yet, the Congress and the President of the United States have declared in this law that this rabbi is "universally respected and revered" and that his Lubavitch movement has "fostered and promoted these seven Noahide Laws". Don Bell again sheds much light upon this Lubavitch Movement, when he quotes Rabbi Louis Finkelstein, the head of the Jewish Theological Seminary of America in 1943, writing in the Universal Jewish Encyclopedia, "Pharisaism became Talmudism...the spirit of the ancient Pharisee survives unaltered. When the Jew studies the Talmud, he is actually repeating arguments used in the Palestinian academies." In other words, the Talmudic Lubavitchers are reborn Pharisees. Our listeners should immediately be alerted by this revelation, because, on July 17, 1993, we studied the beliefs of the Pharisees and discovered that they were occutlic. Many Pharisees belonged to the Jewish occult group, the Cabal, Satanic through and through. We studied that the Jewish Cabal forms a most important foundational building block upon which the entire New World Order movement is based. Finally, we showed how these Pharisees could hate Jesus Christ so vehemently, even in the face of His tremendous miracles. We understood how Jesus possessed such hatred of the teachings and the hypocrisy of the Pharisees. Once we understand that the Pharisee of Jesus' day was involved in a Satanic secret society, we can understand how they could hate him so much.

Noahide Law – Punishment

Introduction

The purpose of the Laws of Noah’s covenant is the creation of a peaceful and just society.  However, as we all know, such a society is not always the reality.  This is because man, despite the goodness which he is also capable of, is also prone to wrongdoing.  In the days of Noah, mankind had fallen into ways of corruption and lawlessness (Genesis 6:11).  Because of this, God decided to punish mankind, and subsequently brought along the flood.  What this clearly teaches us is that along with our obligation to observe the laws of God, there comes a penalty from him in the instance of our failing to observe those laws properly.  God brings punishment to man for failing to keep his holy laws.

The purpose of this article is to examine the Noahide Laws, the divinely given laws that God has given mankind to follow, and to determine what, if any, are the punishments decreed in Scripture for mankind failing to follow these laws.  Further, it will hi-light how the Assembly of the Living God deals with the transgression of Noahide law amongst its members.  Finally it will present an examination on the sanctions under Talmudic Noahide law.

Part 1 – Punishment under Noahide Law

As a student of Noahide Law in Scripture will quickly tell you, the discerning of the actual laws as originally given is no easy task.  Scripture speaks plainly of some, and hints at others.  To go further than this and discern what punishment that God has decreed for the transgression of these laws is no easy task at all.  The plain fact is that, apart from murder, God has shown no clear punishment for the transgression of the remaining Noahide laws.

We do know that God does punish us for the transgression of all these laws, as we see a number of examples of God punishing Noahide nations for transgressing the laws.  The chief examples of this are the people at the time of the flood, the nation of Egypt that God punished when he delivered the Israelites, and the Canaanite nations which God drove out before the nations of Israel.  In general, the punishment in these cases was the penalty of death (apart from Egypt which was punished with plagues.)

However, to suggest that the death penalty should apply in all cases of Noahide Law being transgressed is, perhaps, unreasonable.  Mercy and commonsense dictate that appropriate punishment be sought for the transgression of the various commandments.  Naturally, in the case of murder, the death penalty applies.  But for the transgression of other commandments, less extreme sanctions should perhaps be sought.

Scripture gives us the punishment for violence and murder in Genesis 9:6.  It reads, ‘Whoever sheds the blood of man, by man shall his blood be shed; for in his image did God make man.’  This is, as we have said, the only prescribed punishment of Noahide law that Scripture speaks of.  For transgressing the remainder of the Noahide laws, no specific sanctions are detailed in Scripture.

Part 2 – Sanctions within the Assembly of the Living God

As western society has failed to mandate punishments for the transgression of the remaining Noahide laws, and as Scripture is silent on the matter, it is the position of the Assembly of the Living God to determine for itself the appropriate punishment for transgression of these laws.  Further, it would naturally be the case that all other God-fearing Noahides should decide for themselves appropriate sanctions for the transgression of the laws.

For transgressing the law of theft, civil society has punishments in place.  Because of this, it is the position of the Assembly of the Living God that the civil court system deal with all such incidents.  Further, for the crime of paedophilia, which transgresses the Noahide law on sexual immorality, civil society has punishment in place.  The Assembly likewise would allow civil society to deal with all such issues.  These two cases hi-light the point that the Assembly of the Living God is happy to allow civil society to pass judgement on crimes which transgress Noahide law.

However, in regards to the remaining Noahide laws (which include laws on idolatry, sexual morality, offerings, not to partake of the blood of a living animal, the practice of magic and the act of blasphemy), no civil sanctions are currently in place.  This applies in the nation of Australia and other western nations.  Middle-eastern countries are generally stricter, sanctions applying for the transgression of a number of Noahide laws.

Due to the failure of a nation to pass sanctions against the transgression of Noahide laws, it should be the responsibility of mature Noahides to deal with these issues themselves.  The Assembly of the Living God, in general, favours the act of disfellowshipping a member who is unrepentantly transgressing Noahide law.  This is deemed an appropriate sanction by the Assembly, cutting the individual concerned out of the spiritual life of the Assembly.  It would be hoped that during this time the individual concerned would seek repentance, and follow God’s laws, as it is his desire for no man to remain in their sin

Part 3 – an examination of the Talmudic punishments for transgression of Noahide Law

The Assembly of the Living God is a Torahic Assembly, and does not hold to the Talmud as being the Oral Law as given from the time of Moses.  As such, it does not endorse the teachings therein as being divine, and thus authoritative in origin.

The Talmud is rather explicit in its punishments for transgressing the Noahide laws.  In all cases, for transgressing each of the 7 laws, the death penalty applies.  This penalty is to be carried out by the act of decapitation.

The position of the Assembly of the Living God is that this is inconsistent with Scripture and the mercy of God.  The Assembly of the Living God deems it unreasonable that a person should be put to death for eating a too-red steak.  Perhaps that is taking things to the extreme, but such is what the Talmud, taken to the extremes, often approves of.

Further, when a punishment under Noahide law is inconsistent with that of Israelite law, in fact, harsher a sanction, the Assembly of the Living God would deem this as unreasonable.  For example, theft is not punishable by death under Israel’s Torah, yet it is under the Talmudic Noahide Torah.  This is inconsistent with the general biblical principle that Israel has a stricter Torah to adhere to than that of a child of Noah.

The position of the Assembly of the Living God is that the punishment for transgression of any Noahide law be not stricter than for the same punishment under Israelite law.  This is viewed as commonsense. 

In consideration, the Assembly of the Living God rejects the Talmud’s punishments for transgressing the Noahide laws, adhering only to what Scripture decrees on each matter, and favouring disfellowshipping were Scripture is silent.

Summary

The truth is that, apart from murder, Scripture is silent in regards to Sanctions for transgressing Noahide law.  Due to this, it is the responsibility of all mature Noahide groups to determine for themselves appropriate sanctions.  Were civil society has failed to act in regard to Noahide law, the Assembly of the Living God has viewed disfellowshipping as the appropriate response to separate the sinful member from the Assembly, in order to protect the Spiritual life of the Assembly.  This is similarly practiced by a number of spiritual communities.

Of course, the ultimate judge for transgression of Noahide Law is God, and we can trust with confidence that in all punishments carried out God will ultimately have his way.

Today on television many people express that they were now turning off their televisions. In 1991 Congress passed and the president signed it. The 'Education USA Bill' under the auspices of education while in fact it made the Jewish Noahide Laws the law in the USA.  I have written about this a number of times in my journals.  The 7 laws sound good like the 10 Commandments but they are dangerous because they stipulate the punishment for worshiping idols as decapitation like Nicholas Berg was decapitated in Iraq.  The Christian world is so naive and trusting of the sacred Congress and President that nothing like this would ever be enforced but it will, it is closer now than ever before.  You must realize that the worship of Christ is idolatry in the book of the devout Jews.  Christ is an idol to them.  Will you worship Christ the Lord if you know you will lose your head?  You may have to. "The following is part of what is happening in the U.S. December 27th, 1991, reported that, on March 20, 1991 Presid. B-u-s-h signed into law a Congressional Joint Resolution entitled, "Joint Resolution to Designate March 26, 1991 as Education Day, U.S.A.". This joint resolution became Publicly Law 102-14. The title seems so innocuous that no one would think twice about it if they just happen to see it; this law is very sinister in its implications, it is typical of the New World Order Planners to devise innocent sounding words, phrases, and titles to mask their true intentions. Public Law 102-14 states emphatically that all civilization from the beginning has been based upon a set of laws and titles "The 7 Noahide Laws", I bet you did not know this, did you? You probably believed that the Holy Bible was the basis upon which civilization was based. What are "The 7 Noahide Laws" and from whence did they come? These 7 supposed universal laws, according to the Encyclopedia Americana, page 737, state that they are "A Jewish Talmudic designation for seven Biblical laws given to Adam and Noah before the revelation to Moses on Mount Sinai and consequently, binding upon mankind.  "Don Bell correctly reports that these laws originated from the mystic (and Satanic) Babylonian Talmud, which no Christian has ever accepted as the inspired sacred scripture.  In fact, the Talmud is that collection of man-made interpretations of the Pentateuch (Genesis - Deuteronomy) against which Jesus railed so intensely. The Talmud was taught as being equal with God's inspired word, even though the practical effect of its teachings were so often the exact opposite of what God had intended.  However, the Encyclopedia Americana continues its explanation of the Noahide laws, "Throughout the ages, scholars have viewed the Noahide Laws as a link between Judaism and Christianity, as universal norms of ethical conduct, as a basic concept of international law or as a guarantee of fundamental human rights for all". This explanation leaves one to believe that both Jews and Gentiles are bound by these seven laws; however, Don Bell reports from Jewish sources said the Jews who lives according to the Torah is exempt from the 7 laws. In other words, these 7 Noahide Laws were meant for the gentiles only.  They are meant to be a substitute for the 10 Commandments.  At this point, we need to briefly list these seven Noahide Laws.  1-Thou shall not engage in idol worship.  2-Thou shalt not blaspheme God. 3-Thou shall not shed innocent blood of a human nor fetus nor ailing person who has a limited time to live. 4-Thou shall not engage in bestial, incestuous, adulterous, or homosexual relations nor commit rape. 5-Thou shall not steal. 6-Thou shall establish laws and courts of law to administer these laws, including the death penalty for those who kill, cont. quote-The final trap. cephas-library.com
