What we have stumbled upon here is a Babylonian Talmudic Chabad Lubavitch Rabbi Jewish imposed exploitation tax on food which appears to have spread throughout the kitchen to non-food items so as to become a Jewish tax on food plus kitchen products, and from there made its way to the laundry room so as to become a Jewish tax on food plus kitchen products plus laundry products, and from there metastasized to the medicine cabinet so as to become a Jewish tax on food plus kitchen products plus laundry products plus over-the-counter medications.
The Kosher Food Tax is the biggest consumer fraud
existing in America.Examine every item in your cupboards for either the (U) or
(K) labels. These symbols represent a Jewish blessing and when these small
symbols are detected, it means that you have unwittingly paid a tax to a Jewish
religious group. They will not always be on the front of the package; they may
be hidden amid the small print near the label's seam. This cryptic code has to
do with a Hebrew secret, a heist, which illuminates the Jews' power in the
United States. The circled U, sometimes with the word Parve, stands for Union of
Orthodox Jews (UOJCA), the K stands for Kosher (KOV K). Both will not be found
on the same package. These symbols mean that the product's producer paid the
Jews a kind of tax to have some rabbi bless it. Don't confuse these letters with
the letter R which stands for registered trade mark or a letter C which stands
for copyright. These two letters will probably be there too. You have now
discovered what the Jews call hechsers, a rip-off code found on most grocery
items. In 1959, the Wall Street Journal estimated that this massive Jewish
payola at about $20 million. That is almost forty years ago. Since that time,
the Jewish owned Wall Street Journal has remained silent. The rip-off is thought
to be in the hundreds of millions today.
The Jewish Post of July 30, 1976 reported that Rabbi Harvey Sentor
admitted that Kov K was a profit-making concern. The UOJCA extracts exactly the
same levy as Kov K, and in exactly the same way. Jews, of course, defend these
blessings in any way they can, but what this rip-off really boils down to for
the Gentile is legalized extortion. After all, the Jews represent but 2.9% of
the population. It is not an option for the Gentile to have this tax removed
from products he buys or have the little Jewish letters erased. He has to pay
this tax to the Jews whether he wants to or not. If this was nothing more than a
bizarre religious ceremony, giving rabbinical approval to food and food products
prepared in a specific way to meet an unusual diet, then why are steel wool and
kitchen utensils also included? The Jews have a strange diet indeed! If these
blessings are so important to Jews, why do they charge for them? You would think
that they would be willing to give this service free for benefit of their own
people and perhaps pay something to food product companies for providing this
Kosher identification. Instead, it's the reverse- companies have to pay to have
the Kosher identification. Since Jews represent a small percent of America's
population, why is it that they place most of the burden of this tax on the
shoulders of the Gentile? Why have the Gentile consumers been so silent for so
long about this perennial extortion by the Jews? And since this burden comes off
as a tax, don't Gentiles have a right to know where and how this money is spent?
How on earth do the Jews get away with this daylight robbery? The answer is that
the Jewish blessing agencies wield enormous power through Jewish domination of
the retail and distribution trades..and Jews own America's press. Non-compliance
by a food producer would quickly bring about a Jewish boycott of the product.
Bankruptcy! Here is how this clever scheme works. An Orthodox Rabbi will
approach a company and warn the owners that unless their product is certified as
Kosher, or fit for a Jew to eat , they will face a boycott by every Jew in
America. Once they succumb to this BLACKMAIL, they are required to keep the
total amount paid the Rabbis every year a strict secret! The growth of this
Kosher racket has been nothing less than phenomenal. In 1960, only 225 food
products paid the Kosher tax. By 1966, this figure grew to 476 and jumped to
1000 by 1974. Today, a whopping 17,500 companies have been intimidated into
paying this multi-level tax.
[How The Kosher Tax Operates] The Union of Orthodox Rabbis which
issues the (U) symbol controls 80% of the Kosher certification business. They
employ some 300 Rabbis who travel nation-wide inspecting food processing plants.
First, the company must pay an annual fee for the use of the copyright symbol
the (U) or (K) or a version thereof. Second, the company must pay a separate
heavy fee each time a team of Rabbis shows up to inspect their plant (Certain
meat packers are required to hire Rabbis full time at extravagant salaries).
Third, the company must pay these fees over and over again for each different
product they make. Thus, General Foods pays dozens of separate fees. Also, each
sub-contracting company which provides any type of ingredient which goes into
the finished product must also pay separate fees to the visiting Rabbis .
Sometimes a single product may eventually be taxed as many as a dozen times
right down the line before it reaches you the consumer! Last, but not least,
these fees must be paid annually and they are increased each year. Only by
increasing the public awareness of the Kosher Food Tax and doing our best to
refrain from purchasing products with the K or U symbols, can we begin to end
this outrage being perpetrated upon our people. With the purchasing power of the
dollar less all the time, we cannot afford this outrage to continue unchecked.

The Jewish "rationale" of the "Divine

"Keeping kosher" is an archaic, strictly Jewish dietary law, a

PAREVE or PARVE
(from the Yiddish, parev) accompanying a kosher symbol signifies that the
product is made without milk, meat, or derivatives of milk or meat, and
therefore safe to eat under all circumstances for the kosher-keeping Jew.
P stands for
Passover, and indicates that the product is considered kosher throughout the
year, particularly during Passover at which time more restrictive standards must
be met.
DAIRY or D
or the French LAIT
accompanying a kosher symbol indicates that the product contains a milk
derivative, so that although it may safely be eaten alone, it may not be eaten
together with meat, which combination happens to be prohibited by Jewish law.

or NON CHOLEV YISROEL
or the French PAS CHOLOV YISROEL
accompanying a kosher symbol signifies that although the milk product in
question is considered to be kosher, in fact there was no Jewish supervision of
the milk-production process. Had the milk been produced on the farm of an
observant Jew, or had the milk been produced on a non-Jewish farm but under
Jewish supervision, then the milk would be considered to be Cholov Yisroel.
Thus, for a milk product to be labelled kosher and yet not cholov yisroel
constitutes a partial or qualified certification of kosher, which the producer
could turn into a complete and unqualified certification upon the hiring of
Jewish supervisors. Cholov Yisroel: Does a Neshama Good Rabbi Moshe Heinemann, Rabbinic Administrator [...] It was common practice among farmers to mix milk of various species together, unbeknownst to their customers. Since it was conceivable to have a farm mixture of Kosher and non-Kosher milk, our Rabbis issued an injunction several thousand years ago, against the use of Cholov Akum, milk from a non-Jewish farmer. This restriction did not apply if there was supervision of the farmer by a Yehudi during the milking. The Rabbis ruled that unsupervised milk may not be used, even though most of the milk available in the area came from Kosher species and the likelihood of tampering was slim. Our Rabbis stipulated that in order to ensure that the milk of an Akum is Kosher, a Yehudi must be present from the milking until the bottling. The Yehudi must be able to identify that the milk production has not been compromised, or that the milk has not been adulterated. The supervisor must be a G-d fearing Jew in his personal activities so that his credibility regarding Kashrus issues is beyond reproach. Milk produced under the auspices of this Mashgiach is called Cholov Yisroel. [...] |

Following the opinion of many rabbinic authorities, OU policy considers that in the United States, the Department of Agriculture's regulations and controls are sufficiently stringent to ensure that only cow's milk is sold commercially. BISHUL YISROEL
accompanying a kosher label signifies that Jews participated in the production
of a food item, and so of course NON
BISHUL YISROEL signifies that there is no guarantee
that Jews so participated. Non Bishul Yisroel, therefore, is the second
instance that we have seen of a partial or qualified certification of kosher,
with the hiring of Jewish employees being required to make the kosher
certification complete and unqualified. [...] No Jew — S'faradi or Ashkenazi is allowed to eat a food product that is produced by BISHUL ACU"M (food cooked exclusively by a non-Jew). The OU does not certify any product that has a BISHUL ACU"M problem. Exactly what foods fall under the ban of BISHUL ACU"M and what constitutes BISHUL YISRAEL when required are complex issues. Food that can be eaten raw, may be cooked by a non-Jew and is not subject to the ban on BISHUL ACU"M. Nor is a product that requires further cooking. Nor is a food that does not "go onto the table of kings." These exemptions from the ban on BISHUL ACU"M are the same for S'faradim and Ashkenazim. (There is somethings a dispute among poskim as to what does and does not go onto the table of kings, but that's another story.) Where Ashkenazim and S'faradim differ in this issue is concerning what a Jew has to do in order for the food to be BISHUL YISRAEL. Ashkenazim follow the RAMA who says that if a Jew does ANYTHING in the processing — lights the fire or turns on the machinery, for example — then the product is considered BISHUL YISRAEL and is permitted. S'faradim follow the M'CHABER (Rav Yosef Caro) who requires a Jew to actually put the food on the fire (or into the machines) in order for there not to be a BISHUL ACU"M. [...] |

How many such kosher-accreditation agencies might exist in the whole world? —
Obviously, hundreds. The
National Council of Young Israel web site estimates over 200 for the USA
alone: "Furthermore, it has become very difficult for both Rabbis and
laymen to track and judge the reliability of the over 200 Kashruth symbols
appearing on many products distributed nationally."

symbols
It must be cautioned that common symbols on packaging that are unrelated to
kosher labelling are © for Copyright, and ®
for Registered Trade Mark. TM is also sometimes used for Trade
Mark. In French, Trade Mark is most often expressed as MD,
Marque Déposée, and occasionally as MC, Marque de Commerce.
In one case, in the midst of French text, I came across a D inside a circle so
as to lead me to believe that this had been introduced as a symbol for Marque
Déposée corresponding to the English ®.
Examples of other symbols that do not indicate kosher certification are shown
below. On the left below is a symbol which I found prominently displayed on a
Lipton Chicken OXO box — it turned out to be issued by the Government of
Canada and means that the product contains at least 3% meat or poultry, and that
this meat or poultry comes from government-inspected producers. The 52 is
an identification number issued by the Government of Canada to the Lipton
Company. In the middle below is a 4015 enclosed in a rectangle with its
corners cut off — this was found on a Dairyworld Foods, Fraser Valley,
Unsalted Creamery Butter along with two other numbers similarly displayed, the
three together designating "manufacturing plant numbers." As a
final example of the sort of symbols that are likely to be encountered on
home-product packaging, and that are not kosher symbols, is the P2919 on the
right below, found on a Dairyworld Foods, Dairyland 2% milk carton, and which is
a "panel number that the carton manufacturer places there for
reference."

The bizarre claim by right wing extremists that kosher certification markings on food labels ("U," "K," etc.) cost consumers extra money and represent, in effect, a "kosher tax" to make rabbis rich, is a striking example of the propaganda used by anti-Semites to trick the uninformed into accepting conspiracy charges and stereotypes about Jews.
That's right folks, if you object, then you have become a hate monger and that deceptive cry against anti-Christ, that you are anti-Semite. Soon, any, who object to the anti-Christ which are ruling Congress will become criminals under the coming hate crime laws of Satan, which will make any who object the enemy.
Other anti-Semitic allegations regarding kosher designation on foods include charges that "the kosher food racket" benefits Jewish organizations while only a small segment of the American population desires such markings, and that even the meanings of the labels are guarded secrets deliberately kept from non-Jews to trick them into paying the "kosher tax."
The Facts
The Lies
We may lie and cheat Gentiles. In the Talmud it says:
It is permitted for Jews to cheat Gentiles. All lies are good.
And furthermore it is written:
It is forbidden for a Jew to cheat his brother. To cheat a Gentile is permitted.
Attacks on the labeling of food with the symbols for kashruth (traditional Jewish dietary laws) have been a standard ploy of anti-Jewish bigots in the U.S. for decades. Such symbols as [encircled U], emblem of the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations (UOJC), among others, confirm that products are kosher -- i.e., that foods and production processes have been inspected by competent rabbis from the respective organizations and found to be in compliance with Jewish dietary law.
No mention of the dietary law of the rest of mankind, such as the dietary of Baptist, Methodist, Episcopalian, etc......
The cost to the consumer for this service is a miniscule fraction of the total production overhead; it is so negligible in practical terms as to be virtually non-existent. A May 18, 1975 New York Times article reported that the cost to General Foods' "Bird's Eye" Unit, for example, is 6.5 millionths (.0000065) of a cent per item. Furthermore, a representative of the Heinz Company has said that the per item cost is "so small we can't even calculate it," and that such labeling actually makes products less costly by increasing the market for them.
Ha! Ha! justify it by only a fraction. Just what does this fraction add up to if only, Germany, France, the entire E.U, Russia and the United States pay multiplied by several billion people multiplied by billions of products purchased daily? Nice try, anti-Christ.
Indeed, according to marketing manager Steven Zamichow, quoted in the Washington Post, "Entenmann's Inc. received kosher certification in 1981 and sales of [its] baked goods 'increased substantially.'" Visits to the Entenmann's plant, from a "mashgiach," or kashruth inspector, are provided by the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America. The UOJC is one of several groups that maintain such a kosher inspection service, certifying foods and related products to be in compliance with Jewish dietary laws through all phases of production. The profit from these products goes, of course, to the companies that manufacture them and the stores that sell them, not to "the Jews."*
The Lies
The most active right wing extremist (their reference word for Christians)sources of the "kosher tax" hoax are various Ku Klux Klan groups and the National States Rights Party, based in Marietta, GA. The Invisible Empire Knights of the Ku Klux Klan (now based in North Carolina), through its Empire Publishing, offers a pamphlet titled "The Kosher Tax Swindle" to its members and supporters. The pamphlet begins:
Remember brain washed Judeo-Churchians, that they will paint a picture that any who oppose them belong to hate groups such as the KKK.
"American families are paying tribute to Jews every time they sit down at the table to eat and in many instances, polish their shoes, silver or wrap the leftover Thanksgiving turkey. Why? Because Jews have discovered a way to coerce business to pay taxes directly to Jewish organizations and pass the cost on to the consumer."
The racist and anti-Semitic National States Rights Party ( NSRP), founded in 1958, became a focal point of violent opposition to civil rights struggle in the South and has functioned as both a propaganda mill and a political party.

The party's founder, Edward Fields, has served as its National Secretary, as well as the editor of the party's hate sheet, "The Truth At Last" (formerly "The Thunderbolt"). Fields was also the Grand Dragon of the now-defunct New Order, Knights of the Ku Klux Klan.
"The Truth At Last" published a special issue in June 1990 which dealt only with kosher symbols. Articles appeared in this edition with such titles as: "Six States Make Rabbis Kosher Policeman [sic]," "Secret Kosher Tax Boosts Food Prices," "How Kosher Blackmail Works," and "Kosher Tax Symbols May Be Changed to Hide Swindle."
"Describing" kashruth, Fields has written that "All of this is superstitious nonsense and has absolutely nothing to do with improving the quality of any food product. Still, this clever scheme of requiring kosher labeling has become a multi-million dollar business today!" Another article in "The Truth At Last" asserted that the "kosher tax" is paid to Orthodox Jewish organizations "just so an estimated 10% to 20% of Jewry will buy their products," and that "we are all forced to pay this Kosher Tax just to appease LESS THAN ONE PERCENT OF THE POPULATION!"
Bigotry Over a Beer Label
With the recent announcement that the Adolph Coors Brewing Co. will carry the [encircled U] symbol on its beer, Hans Schmidt, founder of the California-based German-American National Political Action Committee (GANPAC) took it upon himself to write a protest letter to Peter Coors, President of the company.
Schmidt, who was a member of the Hitler Youth and claims to have served in the Waffen-SS during World War II, has been a leading proponent of Holocaust "revisionism" in the United States for many years. Following along the lines of many other anti-Semites, Schmidt promotes the myth of "Jewish control" of banks, the media, and the government.
When you discover these things to be true, then of course you will be associated to such hate inciters too!
In his letter to Peter Coors, Schmidt asserted that "as someone of German descent you ought to be ashamed to acquiesce to this scheme. You must know that the Jews in the aggregate use a lot of the finances thus gathered to spy on non-Jews, to terrorize others (JDL), to ruin other people's businesses (numberous Jewish organizations and individuals), and to promote their political power to the point where this country has been subservient to the needs of another nation (Israel)."

Schmidt also repeated the usual false charges regarding kosher symbols, including that "there usually are great costs and efforts connected with the kosher certification and that rabbis will make upwards of $450,000 from Coors." In a post-script Schmidt made the suggestion that Coors add the following symbols to its label: "a symbolic fish for Protestants," "a Catholic cross for Catholics," and "a Swastika for Nordics/Odinists."
Beating the "Tax"
Some extremists call for a boycott of foods and companies that succumb to the "kosher conspiracy." For example, in an April 25, 1990 newsletter published by the Populist Party, a far-right (Christian Believers) political group, chairperson Monica Rorhig states: "God knows we are taxed enough already without volunteering to tithe to a foreign country and a foreign philosophy. It's a kick to walk out of a grocery store knowing you have successfully evaded this illegal tax." Ms. Rorhig explains that through such means as this alleged tax, "we (as a nation) are being carefully herded closer and closer to International totalitarian tyranny." Pamphlets, in groups of 5-100, are offered through this newsletter for Populist Party members to circulate and spread the warning against this "unfair taxing."
"You Don't Have to be Jewish..."
Contrary to the anti-Semitic charge that kosher labeling is a tightly guarded "Jewish secret" kept from Christians and others, it is not only Jews who prefer to purchase kosher food. According to the Washington Post (Sept. 27, 1990), "Some kosher marketing officials estimate there may be as many as six million Americans who seek out Kosher foods in the supermarket. Of these only 1.5 million are Jewish. Moslems and Seventh Day Adventists also adhere to certain aspects of the Jewish dietary laws, but the bulk of Kosher shoppers appear to be consumers who believe the Kosher certification...means higher quality food."

Yet whether or not they choose to purchase kosher food products, most Americans will reject the bigotry inherent in the "Kosher Tax" propaganda, recognizing it as another effort by extremists to exploit legitimate public concerns (e.g. taxes, the economy, etc.) as vehicles for anti-Semitism.
*In the separate case of kosher meat and poultry purchased at kosher butcher shops (as distinguished from the broad general range of mass-market consumer goods certified kosher), the consumer does pay a higher price. This cost is due to the more intensive, continuous rabbinical supervision required for the exacting technicalities of kosher slaughter and inspection, processing, storage and quality of kosher meat -- an inescapable necessity for this particular product, applicable only to its limited market, not the general consumer.
Rabbinical Kosher for Jews
Halakah meaning "fence" is the authorized compilation of Talmudic instructions as given by our sages. It was written to help people avoid breaking the Torah, to know how to apply things in the Torah which were unclear, clarify instructions which left room for question, etc.. If a Jew is attempting to keep Halakah he/she will never come close to breaking Torah in the areas where Halakah is being observed. This is why Halakah seems so stringent.
According to the Talmudic authors, we should not even mix the dishes in which dairy products are served and those which are used for meat. This comes from the command "do not seethe the kid in its mother’s milk." In today’s American society it would be almost impossible to cook with milk from the mother of a calf, because of the way meat and dairy are processed. Just to make sure that the command is not in any way broken, laws were given to insure compliance. In strict observance of Halakah, many Jewish homes have two refrigerators, two sets of cookware, and two sets of dishes. One is for milchik (dairy products), the other is for meat.
Regarding eating out, if you think being Torah observant is difficult, try rabbinical kosher. First of all, the restaurant cannot even serve trayf of any kind (i.e. pork, shrimp, catfish, shellfish, rabbit, frogs and other unclean products, or clean meats which have not been properly slaughtered) from the same kitchen. Milchik (dairy) products may not be used in cooking or served where meat is served. All baked products must be parv certified (neither milk or meat products used in baking). The kitchen must be certified as kosher by a qualified rabbi and the fires used in cooking must be lit (at least the pilots) by the rabbi, each day cooking is done, to insure the complete process is being followed. All products being received must be from authorized, rabbinically supervised sources. The rabbi must be present to receive shipments of supplies.
