Details concerning kosher labelling


   PAREVE or PARVE (from the Yiddish, parev) accompanying a kosher symbol signifies that the product is made without milk, meat, or derivatives of milk or meat, and therefore safe to eat under all circumstances for the kosher-keeping Jew.


   P stands for Passover, and indicates that the product is considered kosher throughout the year, particularly during Passover at which time more restrictive standards must be met.


   DAIRY or D or the French LAIT accompanying a kosher symbol indicates that the product contains a milk derivative, so that although it may safely be eaten alone, it may not be eaten together with meat, which combination happens to be prohibited by Jewish law.


   NOT CHOLOV YISROEL or NON CHOLEV YISROEL or the French PAS CHOLOV YISROEL accompanying a kosher symbol signifies that although the milk product in question is considered to be kosher, in fact there was no Jewish supervision of the milk-production process.  Had the milk been produced on the farm of an observant Jew, or had the milk been produced on a non-Jewish farm but under Jewish supervision, then the milk would be considered to be Cholov Yisroel.  Thus, for a milk product to be labelled kosher and yet not cholov yisroel constitutes a partial or qualified certification of kosher, which the producer could turn into a complete and unqualified certification upon the hiring of Jewish supervisors.

It follows that if a product is labelled Cholov Yisroel or Not Cholov Israel, it must contain milk, even if the words Dairy or Lait or the letter D are missing.  In the box below is reproduced an excerpt from a longer discussion of Cholov Yisroel that can be found on the Star-K web site which can be accessed by clicking the Star-K logo below:

Cholov Yisroel: Does a Neshama Good Rabbi Moshe Heinemann, Rabbinic Administrator [...] It was common practice among farmers to mix milk of various species together, unbeknownst to their customers.  Since it was conceivable to have a farm mixture of Kosher and non-Kosher milk, our Rabbis issued an injunction several thousand years ago, against the use of Cholov Akum, milk from a non-Jewish farmer.  This restriction did not apply if there was supervision of the farmer by a Yehudi during the milking.  The Rabbis ruled that unsupervised milk may not be used, even though most of the milk available in the area came from Kosher species and the likelihood of tampering was slim. Our Rabbis stipulated that in order to ensure that the milk of an Akum is Kosher, a Yehudi must be present from the milking until the bottling.  The Yehudi must be able to identify that the milk production has not been compromised, or that the milk has not been adulterated.  The supervisor must be a G-d fearing Jew in his personal activities so that his credibility regarding Kashrus issues is beyond reproach.  Milk produced under the auspices of this Mashgiach is called Cholov Yisroel. [...]

[...] DAIRY PRODUCTS A. Cholov Yisroel: A Rabbinic law requires that there be supervision during the milking process to ensure that the source of the milk is from a kosher animal.  Following the opinion of many rabbinic authorities, OU policy considers that in the United States, the Department of Agriculture's regulations and controls are sufficiently stringent to ensure that only cow's milk is sold commercially.  These Government requirements fulfill the Rabbinical requirement for supervision. [...]

   BISHUL YISROEL accompanying a kosher label signifies that Jews participated in the production of a food item, and so of course NON BISHUL YISROEL signifies that there is no guarantee that Jews so participated.  Non Bishul Yisroel, therefore, is the second instance that we have seen of a partial or qualified certification of kosher, with the hiring of Jewish employees being required to make the kosher certification complete and unqualified.

It is a curiousity (which happens not be be manifested in the collection of kosher labels below) that a food product can be Bishul Yisroel (produced with the participation of Jews) and yet not be kosher.

We can imagine that the analogous certification in the hands of other groups might lead to supermarket attestations such as "Genuine Italians participated in the making of this pizza" or "Pure Germans were employed in the production of this strudel" or "Certified Chinese contributed toward the creation of this chop suey" or "Some real Ukrainians helped make these perogies."  Reading the excerpt below, furthermore, calls to mind that if other groups followed the Jewish lead, then we might see Germans prohibited from eating any food produced by non-Germans, and the same for Italians, Chinese, and Ukrainians:

[...] No Jew — S'faradi or Ashkenazi is allowed to eat a food product that is produced by BISHUL ACU"M (food cooked exclusively by a non-Jew).  The OU does not certify any product that has a BISHUL ACU"M problem.  Exactly what foods fall under the ban of BISHUL ACU"M and what constitutes BISHUL YISRAEL when required are complex issues.  Food that can be eaten raw, may be cooked by a non-Jew and is not subject to the ban on BISHUL ACU"M.  Nor is a product that requires further cooking.  Nor is a food that does not "go onto the table of kings."  These exemptions from the ban on BISHUL ACU"M are the same for S'faradim and Ashkenazim.  (There is somethings a dispute among poskim as to what does and does not go onto the table of kings, but that's another story.) Where Ashkenazim and S'faradim differ in this issue is concerning what a Jew has to do in order for the food to be BISHUL YISRAEL.  Ashkenazim follow the RAMA who says that if a Jew does ANYTHING in the processing — lights the fire or turns on the machinery, for example — then the product is considered BISHUL YISRAEL and is permitted.  S'faradim follow the M'CHABER (Rav Yosef Caro) who requires a Jew to actually put the food on the fire (or into the machines) in order for there not to be a BISHUL ACU"M. [...]

How many such kosher-accreditation agencies might exist in the whole world? — Obviously, hundreds.  The National Council of Young Israel web site estimates over 200 for the USA alone: "Furthermore, it has become very difficult for both Rabbis and laymen to track and judge the reliability of the over 200 Kashruth symbols appearing on many products distributed nationally."

Don't mistake the following for kosher symbols

It must be cautioned that common symbols on packaging that are unrelated to kosher labelling are © for Copyright, and ® for Registered Trade Mark.  TM is also sometimes used for Trade Mark.  In French, Trade Mark is most often expressed as MD, Marque Déposée, and occasionally as MC, Marque de Commerce.  In one case, in the midst of French text, I came across a D inside a circle so as to lead me to believe that this had been introduced as a symbol for Marque Déposée corresponding to the English ®.

Examples of other symbols that do not indicate kosher certification are shown below. On the left below is a symbol which I found prominently displayed on a Lipton Chicken OXO box — it turned out to be issued by the Government of Canada and means that the product contains at least 3% meat or poultry, and that this meat or poultry comes from government-inspected producers.  The 52 is an identification number issued by the Government of Canada to the Lipton Company.  In the middle below is a 4015 enclosed in a rectangle with its corners cut off — this was found on a Dairyworld Foods, Fraser Valley, Unsalted Creamery Butter along with two other numbers similarly displayed, the three together designating "manufacturing plant numbers."  As a final example of the sort of symbols that are likely to be encountered on home-product packaging, and that are not kosher symbols, is the P2919 on the right below, found on a Dairyworld Foods, Dairyland 2% milk carton, and which is a "panel number that the carton manufacturer places there for reference."

"The Kosher Food Tax is the biggest consumer fraud existing in America."

The bizarre claim by right wing extremists that kosher certification markings on food labels ("U," "K," etc.) cost consumers extra money and represent, in effect, a "kosher tax" to make rabbis rich, is a striking example of the propaganda used by anti-Semites to trick the uninformed into accepting conspiracy charges and stereotypes about Jews.

That's right folks, if you object, then you have become a hate monger and that deceptive cry against  anti-Christ, that you are anti-Semite. Soon, any, who object to the anti-Christ which are ruling Congress will become criminals under the coming hate crime laws of Satan, which will make any who object the enemy. 

Other anti-Semitic allegations regarding kosher designation on foods include charges that "the kosher food racket" benefits Jewish organizations while only a small segment of the American population desires such markings, and that even the meanings of the labels are guarded secrets deliberately kept from non-Jews to trick them into paying the "kosher tax."

The Facts

The Lies

We may lie and cheat Gentiles. In the Talmud it says:

It is permitted for Jews to cheat Gentiles. All lies are good.

And furthermore it is written:

It is forbidden for a Jew to cheat his brother. To cheat a Gentile is permitted.

Attacks on the labeling of food with the symbols for kashruth (traditional Jewish dietary laws) have been a standard ploy of anti-Jewish bigots in the U.S. for decades. Such symbols as [encircled U], emblem of the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations (UOJC), among others, confirm that products are kosher -- i.e., that foods and production processes have been inspected by competent rabbis from the respective organizations and found to be in compliance with Jewish dietary law.

No mention of the dietary law of the rest of mankind, such as the dietary of Baptist, Methodist, Episcopalian, etc......

The cost to the consumer for this service is a miniscule fraction of the total production overhead; it is so negligible in practical terms as to be virtually non-existent. A May 18, 1975 New York Times article reported that the cost to General Foods' "Bird's Eye" Unit, for example, is 6.5 millionths (.0000065) of a cent per item. Furthermore, a representative of the Heinz Company has said that the per item cost is "so small we can't even calculate it," and that such labeling actually makes products less costly by increasing the market for them.

Ha! Ha! justify it by only a fraction. Just what does this fraction add up to if only, Germany, France, the entire E.U, Russia and the United States pay multiplied by several billion people multiplied by billions of products purchased daily? Nice try, anti-Christ.

Indeed, according to marketing manager Steven Zamichow, quoted in the Washington Post, "Entenmann's Inc. received kosher certification in 1981 and sales of [its] baked goods 'increased substantially.'" Visits to the Entenmann's plant, from a "mashgiach," or kashruth inspector, are provided by the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America. The UOJC is one of several groups that maintain such a kosher inspection service, certifying foods and related products to be in compliance with Jewish dietary laws through all phases of production. The profit from these products goes, of course, to the companies that manufacture them and the stores that sell them, not to "the Jews."*

The Lies

The most active right wing extremist (their reference word for Christians)sources of the "kosher tax" hoax are various Ku Klux Klan groups and the National States Rights Party, based in Marietta, GA. The Invisible Empire Knights of the Ku Klux Klan (now based in North Carolina), through its Empire Publishing, offers a pamphlet titled "The Kosher Tax Swindle" to its members and supporters. The pamphlet begins:

Remember brain washed Judeo-Churchians, that they will paint a picture that any who oppose them belong to hate groups such as the KKK.

"American families are paying tribute to Jews every time they sit down at the table to eat and in many instances, polish their shoes, silver or wrap the leftover Thanksgiving turkey. Why? Because Jews have discovered a way to coerce business to pay taxes directly to Jewish organizations and pass the cost on to the consumer."

The racist and anti-Semitic National States Rights Party ( NSRP), founded in 1958, became a focal point of violent opposition to civil rights struggle in the South and has functioned as both a propaganda mill and a political party.

The party's founder, Edward Fields, has served as its National Secretary, as well as the editor of the party's hate sheet, "The Truth At Last" (formerly "The Thunderbolt"). Fields was also the Grand Dragon of the now-defunct New Order, Knights of the Ku Klux Klan.

"The Truth At Last" published a special issue in June 1990 which dealt only with kosher symbols. Articles appeared in this edition with such titles as: "Six States Make Rabbis Kosher Policeman [sic]," "Secret Kosher Tax Boosts Food Prices," "How Kosher Blackmail Works," and "Kosher Tax Symbols May Be Changed to Hide Swindle."

"Describing" kashruth, Fields has written that "All of this is superstitious nonsense and has absolutely nothing to do with improving the quality of any food product. Still, this clever scheme of requiring kosher labeling has become a multi-million dollar business today!" Another article in "The Truth At Last" asserted that the "kosher tax" is paid to Orthodox Jewish organizations "just so an estimated 10% to 20% of Jewry will buy their products," and that "we are all forced to pay this Kosher Tax just to appease LESS THAN ONE PERCENT OF THE POPULATION!"

Bigotry Over a Beer Label

With the recent announcement that the Adolph Coors Brewing Co. will carry the [encircled U] symbol on its beer, Hans Schmidt, founder of the California-based German-American National Political Action Committee (GANPAC) took it upon himself to write a protest letter to Peter Coors, President of the company.

Schmidt, who was a member of the Hitler Youth and claims to have served in the Waffen-SS during World War II, has been a leading proponent of Holocaust "revisionism" in the United States for many years. Following along the lines of many other anti-Semites, Schmidt promotes the myth of "Jewish control" of banks, the media, and the government.

When you discover these things to be true, then of course you will be associated to such hate inciters too!

In his letter to Peter Coors, Schmidt asserted that "as someone of German descent you ought to be ashamed to acquiesce to this scheme. You must know that the Jews in the aggregate use a lot of the finances thus gathered to spy on non-Jews, to terrorize others (JDL), to ruin other people's businesses (numberous Jewish organizations and individuals), and to promote their political power to the point where this country has been subservient to the needs of another nation (Israel)."

Esth:8:17:

Schmidt also repeated the usual false charges regarding kosher symbols, including that "there usually are great costs and efforts connected with the kosher certification and that rabbis will make upwards of $450,000 from Coors." In a post-script Schmidt made the suggestion that Coors add the following symbols to its label: "a symbolic fish for Protestants," "a Catholic cross for Catholics," and "a Swastika for Nordics/Odinists."

Beating the "Tax"

Some extremists call for a boycott of foods and companies that succumb to the "kosher conspiracy." For example, in an April 25, 1990 newsletter published by the Populist Party, a far-right  (Christian Believers) political group, chairperson Monica Rorhig states: "God knows we are taxed enough already without volunteering to tithe to a foreign country and a foreign philosophy. It's a kick to walk out of a grocery store knowing you have successfully evaded this illegal tax." Ms. Rorhig explains that through such means as this alleged tax, "we (as a nation) are being carefully herded closer and closer to International totalitarian tyranny." Pamphlets, in groups of 5-100, are offered through this newsletter for Populist Party members to circulate and spread the warning against this "unfair taxing."

Contrary to the anti-Semitic charge that kosher labeling is a tightly guarded "Jewish secret" kept from Christians and others, it is not only Jews who prefer to purchase kosher food. According to the Washington Post (Sept. 27, 1990), "Some kosher marketing officials estimate there may be as many as six million Americans who seek out Kosher foods in the supermarket. Of these only 1.5 million are Jewish. Moslems and Seventh Day Adventists also adhere to certain aspects of the Jewish dietary laws, but the bulk of Kosher shoppers appear to be consumers who believe the Kosher certification...means higher quality food."

Yet whether or not they choose to purchase kosher food products, most Americans will reject the bigotry inherent in the "Kosher Tax" propaganda, recognizing it as another effort by extremists to exploit legitimate public concerns (e.g. taxes, the economy, etc.) as vehicles for anti-Semitism.

*In the separate case of kosher meat and poultry purchased at kosher butcher shops (as distinguished from the broad general range of mass-market consumer goods certified kosher), the consumer does pay a higher price. This cost is due to the more intensive, continuous rabbinical supervision required for the exacting technicalities of kosher slaughter and inspection, processing, storage and quality of kosher meat -- an inescapable necessity for this particular product, applicable only to its limited market, not the general consumer.

Rabbinical Kosher for Jews

Halakah meaning "fence" is the authorized compilation of Talmudic instructions as given by our sages. It was written to help people avoid breaking the Torah, to know how to apply things in the Torah which were unclear, clarify instructions which left room for question, etc.. If a Jew is attempting to keep Halakah he/she will never come close to breaking Torah in the areas where Halakah is being observed. This is why Halakah seems so stringent.

According to the Talmudic authors, we should not even mix the dishes in which dairy products are served and those which are used for meat. This comes from the command "do not seethe the kid in its mother’s milk." In today’s American society it would be almost impossible to cook with milk from the mother of a calf, because of the way meat and dairy are processed. Just to make sure that the command is not in any way broken, laws were given to insure compliance. In strict observance of Halakah, many Jewish homes have two refrigerators, two sets of cookware, and two sets of dishes. One is for milchik (dairy products), the other is for meat.

Regarding eating out, if you think being Torah observant is difficult, try rabbinical kosher. First of all, the restaurant cannot even serve trayf of any kind (i.e. pork, shrimp, catfish, shellfish, rabbit, frogs and other unclean products, or clean meats which have not been properly slaughtered) from the same kitchen. Milchik (dairy) products may not be used in cooking or served where meat is served. All baked products must be parv certified (neither milk or meat products used in baking). The kitchen must be certified as kosher by a qualified rabbi and the fires used in cooking must be lit (at least the pilots) by the rabbi, each day cooking is done, to insure the complete process is being followed. All products being received must be from authorized, rabbinically supervised sources. The rabbi must be present to receive shipments of supplies. And this is only the final step in having a Kosher restaurant. Obtaining sources for food products which are properly supervised can be difficult and are certainly very costly.

What dose "Kosher" mean ?

The word "Kosher" means "fit" to eat. Orthodox Jews are forbidden from eating meat products from any animal that doesn't have a split hoof and chew its cud. Pigs, (pork), is not kosher because while they do have the split hooves, they don't chew their cud. Rabbit meat is not kosher because, while they chew their cud, they don't have split hooves. Jews are not allowed to eat any dairy products along with meat at the same meal. If they eat meat at one meal, they must wait six hours before they can eat any dairy food.

All of this is superstitious nonsense, and has absolutely nothing to do with improving the quality of any food product. Still, this clever scheme of requiring kosher labeling has become a multi-million dollar business today! The Jewish Encyclopedia of 1942 states that the practice of eating rabbi-approved "kosher" foods goes back to ancient times when Jews were forbidden from eating with or having sex with Gentiles. The Encyclopedia says rabbis taught that, "Gentiles are ridden with diseases and death from unclean habits, and that, God wishes to protect his people from being contaminated by the Gentiles. The non-kosher goods of the Gentiles were ruled to have a contaminating effect!"

Falsehoods Used To Entice Christians To Accept Kosher Products.

One of our subscriber's wrote the "Aunt Jane Foods Co." in Faison, N.C. asking how much they pay annually for the use of the "U" symbol. Ms. Donna Fonvielle, head of Customer Relations, responded that Jews told them that by submitting to rabbinical supervision they are informing the public that "kosher products are produced under sanitary conditions."

The Jewish Press of Feb. 26, 1988, quotes Menachem Lubinsky, a major marketer of kosher products as saying, "the industry should tell inquisitive Christians this line, Kosher has become something like the 'Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval'. It makes a product appear to be healthier and of better quality."

The Washington Post of Nov. 2, 1987 quotes Rabbi Schulem Rubin, an Orthodox rabbi from the Bronx as declaring:

"Kosher doesn't taste any better; kosher isn't healthier; kosher doesn't have less salmonella. You can eat a Holly Farm chicken which sells for 39 cents a pound on sale, and next taste a Kosher chicken selling for $1.69 a pound, and not tell the difference. There's a lot of money to be made! Religion is not based on logic!"

The Sun-Sentinel of March 20, 1987, quotes Rabbi Irving Silverman, who organized the recent giant Kosher Foods Exposition in New York City, as stating: "There's one misconception I would like to clear up. There's a perception that the Jewish dietary laws are steeped in health considerations. That's not so at all. It is a commitment to a strict adherence to a tradition, a thread from one generation to another. I'm not kosher because its' healthier - I'm kosher because my parents were kosher and my grandparents were kosher. Its a commitment!"

Rabbi Bernard Levy, head of the Orthodox, "Committee For The Furtherance of Torah Observance," demonstrates how he stamps the Kosher symbol which has made him untold millions of dollars.(Tax free)

There would be no objection if the small Orthodox Jewish community made their own kosher products and paid for them, as they did before the kosher business was launched in 1919, for the general public. The problem lies in the fact that the meaning of these kosher labels is a tightly guarded secret of which most Christians have no knowledge.

America's huge manufacturers of processed food products keep a tight lid on this subject so that no explanation is ever allowed to seep out to the public. They only run ads announcing which products are kosher in Jewish publications, and NEVER in the daily press or on TV. This subject is so sensitive that few daily newspapers dare to carry articles about this controversy. Growing numbers of non-Jews who become aware of the secret kosher tax object to being forced to pay it. This is a clear violation of the U.S. Constitution.

 

Who Receives The Kosher Food Tax Money ?

In 1960 there were only 225 companies paying the kosher food tax. This jumped to 475 in 1966 and 800 by 1975. Jewish promoters of kosher labeling say there now has been a "kosher food explosion" today with over 16,000 products now paying rabbinical organizations for their "stamp of kosher approval." Kosher products retail sales today amount to $30 billion a year according to "The Chicago Jewish Sentinel" of July 7, 1988.Note: In the year 2000, this is now a trillion dollar racketeering scheme, in which ever nation on Earth pays the KOSHER TAX.

Orthodox Jewish organizations have copyrighted certain symbols which only they can use. The giant in the business is "The Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations" which issues the "U" imprint. They service some 1,200 companies or about 80% of the business. They employ nearly 600 rabbis as part-time "checkers." This is twice as many as ten years ago. The next largest is Rabbi Bernard Levy's "Committee For The Furtherance of Torah Observance" which uses the "K" symbol.

Canadian Kosher products are stamped with the letters "COR" which stands for "Council of Orthodox Rabbis". This is a front group for the powerful Canadian Jewish Congress, which actually receives all the money from this tax. The Jews in Canada are so united they do not allow any competition which is not the case in the U.S. Here a number of Orthodox rabbis have split away from the major groups to go into the kosher racket for themselves. (Why split easy money with the higher ups?) Note: This is not Just a problem in the United States and Canada. All nations with an Orthodox Jewish population are being extorted this way. Any were you have agents of the World Jewish Congress, you have this form of Racketeering. Due to NAFTA, Mexico is flooded with this problem. 100 Million Mexicans, mostly Catholic, have to pay tribute to Jews in this manner.

Rabbi Jack Goldman was formerly with the Orthodox Jewish Congregation but broke away and now runs the "Metropolitan Kashruth Council of Michigan ". He has several rabbis working for him and they issue an "MK" label. Some believe this stands for "Michigan Kosher." It is said that had he remained in the New York-New Jersey area his life would have been in danger. Note: The symbols differ from country to country, to find out what symbols are use in your nation, check advertisements in Jewish news papers and magazines.

Minnesota has Rabbi Asher Zeilingold who immigrated there in 1953 from England, and today issues his own "K with a shield" to some ISO factories.

This is strictly a religious tax, which millions of non-Jews unknowingly pay each time they buy a basket load of groceries! What would happen if a group of Christian ministers or priests got together, and demanded that all companies pay them a similar tax? They could use a "C," symbol (for Christian), or a cross, (for Christ), threatening that those who refuse to print such a label on their products would be boycotted by Christians.

If that happened you would hear an enraged outcry from the ACLU, American Jewish Committee, Jewish Anti-Defamation League, etc. They would be filing suits to stop this "violation of the Constitutional provisions providing for the separation of Church and State." But, because of the Jews' centuries old claim of being "a poor persecuted people" along with the Christian fear of being accused of "anti-Semitism," there is a deafening silence on this problem. Note: Modern Jews are not Semites, or the Jews of the Bible.

 

The Great Kosher Scandal Will One Day Explode !

The New York Times, a Jewish owned daily, in a rare article on this subject back on May 18, 1975, reported that kosher symbols are deliberately printed "unobtrusively on labels" so that they will go unnoticed by Christians. In Jewish publications large ads are run to instruct Jews to buy only kosher marked items. In other words, the Jews are boycotting all products which do not pay the kosher tax! The biggest secret of all is the exact ANNUAL amount these companies pay to Orthodox rabbis. This same "Times" article stated: "Neither kosher group will disclose what gross revenues are, nor, are corporations anxious to make their own payments public."How often do we hear our congressmen demand that there be "truth in advertising" and that the "consumer must be protected?"

Note: The Jewish Attorney general, of New York State, is going after General Electric, for far less charges of defrauding the public. Will Mr. Spitzer go after the Rabbis ? Don't hold your breath ! "The Times" writer, Leonard Sloane, quizzed Rabbi Bernard Levy about this and only received an evasive reply. Levy stated that the average cost to a concern for kosher inspections runs from $1,000 for a "mom and pop" operation to $40,000 per plant for the larger corporations. But, he quickly added, that these charges can go much higher because they are "all keyed to the frequency of inspection which could be on a continuous, daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly basis." The rabbi decides how often your plant must be inspected. Remember,these are figures from 1975 - HOW MUCH HIGHER ARE THEY TODAY?

 

Jewish Editor Calls Kosher Labeling A "Racket" !

The Jewish Newsletter is published by William Zukerman. In 1970 he came out with a super-sensational article charging that Orthodox rabbis had turned the kosher labeling business into a multi-million dollar racket. He said that absolutely nothing which does not contain meat or a meat by-product needs a kosher label. He quotes Mrs. Weiss-Rosmarin, "the greatest rabbinical authority," as testifying that no soft drink, Coca-Cola, nor any other drink needs kosher approval. Again, ONLY MEAT and items containing MEAT by-products need Kosher approval.

Zuckerman charges that "unscrupulous or bogus rabbis" are in back of this "racket" and when eventually exposed, "this will develop into a scandal which will rock organized Jewry to its foundation:"

The (Masonic)B'nai B'rith Messenger in its April 2, 1965 edition warned that "a nationally known rabbi, who had promised to expose the kosher racket was allegedly told to shut-up or else!" Zuckerman has stated that Jews who dare to speak out against the Kosher Food Racket face physical danger. Powerful people do not want any of their own kind to rock the boat by exposing this multi-million dollar fraud.

American food products are already checked by local and federal governmental agencies for purity and edibility. Jewish kosher certification in no way whatsoever makes them any more sanitary or wholesome. Orthodox Jewish organizations send rabbis to all the food companies in America. They tell them that Jews will refuse to buy their products if they are not marked with the "U" or "K" kosher symbol. The truth is that only Orthodox Jews, (less than 1.2 million), follow kosher dietary laws. The rabbis broadly hint thatany refusal to pay for these "kosher inspections" would indicate that they are "unfriendly or insensitive" to Jewry. They would be labeled anti-Semites and all hell breaks loose THIS IS NOTHING SHORT OF A VEILED THREAT OF PURE BLACKMAIL AND IS ILLEGAL! If someone with an Italian last name did this, they would be in prison by now...

 

Brief History Of Kosher Labeling.

Special kosher approval by rabbis, down through the centuries, has only been applied to requiring the Jewish ritual slaughter of animals. This includes the killing of unstunned cattle by an approved Jewish "shocktim." It requires their throat be cut from ear to ear. They slowly bleed to death in a horrible manner because the animals heart must pump out all its blood before death. Jews are not allowed to eat any meat with blood in it. Jewish ritual slaughter of animals has been condemned by humane societies the world over and has been banned in numerous countries in the past for constituting "cruelty to animals."

The idea of applying kosher regulations to non-meat products was originated by the late Joseph Jacobs. All of this first began in 1919 in New York City when Jacobs sold an advertising idea to a few Jewish-owned food companies if they would print a "K" for kosher on their food products he would advertise them in Jewish publications and also on the Yiddish radio station, WEVD. None of the products were inspected by rabbis. This began as purely an advertising venture. Thus the "Joseph Jacobs Organization, Inc." was founded and today is run by his relatives. This business prospered but Jacobs was not a rabbi and saw the advantage of linking his kosher approval scheme to the Jewish religion. Then in 1925 he formed a new group with some rabbis and called it "The Committee For the Furtherance of Torah Observance." A few years later other Orthodox rabbis recognized its money making potential and with the leadership of the far larger "Union of Orthodox Congregations" they begin issuing their own "U" label. Today these two 2 groups control over 90% of the kosher business. This is a clear monopoly and violates anti trust laws.

 

Companies reply To Our Readers Inquiries.

Our readers have sent us many letters they have received from some of the nation's largest companies who have silently submitted to this kosher blackmail. In other words, they had rather make the "pay off" when threatened with a Jewish boycott, than stand up for their own rights as well as protect Christian consumers against this gigantic fraud! Why should we be forced to pay ever higher food bills in part caused by this needless secret kosher tax?

Proof that it is indeed secret can be found in the replies printed below in which not one single company would answer the simple question, "How much do you pay annually for the "kosher certification"?

This information should be made public for the simple reason we non-Jews consumers pay a far larger share of this tax than do the Jews!

New York columnist, Dorothy Kilgallen, just before her death wrote that the U.S. Post Office changed the makeup of the glue on the back of the postage stamps at the demand of Orthodox rabbis. This is in response to your recent letter inquiring about the letter "K" on the labels of our Maxwell House coffee.

As I believe you know, the "K" (for Kosher), is carried on the labels of some of our products, including our coffees, as a service to consumers who are of the Jewish faith. The letter certifies that nothing occurs in the processing of the products which would violate Jewish dietary laws. The certification is made by one or more*highly respected rabbis* who actually visit our production plants to observe our manufacturing processes. For this service, *they are paid a nominal fee* which is such a minute fraction of the over-all cost of processing and marketing our products that it has no effect on the selling price. The use of the "K" is a common practice in the packaged food industry today, and we view it as simply providing helpful information to a substantial number of consumers. As for the letter "U" that you mentioned, we have heard of it, but are not familiar with its background since we do not use it.

Egan; "It is not the policy of this corporation to reveal the cost." General Foods, is the largest food processor in the United States, and exports food to every nation on Earth.

Mueller's Spaghetti, Mrs. Agnes Stile's, Director writes; "We pay a nominal fee for periodic inspection. Kosher spaghetti ? What in the world do Jews know about spaghetti ?They put Ketchup on it, and eat it cold. All those Italian Americans, who sit down at their meals, pay the people, who claim Jesus is in hell, burning in excrement (Talmud). '

'Delmonico Foods, Joseph P. Viviano, "The "U" means we have passed the Rabbinical investigation."

Hunt-Wesson Foods, Inc.W. R. Kittredge, Manager Technical Services: "We permit inspection visits...there is a minor cost associated with this." Hunts makes the Ketchup, that is used to put on Burgers, made by McDonalds and Burger King. These two giants, have sold over a trillion burger type sandwiches, everyone of them with a Kosher Tax on it. Heinz Ketchup, which is also Kosher, is only used for packets, given out for french fries. Every Barbecue in America, results in a pay-off to the Jewish Talmudists.

Procter and Gamble Co., W. S. Carter, Public Relations, "this is a way of helping observant Jewish shoppers . . . without adding significantly to cost." They are also one of the worlds largest produces of diapers. Although the diapers themselves are not labeled Kosher (Yet), money out of the gross income of Proctor and Gamble, goes to anti-Christ Talmudists. Each time mommie changes her baby, she pays the Tax.

Morton Salt Co., Ray W. McDonald, Advertising and promotion manager, "We must have a designated Rabbi inspect our plant and make certain that they meet the requirements for us to receive the symbol." Morton Salt is the second largest producer of salt in the world. Diamond Crystal is the worlds largest producer. And, although they both make Kosher Salt for the Jewish community, their regular table, and sea salts are also labeled Kosher. All food, processed in the United States and Canada, that contains salt, usurps money from non-Jews. Every time a chef salts food, you pay the Kosher piper.

The Nestle Co., Helen J. Britt, Director Home Economics, "There is no premium price exacted for a product so identified." Even candy is Kosher. Think of all those goyim children paying tax to the Yiddish robber barons.

Lever Brothers Co., Therese Bergstrom, Consumer Service Dept., "The cost of this certification is minimal and infinitesimal."

Club House Foods, of Canada, Mrs. D. Kitching head of Consumer Services: "Kosher meat products require a much more involved certification process directly requiring the supervision by a rabbi who usually commands a premium price for this service." Note: Canadians are being extorted to the tune of millions of dollars a year, by Jewish racketeers of Jewish organizations, like the Canadian Jewish Congress, and who does Canada's law enforcement agencies go after ? Each of them were also required to pay the kosher tax before the original company could receive kosher certification! Also, a giant company with scores of products can't pay one fee for all its food products. It must pay a separate kosher tax for each product and each must be inspected by the Rabbi on different visits. This can run the total tax up into the millions of dollars! This is also a GRADUATED TAX that increases each year. Note: A great example of this kind of theft, is with McDonalds. They use Kosher Coke A Cola, (Pepsi is also Kosher), Kosher Kraft Cheese, and Secret Mac sauce (Thousand Island salad dressing), Kosher Ketchup, Kosher buns, and Kosher oil for deep frying. Millions of people, world wide, are paying Kosher taxes, from New York, to Moscow, to Tokyo, even if they buy, of all things, a cheeseburger. Hindu India, that uses lamb for their burgers, has to pay this Kosher Tax. Burger King, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Pizza Hut, and many other chain restaurants, act like mini tax collection agencies, and steal trillions, world wide, for Jewish interests.

Most advertising agencies paint out Kosher symbols in ads. This violates the (American) federal "Truth in Advertising Law!" No daily paper or TV program has ever explained to the American people how this Kosher food tax costs consumers billions of dollars every year. In Jewish publications they have arrows pointing at the symbol so that Jews will be on the lookout for their product. Note: Were is the U.S. Justice Department on this subject ? If they can burn children alive at WACO, and shot fourteen year old boys in the back, surely they can go after the "Kosher Mafia".

Islamic nations of North Africa, and the Middle East, import wheat, rice and lamb, much of which is labeled Kosher. Muslims world wide, sit down to their evening meal, with rice and bread, blessed by a thieving rabbi, with the approval of the World Jewish Congress (They get a cut of the money). FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (March 24, 2002 3:45 p.m. EST) - Going kosher has gone well for Lola, a laid back 7-year-old (Babylonian Talmudic Jewish?) Dalmatian, but it's going even better for her owners.
Are they finally admitting that Kosher is for dogs? Finally the truth is revealed.
Martine Lacombe and Marc Michels are not Jewish, but in three years they have become the unlikely purveyors of kosher dog and cat food, which they sell via the Internet and in a couple of South Florida pet food stores.
Finally a True Kosher product, dog food made by obedient Goy Noachides?
Business is going so well that a few months ago Michels quit his job selling telecommunications equipment to devote himself to the pursuit full time.
To get in on the exploitation and fraud business. Obedient Noachide, Talmudic Dog server?. From Snooping to Snoopy?
Last fall, the couple patented the recipes for their freeze-dried all-meat patties and found a kosher-friendly manufacturer to churn out production quantities of their creations.
Freeze dried Babylonian Talmudic Dog food? No wonder they are always so rude.
And, just in time for Passover, Kosher Pets has gained the blessing of one of the largest orthodox rabbi groups in the United States.
I'll have you know there is no difference between a Gentile Dog and a Jewish Dog! Gained the dog blessing from the rabbid Dog Rabbis?
"There's no real need for kosher pet food, but there's a real demand," Lacombe said. "This Passover is kind of a test for us."

By most accounts, Kosher Pets is the only U.S. company currently producing a line of pet food specifically created to adhere to Jewish dietary laws, which prohibit eating any food where dairy and meat are mixed. Generally only food for human consumption needs to be kosher, but the dietary laws can be interpreted to apply to pets, especially during Passover.
All Babylonian Talmudic Dogs should eat Kosher food?
Michels, 36, and Lacombe, 31, owe their business in part to a nasty skin irritation that gripped Lola in early 1999. At the time, the couple lived in Aventura, a city in northeast Miami-Dade County with a considerable Jewish population, and had taken a liking to kosher products, especially kosher meats.
When they moved from the considerable population, is that when the sores disappeared?
"We realized that the taste is much, much better," Michels said.
Obedient Goy, now eating own Talmudic dog food?
He suggested that changing Lola's diet might help her condition, and the couple began to feed her a homemade stew of kosher chicken, garlic, rice and carrots.
Now she reads the Babylonian Talmud on her free time? All Talmudic dogs should do that!
Within about a month and a half, Lola's sores subsided, and pet lovers at their neighborhood dog park took note, asking Lacombe for samples of the stew.
Miraculous healing? Now Talmudic dogs walking on water?
The couple started making more stew, first giving it away, then selling it in mason jars from the trunk of their car. Sometimes customers came to the couple's home or they made deliveries.
Rainbow stew, in freemason jars?
Eventually, they turned to a kosher butcher shop to make their stew, producing four cases of 24 15-ounce cans per week at one point. The definitive moment came when many of the couple's 300 regular customers left their winter condominiums to return to New York or New Jersey for the summer, but still wanted to buy the kosher stew for their pets.
Next- Kosher Litter Boxes, would certainly be Idea! What next, Korean Talmudic Kosher dog meat? Lassie Barmitzvah, perhaps? But how will we keep the skull caps on them?
Lacombe estimates Kosher Pets had about $420,000 in sales between February 1999 and mid-2000, when the couple took a year hiatus from their business. Their butcher sold his shop and the new owner decided not to make pet food. Lacombe also became pregnant with their now 6 1/2 month-old daughter, Leah.
Beats working for a living.
In the interim, Lacombe said they reconsidered their business plan, realizing if they wanted to make a living with Kosher Pets they would have to find a cheap way to sell and ship their product out of state. Another issue to tackle: to thoroughly reach their Jewish market, they needed to find a way to promote their food as not only kosher, but kosher for Passover.
Ah? A Jewish Dog Religious festival?
During Passover, the Jewish holiday commemorating the freeing of Hebrews from slavery in Egypt, Jews are also forbidden from eating or benefiting from anything containing chametz, a group of leaven grains.
There will be a whole lot of Jewish Talmudic Dogs in Desolation. I wonder if their dogs break the Babylonian Talmudic dog laws? Then no doggy heaven?
"You are not supposed to have any benefit, and that includes feeding it to your animal," said Arlene J. Mathes-Scharf, who runs a kosher food information Web site. Kosher Pets currently pays for a banner ad there.

Jewish Dogs paying for services? Instead of robbing the service providers?
The couple created a Web site equipped to take credit card orders, consulted with food chemists to tweak their recipes for dog, and now cat food, so they would also meet food standards. They also opted to freeze-dry the food, condensing it into a pellet.

In August, Lacombe said, they were awarded their patent and began production with a pet food manufacturer.

Rabbi Sholem Fishbane, an administrator at the Chicago Rabbinical Council charged with determining whether consumables are kosher, endorsed the Kosher Pets products earlier this month.
Now a Rabbid dog Rabbi? Did Rabbi Fish-bane(Ha!Ha!) taste the Dog Food? To make certain and verify it is OK for Dogs?
He said that while the company is the only one he knows of that specifically makes kosher food for pets, there is information available on other name-brand pet food that may be chametz-free.
But genetically alter Goyim food? With research, you might get into the documents of Mossad to get other information of Kosher Dog Food? Kosher is for Dogs, will they finally admit the truth?
Steven Cohen, owner of The Dog Bar, a specialty pet food store on Miami Beach, has been carrying the Kosher Pets brand for about two weeks.

He said that so far he's sold about a dozen of the 1-pound $28.99 packages.

You may think, when you hear a phrase like "ritual slaughter," or "kosher slaughter," that this refers to a better kind of killing. You may think, as I did, that the act is done with respect for the dignity of the animal, and concern that it suffer as little as possible. You may think, as I did, that kosher ways of slaughter are more compassionate than "ordinary" slaughterhouse deaths.

 

Orthodox Jewish and Moslem dietary laws forbid consumption of meat from animals which are not "healthy and moving" when killed. Religious orthodoxy today interprets this to mean that kosher meat must come from animals who have not been stunned before being killed. They must be fully conscious when it's done. Further, in order to qualify for the kosher stamp of approval, the animal must have its throat slit in a particular way. The consequences of this interpretation of kosher slaughtering are a travesty for the poor creatures involved.

 

You see, the Pure Food and Drug Act of 1906 requires, for sanitary reasons, that no slaughtered animal may fall in the blood of a previously slaughtered animal. What this means, in practice, is that animals must be killed while suspended from a conveyer belt, rather than while lying on the floor.

 

Stringing up an animal before delivering the final blow doesn't cause it any pain if it has already been rendered unconscious. But when an animal must be conscious when killed, as kosher regulations stipulate, and also must have its throat cut in the particular way kosher law requires, the animal is forced to undergo an enormous amount of extra pain:

 

"Animals being ritually slaughtered in the United States are shackeld around a rear leg, hoisted into the air, and then hang, fully conscious, upside down on the conveyer belt for between two and five minutes-and occasionally much longer if something goes wrong on the killing line before the slaughterer makes his cut. "

 

It is difficult for us to imagine what these poor animals must suffer. The cows are exhausted and terrified to begin with.

A heavy iron chain is clamped around one of their rear legs, then they are jerked off their feet and hung upside down by a single leg. Now cows are by nature as peaceful a creature as you could ever hope to find, but this situation is too much for even these most mellow of animals. They are provoked into hysteria.

 

"The animal upside down with ruptured joints and often a broken leg, twists frantically in pain and terror, so that it must be gripped by the neck or have a clamp inserted in its nostrils to enable the slaughterer to kill the animal with a single stroke, as religious law prescribes."

 

You may think that today, because relatively few people "eat kosher," only a very small percentage of animals would be "killed kosher". You may also think that even including the non-religious people who seek out kosher meat, mistakenly believing it to be better, this still wouldn't amount to a significant percentage. And finally you are probably quite sure that if you buy meat that isn't labeled kosher, you are certainly not consuming meat from animals killed in this fashion.

 

But, I'm sorry to say, you'd be wrong on each account. You see, for meat to be passed as kosher by Orthodox Rabbis, it is not enough for the animal merely to have been conscious when killed and to have its throat slit in the required way. A kosher Jew is also forbidden to consume the blood of an animal, so the veins and arteries must be cut out of kosher meat. In many parts of a cow, however, removing the blood vessels is very costly, and so the meat packers have resolved this difficulty by removing the blood vessels only from those parts of the animal from which they can be cut out inexpensively. Thus, even though the whole animal was killed kosher, only these parts are then sold as kosher meat. In other words, there's a lot of meat left over. This means that a great deal of the meat in our supermarkets and restaurants, while not labeled kosher, is in fact from animals hoisted and slaughtered according to kosher regulations. One authority states:

 

"It has been estimated that over 90% of the animals slaughtered in New Jersey - whose slaughterhouses supply New York City as well as their own state - are slaughtered by the ritual method. "

"Although less than 5% of the flesh in the United States is bought kosher, as much as 500% of the animals are slaughtered as such. "

The following is a conversation with Mr. Ron Supinski of the Public Information Department of the San Francisco Federal Reserve Bank. This is an account of that conversation.

 

CALLER - Mr. Supinski, does my country own the Federal Reserve System?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - We are an agency of the government.

 

CALLER - That's not my question. Is it owned by my country?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - It is an agency of the government created by congress.

 

CALLER - Is the Federal Reserve a Corporation?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - Yes

 

CALLER - Does my government own any of the stock in the Federal Reserve?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - No, it is owned by the member banks.

 

CALLER - Are the member banks private corporations?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - Yes

 

CALLER - Are Federal Reserve Notes backed by anything?

 

MR. SUPINSKI-Yes, by the assets of the Federal Reserve but, primarily by the power of congress to lay tax on the people.

 

CALLER - Did you say, by the power to collect taxes is what backs Federal Reserve Notes?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - Yes

 

CALLER - What are the total assets of the Federal Reserve?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - The San Francisco Bank has $36 Billion in assets.

 

CALLER - What are these assets composed of?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - Gold, the Federal Reserve Bank itself and government securities.

 

CALLER - What value does the Federal Reserve Bank carry gold per oz. on their books?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - I don't have that information but the San Francisco Bank has $1.6 billion in gold.

 

CALLER - Are you saying the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco has $1.6 billion in gold, the bank itself and the balance of the assets is government securities?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - Yes.

 

CALLER - Where does the Federal Reserve get Federal Reserve Notes from?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - They are authorized by the Treasury.

 

CALLER - How much does the Federal Reserve pay for a $10 Federal Reserve Note?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - Fifty to seventy cents.

 

CALLER - How much do they pay for a $100.00 Federal Reserve Note?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - The same fifty to seventy cents.

 

CALLER - To pay only fifty cents for a $100.00 is a tremendous gain, isn't it?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - Yes

 

CALLER - According to the US Treasury, the Federal Reserve pays $20.60 per 1,000 denomination or a little over two cents for a $100.00 bill, is that correct?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - That is probably close.

 

CALLER - Doesn't the Federal Reserve use the Federal Reserve Notes that cost about two cents each to purchase US Bonds from the government?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - Yes, but there is more to it than that.

 

CALLER - Basically, that is what happens?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - Yes, basically you are correct.

 

CALLER - How many Federal Reserve Notes are in circulation?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - $263 billion and we can only account for a small percentage.

 

CALLER - Where did they go?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - Peoples mattress, buried in their back yards and illegal drug money.

 

CALLER - Since the debt is payable in Federal Reserve Notes, how can the $4 trillion national debt be paid-off with the total Federal Reserve Notes in circulation?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - I don't know.

 

CALLER - If the Federal Government would collect every Federal Reserve Note in circulation would it be mathematically possible to pay the $4 trillion national debt?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - No

 

CALLER - Am I correct when I say, $1 deposited in a member bank $8 can be lent out through Fractional Reserve Policy?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - About $7.

 

CALLER - Correct me if I am wrong but, $7 of additional Federal Reserve Notes were never put in circulation. But, for lack of better words were "created out of thin air " in the form of credits and the two cents per denomination were not paid either. In other words, the Federal Reserve Notes were not physically printed but, in reality were created by a journal entry and lent at interest. Is that correct?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - Yes

 

CALLER - Is that the reason there are only $263 billion Federal Reserve Notes in circulation?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - That is part of the reason.

 

CALLER - Am I mistaking that when the Federal Reserve Act was passed (on Christmas Eve) in 1913, it transferred the power to coin and issue our nation's money and to regulate the value thereof from Congress to a Private corporation. And my country now borrows what should be our own money from the Federal Reserve (a private corporation) plus interest. Is that correct and the debt can never be paid off under the current money system of country?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - Basically, yes.

 

CALLER - I smell a rat, do you?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - I am sorry, I can't answer that, I work here.

 

CALLER - Has the Federal Reserve ever been independently audited?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - We are audited.

 

CALLER - Why is there a current House Resolution 1486 calling for a complete audit of the Federal Reserve by the GAO and why is the Federal Reserve resisting?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - I don't know.

 

CALLER - Does the Federal Reserve regulate the value of Federal Reserve Notes and interest rates?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - Yes

 

CALLER - Explain how the Federal Reserve System can be Constitutional if, only the Congress of the US, which comprises of the Senate and the House of representatives has the power to coin and issue our money supply and regulate the value thereof? [Article 1 Section 1 and Section 8] Nowhere, in the Constitution does it give Congress the power or authority to transfer any powers granted under the Constitution to a private corporation or, does it?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - I am not an expert on constitutional law. I can refer you to our legal department.

 

CALLER - I can tell you I have read the Constitution.  It does NOT provide that any power granted can be transferred to a private corporation. Doesn't it specifically state, all other powers not granted are reserved to the States and to the citizens? Does that mean to a private corporation?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - I don't think so, but we were created by Congress.

 

CALLER - Would you agree it is our country and it should be our money as provided by our Constitution?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - I understand what you are saying.

 

CALLER - Why should we borrow our own money from a private consortium of bankers? Isn't this why we had a revolution, created a separate sovereign nation and a Bill of Rights?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - (Declined to answer).

 

CALLER - Has the Federal Reserve ever been declared constitutional by the Supreme Court?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - I believe there has been court cases on the matter.

 

CALLER - Have there been Supreme Court Cases?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - I think so, but I am not sure.

 

CALLER - Didn't the Supreme Court declare unanimously in A.L.A. Schechter Poultry Corp. vs. US and Carter vs. Carter Coal Co. the corporative-state arrangement an unconstitutional delegation of legislative power?  ["The power conferred is the power to regulate. This is legislative delegation in its most obnoxious form; for it is not even delegation to an official or an official body, presumptively disinterested, but to private persons." Carter vs. Carter Coal Co...]

 

MR. SUPINSKI - I don't know, I can refer you to our legal department.

 

CALLER - Isn't the current money system a house of cards that must fall because, the debt can mathematically never be paid-off?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - It appears that way. I can tell you have been looking into this matter and are very knowledgeable. However, we do have a solution.

 

CALLER - What is the solution?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - The Debit Card.

 

CALLER - Do you mean under the EFT Act (Electronic Funds Transfer)? Isn't that very frightening, when one considers the capabilities of computers? It would provide the government and all it's agencies, including the Federal Reserve such information as: You went to the gas station @ 2:30 and bought $10.00 of unleaded gas @ $1.41 per gallon and then you went to the grocery store @ 2:58 and bought bread, lunch meat and milk for $12.32 and then went to the drug store @ 3:30 and bought cold medicine for $5.62.  In other words, they would know where we go, when we went, how much we paid, how much the merchant paid and how much profit he made. Under the EFT they will literally know everything about us. Isn't that kind of scary?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - Yes, it makes you wonder.

 

CALLER - I smell a GIANT RAT that has overthrown my constitution. Aren't we paying tribute in the form of income taxes to a consortium of private bankers?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - I can't call it tribute, it is interest.

 

CALLER - Haven't all elected officials taken an oath of office to preserve and defend the Constitution from enemies both foreign and domestic? Isn't the Federal Reserve a domestic enemy?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - I can't say that.

 

CALLER - Our elected officials and members of the Federal Reserve are guilty of aiding and abetting the overthrowing of my Constitution and that is treason.  Isn't the punishment of treason death?

 

MR. SUPINSKI - I believe so.

 

CALLER - Thank you for your time and information and if I may say so, I think you should take the necessary steps to protect you and your family and withdraw your money from the banks before the collapse, I am.

 

MR. SUPINSKI - It doesn't look good.

 

CALLER - May God have mercy on the souls who are behind this unconstitutional and criminal act called the Federal Reserve. When the ALMIGHTY MASS awakens to this giant hoax, they will not take it with a grain of salt. It has been a pleasure talking to you and I thank you for your time. I hope you will take my advice before it does collapse.

And then, go to your local law library and look up the case of Lewis vs. US, case #80-5905, 9th Circuit, June 24, 1982. It reads in part: "Examining the organization and function of the Federal Reserve Banks and applying the relevant factors, we conclude that the federal reserve are NOT federal instrumentality's . . but are independent and privately owned and controlled corporations - federal reserve banks are listed neither as "wholly-owned' government corporations [under 31 USC Section 846] nor as 'mixed ownership' corporations [under 31 USC Section 856] . . . 28 USC Sections 1346(b), 2671. '

 

Federal agency' is defined as: the executive departments, the military departments, independent establishments of the United States, and corporations acting primarily as instrumentality's of the United States, but does not include any contractors with the United States . . . There are no sharp criteria for determining whether an entity is a federal agency within the meaning of the Act, but the critical factor is the existence of the federal government control over the 'detailed physical performance' and 'day to day operations' of that entity.

 

Other factors courts have considered include whether the entity is an independent corporation . . . whether the government is involved in the entity's finances, . . . and whether the mission of the entity furthers the policy of the United States . . . Examining the organization and function of the Federal Reserve Banks, and applying the relevant factors, we conclude that the Reserve Banks are not federal instrumentalities ...

 

It is evident from the legislative history of the Federal Reserve Act that Congress did not intend to give the federal government direction over the daily operation of the Reserve Banks . . . The fact that the Federal Reserve Board regulates the Reserve Banks does not make them federal agencies under the Act . . . Unlike typical federal agencies, each bank is empowered to hire and fire employees at will. Bank employees do not participate in the Civil Service Retirement System. They are covered by worker's compensation insurance, purchased by the Bank, rather than the Federal Employees Compensation Act.

 

Employees traveling on Bank business are not subject to federal travel regulations and do not receive government employee discounts on lodging and services . . . Finally, the Banks are empowered to sue and be sued in their own name. 12 USC Section 341. They carry their own liability insurance and typically process and handle their own claims . . ." According to the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, "When the Federal Reserve was created, its stock was sold to the member banks." ("The Hats The Federal Reserve Wears," published by the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia).

 

The original Stockholders of the Federal Reserve Banks in 1913 were the Rockefeller's, JP Morgan, Rothschild's, Lazard Freres, Schoellkopf, Kuhn-Loeb, Warburgs, Lehman Brothers and Goldman Sachs. (Black's Law Dictionary, 6th Edition) The Federal Reserve Act goes one step farther, "No Senator or Representative in Congress shall be a member of the Federal Reserve Board or an officer or director of a Federal Reserve Bank."
